一种无影手术灯,包括固定安装在天花板上的灯柱、支杆、灯座体、卤钨灯具,支杆固定安装在灯柱顶端,灯座体固定安装在支杆末端,灯座体中可拆卸地安装有灯具切换装置,灯具切换装置包括安装体,安装体中左右对称设置有纵向延伸的左滑动槽和右滑动槽以及连通左滑动槽和右滑动槽的通槽,左滑动槽和右滑动槽中分别滑动安装有左滑动块和右滑动块,左滑动块和右滑动块上端分别固定安装有主导电触头和备用导电触头,左滑动槽和右滑动槽上端壁中分别设置有主供电槽和备用供电槽;本发明装置结构简单,运行稳定,可大大减小因手术灯故障而影响手术进行。

本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体为一种无影手术灯。
背景技术
外科手术中需要有良好的照明条件,为保证医生能清晰地看到手术内腔的器官、组织和血管,以及看清内腔深部的情况,手术的照明区域内不应有医生的头、手和手术器械的影子,而普通的灯具无法满足该需求;在手术过程中,手术灯如发生故障会直接影响到手术的正常进行,危及病患的生命安全,因此需要一种能够自动迅速切换备用灯的手术灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无影手术灯,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种无影手术灯,包括固定安装在天花板上的灯柱、支杆、灯座体、卤钨灯具,所述支杆固定安装在所述灯柱底端,所述灯座体固定安装在所述支杆末端,所述灯座体中可拆卸地安装有灯具切换装置,所述灯具切换装置包括安装体,所述安装体中左右对称设置有纵向延伸的左滑动槽和右滑动槽以及连通所述左滑动槽和右滑动槽的通槽,所述左滑动槽和右滑动槽中分别滑动安装有左滑动块和右滑动块,所述左滑动块和右滑动块上端分别固定安装有主导电触头和备用导电触头,所述左滑动槽和右滑动槽上端壁中分别设置有主供电槽和备用供电槽,所述左滑动块和右滑动块相对的一端面均设置有齿条段,所述通槽中安装有转动齿轮,所述转动齿轮与所述左滑动块上部的齿条段啮合并与所述右滑动块下部的齿条段啮合,所述卤钨灯具可拆卸地安装在所述安装体下端,且所述卤钨灯具包括灯具壳体以及安装在所述灯具壳体中的主线路板和备用线路板,所述主线路板和备用线路板上分别安装有主照明卤钨灯珠和备用卤钨灯珠,所述主线路板和备用线路板分别与所述主导电触头和备用导电触头电连接,所述灯具壳体下端安装有加镀滤色膜的透射玻璃用于调节灯光色温,所述灯具壳体内安装有反射器。
进一步的技术方案,所述主供电槽和备用供电槽中均安装有供电弹片,所述供电弹片与市电相连。
进一步的技术方案,所述转动齿轮由安装在所述安装体中的驱动电机驱动。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明装置在主照明卤钨灯珠出现故障时可利用备用卤钨灯珠进行照明,待手术完成后对主照明卤钨灯珠进行更换,更换好后便可使主照明卤钨灯珠重新工作,
而无需在手术过程中对手术灯进行更换,以免出现耽误手术、危及病患生命安全的现象,本发明装置结构简单,运行稳定,可大大减小因手术灯故障而影响手术进行。

