In view of the foregoing analysis, the present invention aims to provide a new method for remotely controlling multi-format document presentation, so as to solve the problem of complicated presentation operation in the prior art.
The purpose of the invention is mainly realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a method for remotely controlling multi-format document demonstration, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a mobile terminal accesses a server by using a browser, and selects a demonstration device and a file to be demonstrated;
the server pushes the file to be demonstrated selected by the mobile terminal to a demonstration machine connected with the selected demonstration equipment;
and the demonstration machine controls the demonstration equipment to demonstrate the file to be demonstrated.
Further, when the mobile terminal accesses the server by using the browser, the server verifies the access authority of the mobile terminal.
Further, the server manages the access authority of all the accessed mobile terminals, and after the mobile terminals input correct user names and passwords, the mobile terminals pass the verification.
Further, a document list for managing documents to be presented and a presentation device list for managing presentation devices are preset in the server.
Further, the mobile terminal selects a document to be presented from the document list and a presentation device for presentation from the presentation device list.
Furthermore, the demonstration machine controls to cache the document to be demonstrated pushed by the server, calls a relevant plug-in to open the document according to the user demonstration instruction sent by the mobile terminal and the type of the document to be demonstrated, and performs corresponding demonstration operation according to the user demonstration instruction sent by the mobile terminal.
Further, if the plug-in is an external link plug-in, the external link plug-in opens and displays third-party operation software corresponding to the calling document, the demonstration machine calls an interface to forward operation information to the external link plug-in according to a user demonstration instruction sent by the mobile terminal, and the external link plug-in realizes demonstration operation on the document through the interface provided by the third-party operation software.
Further, if the plug-in is an embedded plug-in, the plug-in is called and added to a system interface of the demonstration machine; the plug-in realizes a functional interface for operating the document and also provides a control, and the document content is displayed in a system interface.
Further, the user demonstration instructions include at least one or more of:
page turning, pause, stop, zoom in, zoom out, and exit.
Further, a plug-in list is stored in the server in advance, after a user demonstration instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received, the server searches and verifies a dynamic link library file containing the plug-in, and stores the found and verified plug-in into the plug-in list.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the method, the mobile terminal does not need to store the document to be demonstrated, and the document to be demonstrated on the server can be accessed through the demonstration machine, so that the operation difficulty is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
Drawings
The drawings are only for purposes of illustrating particular embodiments and are not to be construed as limiting the invention, wherein like reference numerals are used to designate like parts throughout.
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of a method according to an embodiment of the invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an interface relationship in the method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and which together with the embodiments of the invention serve to explain the principles of the invention.
The server stores a presentation device list and a document list in advance, and is also responsible for managing access rights of the mobile terminal, which may include: whether the user has access to the server, which presentation machines the user has access to, and presentation documents;
as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of the method according to the embodiment of the present invention, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101: a user accesses a server by using a browser built in the mobile terminal through a network;
step 102: after the server receives an access request sent by the mobile terminal, the server requests the mobile terminal to input a user name and a password, if the mobile terminal inputs a correct user name and a correct password, the authentication is passed, otherwise, the access is refused;
step 103: the server is pre-stored with a demonstration device list and a document list, and after the mobile terminal passes the verification, the mobile terminal selects demonstration devices for demonstration and files to be demonstrated from the demonstration device list;
step 104: the server pushes the file to be demonstrated selected by the mobile terminal to a demonstration machine connected with the selected demonstration equipment;
step 105: the method comprises the steps that a demonstration machine receiving a file to be demonstrated puts a file to be demonstrated pushed by a server into a cache, and relevant plug-ins are called to open the file according to the type of the file to be demonstrated;
step 106: the mobile terminal sends demonstration instructions such as document page turning, pause, stop, zoom-in, zoom-out, quitting and the like to the demonstration machine through an operation interface of the server;
step 107: the demonstration machine receives demonstration instructions such as page turning, pause, stop, magnification, reduction, quitting and the like sent by the mobile terminal through the server, and executes corresponding operations.
The demonstration method is realized by adopting a consignment type structure, and the demonstration machine consigns document display and control to a plug-in for realization. The presentation program provides initialization, network communication, and plug-in loading functions. The plug-ins enable the display and control of specific documents.
Plug-in components: the plug-ins are divided into external chain plug-ins and embedded plug-ins according to a display mode. The plug-in can be automatically loaded when the demonstration machine receives a document opening command sent by the server, the demonstration machine searches and verifies the dynamic link library file containing the plug-in under a specified directory, and the verified plug-in is stored in a plug-in list.
And data and command transmission is carried out between the presentation machine and the plug-in through a uniform interface standard. The plug-in must realize opening the core interface such as the file, closing the file, return information, etc., can also call the self-defining interface according to the standard. When the plug-in is loaded, the entrusting relation is set through the name of the interface, and the plug-in completes the functional operation in the realization of the interface.
Outer chain plug-in: the method comprises the steps that the external link plug-in opens and displays third-party operation software corresponding to a calling document, operation information of users is sent to a demonstration machine through a network, the demonstration machine calls an interface to forward the operation information to the plug-in, and the plug-in realizes operation on the document through an interface provided by the third-party software.
Embedding a plug-in: if the plug-in is the embedded plug-in, the plug-in is called and added to a system interface of a demonstration machine; the plug-in realizes a functional interface for operating the document and also provides a control, and the document content is displayed in a system interface.
The presentation document formats which can be supported by the plug-in at least comprise one or more of the following formats:
Word/Excel/Powerpoint in Microsoft Office, jinshan WPS, text file TXT, AcrobatPDF, picture, video.
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention provide a method for remotely controlling a multi-format document presentation, where a presenter can remotely control operations such as page turning, pause, stop, zoom-in, zoom-out, and exit of a presentation file through a mobile terminal (including a PAD and a smart phone) through a wireless network by using a built-in browser, and the mobile terminal does not need to store a document to be presented. The demonstration machine accesses the document to be demonstrated on the server through wireless access, the document to be demonstrated is stored on the server, and the demonstration control instruction is forwarded. The demonstration machine outputs the demonstration content to the demonstration equipment such as a projector or an LCD display in a traditional wired connection mode.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the processes for implementing the above-described implementation methods can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, to instruct related hardware. The computer readable storage medium is a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory or a random access memory.
