Abstract

1. A data sharing method for a conference presentation device, the conference presentation device comprises a display screen, a central processing unit and an input/output device, the conference presentation device can restore and present data; the method is characterized in that:
constructing a conference data transmission network by using at least one conference presentation device, at least one terminal device and at least one network operation management device based on the network;
setting at least one data storage space for each conference presentation device; configuring users, setting the access authority of each user to the data storage space, so that,
the conference presentation equipment can access the data storage space set for the conference presentation equipment, restore and present the data in the data storage space, record all the operations made to the conference presentation equipment during the conference as conference recording data and store the conference recording data in the data storage space;
according to the access authority, a user can access the data storage space by means of the terminal equipment and read and write data in the data storage space;
the network operation management equipment is at least one network data storage device, and the network data storage device comprises a data processor, a network connection unit and a data storage unit which are controlled by the data processor; in the conference data transmission network, the network data storage device establishes network data connection with at least one conference presentation device by means of a network connection unit;
the method is characterized in that specifically the method comprises the following steps,
for the conference presentation equipment which establishes data connection with the network data storage device, setting a data storage space for each conference presentation equipment in a data storage unit of the network data storage device;

for the conference presentation equipment which establishes data connection with the network data storage device, setting a data storage space for each conference presentation equipment in a data storage unit of the network data storage device, and setting a conference data storage space for each conference in the data storage space;
for a conference data local storage space and a conference data storage space which are set for the same conference, the uploading path of the conference data local storage space points to the conference data storage space;
configuring a user, and setting a conference data storage space of a network data storage device which can be accessed by the user; thus, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of,
for the conference presentation equipment and the network data storage device which establish data connection, the conference presentation equipment can access a data storage space configured for the conference presentation equipment, and for each conference, data in the conference data storage space corresponding to the conference in the data storage space is restored and presented, and operations made to the conference presentation equipment during the conference are recorded as conference recording data and stored in a conference data local storage space of the data storage device of the conference presentation equipment;