下面结合图1-3对本发明进行详细说明。
参照图1-3,根据本发明的实施例的一种无影手术灯,包括固定安装在天花板上的灯柱1、支杆2、灯座体3、卤钨灯具,所述支杆2固定安装在所述灯柱1底端,所述灯座体3固定安装在所述支杆2末端,所述灯座体3中可拆卸地安装有灯具切换装置,所述灯具切换装置包括安装体4,所述安装体4中左右对称设置有纵向延伸的左滑动槽42和右滑动槽43以及连通所述左滑动槽42和右滑动槽43的通槽48,所述左滑动槽42和右滑动槽43中分别滑动安装有左滑动块44和右滑动块45,所述左滑动块44和右滑动块45上端分别固定安装有主导电触头46和备用导电触头47,所述左滑动槽42和右滑动槽43上端壁中分别设置有主供电槽40和备用供电槽,所述左滑动块44和右滑动块45相对的一端面均设置有齿条段,所述通槽48中安装有转动齿轮49,所述转动齿轮与所述左滑动块44上部的齿条段啮合并与所述右滑动块45下部的齿条段啮合,所述卤钨灯具可拆卸地安装在所述安装体4下端,且所述卤钨灯具包括灯具壳体5以及安装在所述灯具壳体5中的主线路板6和备用线路板7,所述主线路板6和备用线路板7上分别安装有主照明卤钨灯珠61和备用卤钨灯珠71,所述主线路板6和备用线路板7分别与所述主导电触头46和备用导电触头47电连接,所述灯具壳体5下端安装有加镀滤色膜的透射玻璃51用于调节灯光色温,所述灯具壳体5内安装有反射器。
有益地或示例性地,其中,所述主供电槽40和备用供电槽中均安装有供电弹片41,所述供电弹片41与市电相连,从而在所述主导电触头46或者备用导电触头47与所述供电弹片41接触时可使主照明卤钨灯珠61和备用卤钨灯珠71亮起。

由于主导电触头与主线路板电连接,因此,当主导电触头插入到主供电槽中时,可使主照明卤钨灯珠工作,为手术提供照明,而当主照明卤钨灯珠出现故障后,可使驱动电机运行,带动转动齿轮逆时针转动,从而可使左滑动块向下移动,并使主导电触头脱离主供电槽,同时,转动齿轮带动右滑动块向上移动,并使备用导电触头插入到备用供电槽,从而使备用卤钨灯珠亮起为手术提供照明,当更换好主照明卤钨灯珠后,驱动转动齿轮顺时针转动,使右滑动块向下移动,而使左滑动块向上移动,并使备用导电触头脱离备用供电槽,使主导电触头插入到主供电槽中,从而使主照明卤钨灯珠亮起,为手术提供照明,本发明装置在主照明卤钨灯珠出现故障时可利用备用卤钨灯珠进行照明,待手术完成后对主照明卤钨灯珠进行更换,更换好后便可使主照明卤钨灯珠重新工作,而无需在手术过程中对手术灯进行更换,以免出现耽误手术、危及病患生命安全的现象,本发明装置结构简单,运行稳定,可大大减小因手术灯故障而影响手术进行。

1.一种无影手术灯,包括固定安装在天花板上的灯柱、支杆、灯座体、卤钨灯具,所述支杆固定安装在所述灯柱底端,其特征在于:所述灯座体固定安装在所述支杆末端,所述灯座体中可拆卸地安装有灯具切换装置,所述灯具切换装置包括安装体,所述安装体中左右对称设置有纵向延伸的左滑动槽和右滑动槽以及连通所述左滑动槽和右滑动槽的通槽,所述左滑动槽和右滑动槽中分别滑动安装有左滑动块和右滑动块,所述左滑动块和右滑动块上端分别固定安装有主导电触头和备用导电触头,所述左滑动槽和右滑动槽上端壁中分别设置有主供电槽和备用供电槽,所述左滑动块和右滑动块相对的一端面均设置有齿条段,所述通槽中安装有转动齿轮,所述转动齿轮与所述左滑动块上部的齿条段啮合并与所述右滑动块下部的齿条段啮合,所述卤钨灯具可拆卸地安装在所述安装体下端,且所述卤钨灯具包括灯具壳体以及安装在所述灯具壳体中的主线路板和备用线路板,所述主线路板和备用线路板上分别安装有主照明卤钨灯珠和备用卤钨灯珠,所述主线路板和备用线路板分别与所述主导电触头和备用导电触头电连接,所述灯具壳体下端安装有加镀滤色膜的透射玻璃用于调节灯光色温,所述灯具壳体内安装有反射器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无影手术灯,其特征在于:所述主供电槽和备用供电槽中均安装有供电弹片,所述供电弹片与市电相连。
