技术领域
本发明属于门窗技术领域，尤其涉及一种外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇。
背景技术
目前，公知的纱窗由窗框、窗扇、纱框和纱扇组成，同时采用材料强度较低的塑料材质纱网，仅仅是起到防蚊防虫、通风透气的作用，这种纱网不具有防盗功能，很容易被窃贼划破后入室行窃，遭受巨大的经济损失，使用寿命短，用户在安装好组合式塑钢窗后，还要另外加装防盗网，因而现有的纱窗缺乏安全性，安装麻烦，成本高，且不美观。另外纱框与窗框不能同时排水，导致现有纱窗使用不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，独特的纱框结构设计，解决了纱框同窗框排水的矛盾，安全、防蚊、防盗、防锈，与门窗同寿命，一次投入终生使用，适用于各种铝合金内平开窗、外平开窗、外悬开窗。
一种外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，包括窗扇、窗框、纱扇、纱框，所述窗框设置在所述窗扇外侧，所述窗扇中间设有中空玻璃，所述纱框设置在所述纱扇外侧，其特征在于所述纱扇中间设有防盗金钢纱网，所述窗框与所述防盗金钢纱网之间固定连接，所述纱扇上设有与所述纱扇配合连接的暗装执手，所述纱框的底部设有第一排水孔，所述窗框的底部设有第二排水孔，所述第二排水孔与所述纱框内的空间相通。
所述窗框和所述窗扇端部通过第一胶条密封连接，中间通过第二胶条密封连接，所述第一胶条设置在第一凹槽内，所述第一凹槽设置在所述窗框的边框上。
所述纱框与所述纱扇之间通过第三胶条密封连接，所述第一胶条与所述第三胶条结构相同。
所述第一胶条、所述第三胶条为三元乙丙密封胶条。
所述纱扇与所述纱框之间设有纱扇合页，所述纱扇合页与所述纱扇、所述纱扇合页与所述纱框之间通过紧固螺钉固定连接。

本发明的有益效果是：纱框由同一种框料以45°拼接而成，外形精巧美观、结构简单、耐腐蚀性强；独特的纱框结构设计，在纱框上设置第一排水孔，且窗框底部的第二排水孔与纱框的空间相通，解决了纱框同窗框排水的矛盾。使用的五金纱扇合页和五金窗扇合页，安装简易，开关灵活，坚实牢固，拆卸清洗方便。纱扇上安装的暗装执手既可为带锁拉手，防止儿童开启，保护儿童安全；也可为暗装暗藏拉手，既美观又舒适。高强度的纱扇抗雨水冲刷、抗大风吹袭，安全可靠不脱落。擦拭玻璃时不用拆卸纱扇。高强度的304不锈钢金钢纱网安全、防蚊、防盗、防锈。优质的三元乙丙密封胶条保证纱窗的密封，防止蚊虫进入室内。本发明的纱窗与门窗同寿命，一次投入终生使用，适用于各种铝合金内平开窗、外平开窗、外悬开窗等。

下面结合附图对发明的具体实施方式做出说明。
如图1-5所示，图中，1为窗扇，2为窗框，3为纱扇，4为纱框，5为第一胶条，6为第二胶条，7为中空玻璃，8为第三胶条，9为防盗金钢纱网，10为纱扇合页，11为暗装执手，12为窗框合页，13为第一排水孔，14为第二排水孔。
本发明提供一种外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，包括窗扇、窗框、纱扇、纱框，所述窗框与所述纱框之间通过紧固螺钉固定连接，所述窗框设置在所述窗扇外侧，所述窗框和所述窗扇端部通过第一胶条密封连接，中间通过第二胶条密封连接，将所述第一胶条设置在第一凹槽内，所述第一凹槽设置在所述窗框的边框上，起到密封作用；所述窗扇中间设有中空玻璃，所述纱框设置在所述纱扇外侧，所述纱框与所述纱扇之间通过第三胶条密封连接，所述第三胶条设置在第三凹槽内，所述第三凹槽位于所述纱扇上。所述第一胶条与所述第三胶条结构相同，二者的材料优选为三元乙丙密封胶条。
在所述纱扇中间设置防盗金钢纱网，优选为高强度的304不锈钢金钢纱网，安全、防蚊、防盗、防锈；所述防盗金钢纱网与所述纱扇之间通过紧固螺钉固定连接。
在所述纱扇与所述纱框之间设有纱扇合页，所述纱扇合页与所述纱扇、所述纱扇合页与所述纱框之间通过紧固螺钉固定连接。所述纱扇上设有与所述纱扇配合连接的暗装执手，暗装执手既可为带锁拉手，防止儿童开启，保护儿童安全；也可为暗装暗藏拉手，既美观又舒适。所述窗扇与所述窗框的连接处设有窗扇合页，所述窗扇合页与所述窗扇、所述窗扇合页与所述窗框之间通过紧固螺钉连接。纱扇合页与窗扇合页使用相同的合页结构。
所述纱框的底部设有第一排水孔，所述第一排水孔分布在所述纱框的边框上。在所述窗框的底部设置第二排水孔，窗框底部的第二排水孔与纱框的空间相通，便于将水同时从第一排水孔排出。此种设计解决了纱框同窗框排水的矛盾。

1.一种外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，包括窗扇、窗框、纱扇、纱框，所述窗框设置在所述窗扇外侧，所述窗扇中间设有中空玻璃，所述纱框设置在所述纱扇外侧，其特征在于所述纱扇中间设有防盗金钢纱网，所述窗框与所述防盗金钢纱网之间固定连接，所述纱扇上设有与所述纱扇配合连接的暗装执手，所述纱框的底部设有第一排水孔，所述窗框的底部设有第二排水孔，所述第二排水孔与所述纱框内的空间相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述窗框和所述窗扇端部通过第一胶条密封连接，中间通过第二胶条密封连接，所述第一胶条设置在第一凹槽内，所述第一凹槽设置在所述窗框的边框上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述纱框与所述纱扇之间通过第三胶条密封连接，所述第一胶条与所述第三胶条结构相同。
4.根据权利要求3所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述第一胶条、所述第三胶条为三元乙丙密封胶条。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述纱扇与所述纱框之间设有纱扇合页，所述纱扇合页与所述纱扇、所述纱扇合页与所述纱框之间通过紧固螺钉固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述窗扇与所述窗框的连接处设有窗扇合页，所述窗扇合页与所述窗扇、所述窗扇合页与所述窗框之间通过紧固螺钉连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述纱扇合页与所述窗扇合页结构相同。
8.根据权利要求1所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述防盗金钢纱网与所述纱扇之间通过紧固螺钉固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的外开防盗金钢纱网纱扇，其特征在于所述防盗金钢纱网为304不锈钢金钢纱网。
