The electromagnetic pump is difficult to change the single injection amount after leaving the factory; although the frequency of the motor pump can be changed through frequency conversion, and the single injection amount can be adjusted, the motor pump can adjust the single injection amount through manually adjusting the connecting rod, the measuring range is 50-500 mg, but the frequency of the motor pump is very high, the flow per minute is also large, and the requirement of small injection amount can not be met after adjustment.
The natural gas is mainly used for resident gas, vehicle gas and heat supply. The dosage of the composition has peak and valley. The fuel gas used by residents is mainly used for cooking, the peak is in the morning, at noon and at night, and the usage amount is little at other times. When the motor pump is at 50Hz, the frequency of the pump is generally 135 times per minute, and at 12Hz, the frequency of the pump is about 50 times, the single injection amount can be adjusted to about 50 times at least, and the requirement of small flow rate is difficult to adapt. In order to more accurately control the odorization of the fuel gas, the problem to be solved is urgently solved by strictly controlling the single addition amount.
The single chip microcomputer or PLC of the control system of the odorizing machine generally has three working states, namely, a first segmented odorizing state at regular time intervals of morning, noon and evening, a second fixed frequency for odorizing at set frequency of pump work per minute, and a third automatic odorizing state, wherein a natural gas flowmeter gives signals (4-20 ma current, 0-10V voltage and 4-32V voltage) according to flow, and the flow signals are connected with the single chip microcomputer or PLC for controlling the frequency of the pump. The third is clearly the most accurate and without manual operation, but the odorizer does not have a small flow and cannot be set automatically in the case of small natural gas flows. Likewise, the same problems are faced in the field of chemical reagent addition.
