Abstract
本发明公开了一种节能平开窗,包括窗框型材、内平开窗扇型材、外平开窗扇型材、纱窗型材和中空玻璃,所述内平开窗扇型材通过合页与窗框型材相连接,所述内平开窗扇型材靠近室内侧卡接有纱窗型材,所述纱窗型材连接有外平开窗扇型材,所述外平开窗扇型材上连接有压线型材,所述压线型材压接在中空玻璃的室内一侧。使得内平开窗扇型材和外平开窗扇型材在结构上形成子母形设计,并且分别可以进行内平开和外平开,型材截面小,生产成本较低。该节能平开窗还包括纱窗,所述纱窗设置在纱窗型材腔体内,所述纱窗上安装有纱窗执手。在外平开时,可以拉上纱窗防蚊虫。当进行整扇内开时,不仅通风量大,而且可以对型材玻璃进行清洗,安全方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种平开窗,尤其涉及一种节能平开窗。
背景技术
目前建筑市场上铝合金平开窗使用广泛,品种繁多,现有技术中,平开窗大多结构比较简单,窗型功能较为单一,逐渐被市场淘汰。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种节能平开窗,外平开窗扇和内平开窗扇为子母型设计,并且采用了大断面铝合金隔热型材制造成型,节能效果有了显著提高,其克服了背景技术中心存在的不足。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种节能平开窗,包括窗框型材、内平开窗扇型材、外平开窗扇型材、纱窗型材和中空玻璃,所述内平开窗扇型材通过合页或铰链与所述窗框型材相连接,所述内平开窗扇型材靠近室内侧卡接有纱窗型材,所述纱窗型材连接有外平开窗扇型材,所述外平开窗扇型材上连接有压线型材,所述压线型材压接在中空玻璃的室内一侧;
还包括纱窗,所述纱窗设置在纱窗型材腔体内,所述纱窗上安装有纱窗执手。
一较佳实施例中,所述内平开窗扇型材通过三元乙丙胶条与所述窗框型材相连接。
一较佳实施例中,所述外开窗扇型材上设有L形卡勾,所述压线型材通过L形卡勾卡接所述外开窗扇型材。
一较佳实施例中,所述压线型材和所述外开窗扇型材形成空腔,所述空腔内设有玻璃垫块,所述中空玻璃与所述玻璃垫块相连接。
一较佳实施例中,所述压线型材及外开窗扇型材通过硅酮密封胶连接所述中空玻璃。
一较佳实施例中,所述中空玻璃内设有分子筛。
一较佳实施例中,所述纱窗型材内设有防风毛条。
一较佳实施例中,所述内开窗扇型材和外开窗扇型材上均设有带有安全锁的把手。
一较佳实施例中,所述窗框型材、内开窗扇型材、外开窗扇型材、纱窗型材和压线型材均采用铝合金隔热型材制造成型。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
1、所述内平开窗扇型材通过合页或铰链与所述窗框型材相连接,所述内平开窗扇型材靠近室内侧卡接有纱窗型材,所述纱窗型材连接有外平开窗扇型材,使得内平开窗扇型材和外平开窗扇型材在结构上形成子母形设计,并且分别可以进行内平开和外平开,型材截面小,生产成本较低。在外平开时,可以拉上纱窗防蚊虫。当进行整扇内开时,不仅通风量大,而且可以对型材玻璃进行清洗,安全方便。
2、所述窗框型材、内开窗扇型材、外开窗扇型材、纱窗型材和压线型材均采用铝合金隔热型材制造成型,各个型材间也通过三元乙丙胶条、硅酮密封胶密封连接,具有显著的节能、隔热、隔音效果。中空玻璃内设有分子筛,能起到干燥净化空气的效果。
3、外平开窗扇型材和内平开窗扇型材上安装有带安全锁的把手,可以防止儿童坠落,也具备了防盗功能。

具体实施方式
实施例:611
如图1和图2所示,一种节能平开窗,包括窗框型材1、内平开窗扇型材2、外平开窗扇型材3、纱窗型材4和中空玻璃5。
本实施例中,所述内平开窗扇型材2通过合页21与所述窗框型材1相连接固定,连接处位于室内侧,并且在连接处采用三元乙丙胶条8密封,由于三元乙丙胶条具有耐臭氧、抗紫外线的辐射的特点,能够为建筑住户提供了保护环境作用。另外,所述内平开窗扇型材2与所述窗框型材1也可以采用铰链进行连接固定。
所述内平开窗扇型材2在室内侧卡接有纱窗型材4,具体结构中,所述内平开窗扇型材2上设有挂钩22,纱窗型材4一侧卡接该挂钩22与所述内平开窗扇型材2固定在一起。该纱窗型材4腔体内安装有纱窗41,所述纱窗41上安装有纱窗执手411,纱窗型材4内还设有防风毛条42,在窗扇开启时能够起到防风作用。
所述纱窗型材4一侧还连接有外平开窗扇型材3,在外平开窗扇型材3向外开启时,拉动纱窗执手411关上纱窗41就能起到防蚊虫作用。所述外平开窗扇型材3上连接有压线型材6,具体结构中,所述外开窗扇型材3上设有L形卡勾31,所述压线型材6通过L形卡勾31卡接固定所述外开窗扇型材3。
进一步地,所述压线型材6压接在中空玻璃5的室内一侧,所述压线型材6和外平开窗扇型材3均通过硅酮密封胶9密封连接所述中空玻璃,采用硅酮密封胶9进行密封,能够有效地堵塞防漏及防风雨,在室内效果采用这种密封胶进行密封效果更佳,防渗防漏效果显著。
具体结构中,所述压线型材6和所述外开窗扇型材3形成有空腔61,所述空腔61内设有玻璃垫块611,所述中空玻璃5与所述玻璃垫块611相连接,起到了缓冲作用。所述中空玻璃5内设有分子筛51,可以起到干燥及净化空气的作用。
所述内开窗扇型材2和外开窗扇型材3上均设有带有安全锁的把手7,不仅可以防止儿童坠落,而且能实现少量通风的功能。
本实施例中,所述窗框型材1、内开窗扇型材2、外开窗扇型材3、纱窗型材4和压线型材6均采用铝合金隔热型材制造成型。中空玻璃5采用中空层为12mm厚的6LOW-E+12A+6中空钢化玻璃,可以高效率的提高、实现铝合金门窗节能效果。

1.一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:包括窗框型材、内平开窗扇型材、外平开窗扇型材、纱窗型材和中空玻璃,所述内平开窗扇型材通过合页或铰链与所述窗框型材相连接,所述内平开窗扇型材靠近室内侧卡接有纱窗型材,所述纱窗型材连接有外平开窗扇型材,所述外平开窗扇型材上连接有压线型材,所述压线型材压接在中空玻璃的室内一侧;
还包括纱窗,所述纱窗设置在纱窗型材腔体内,所述纱窗上安装有纱窗执手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述内平开窗扇型材通过三元乙丙胶条与所述窗框型材相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述外开窗扇型材上设有L形卡勾,所述压线型材通过L形卡勾卡接所述外开窗扇型材。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述压线型材和所述外开窗扇型材形成空腔,所述空腔内设有玻璃垫块,所述中空玻璃与所述玻璃垫块相连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述压线型材及外开窗扇型材通过硅酮密封胶连接所述中空玻璃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃内设有分子筛。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述纱窗型材内设有防风毛条。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述内开窗扇型材和外开窗扇型材上均设有带有安全锁的把手。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能平开窗,其特征在于:所述窗框型材、内开窗扇型材、外开窗扇型材、纱窗型材和压线型材均采用铝合金隔热型材制造成型。
