Abstract
The invention relates to a micro floating pin which comprises a connecting seat, a supporting frame and a floating pin, wherein the connecting seat is fixedly connected with the supporting frame and forms an accommodating cavity with an upper opening, the floating pin comprises a head part and a rod part, the head part is limited in the accommodating cavity and can move horizontally in the accommodating cavity, and the rod part penetrates out of the accommodating cavity from the opening. The invention utilizes the connecting seat and the supporting frame to form the accommodating cavity, and the floating pin can realize free movement in the horizontal direction in the accommodating cavity, thereby realizing the function of certain degree of freedom under the condition that the two plates can be kept fastened; in addition, the invention has simple structure principle and wide application range and supports various connection modes.

Preferably, the opening is circular, the head is cylindrical, the height of the head is equal to that of the accommodating cavity, the outer diameter of the head is larger than the inner diameter of the opening, and the outer diameter of the rod is smaller than the inner diameter of the opening.
Preferably, the center axes of the positioning pin, the connecting seat and the floating pin are overlapped.
Preferably, the connecting seat and the supporting frame are welded, riveted or bonded.

According to the invention, the accommodating cavity 30 is formed by the connecting seat 10 and the supporting frame 20, and the floating pin can freely move in the horizontal direction in the accommodating cavity 30, so that the function of certain degree of freedom can be realized under the condition that two plates can be fastened; in addition, the invention has simple structure principle and wide application range and supports various connection modes.
