本发明公开了电动可调光节能门窗,包括透明玻璃和门窗固定框,所述门窗固定框的内部通过铰链与门窗中的透明玻璃转动连接,且透明玻璃的内部设置有溶液储存层,所述溶液储存层的顶部中间位置处设置有转动轴,且转动轴上焊接有限位挡板,所述限位挡板上通过挤压弹簧与透明玻璃外层连接,所述溶液储存层的上方通过金属管与抽水机连接,所述抽水机上连接有接通电源的连接电线。本发明中,在该透明玻璃门窗中设置有溶液储存层,可以在溶液储存层加入不同颜色的溶液,从而调节出不同颜色的玻璃,一方面可以减少光照的强度,使得室内的光照效果更好,另一方面可以增加该窗户的隔音效果,使得室内更加安静。

本发明涉及门窗设备技术领域,尤其涉及电动可调光节能门窗。
背景技术
门窗即门与窗。门窗按其所处的位置不同分为围护构件或分隔构件,有不同的设计要求,要分别具有保温、隔热、隔声、防水、防火等功能,新的要求节能,寒冷地区由门窗缝隙而损失的热量,占全部采暖耗热量的25%左右。门窗的密闭性的要求,是节能设计中的重要内容。门和窗是建筑物围护结构系统中重要的组成部分。门和窗又是建筑造型的重要组成部分(虚实对比、韵律艺术效果,起着重要的作用),所以它们的形状、尺寸、比例、排列、色彩、造型等对建筑的整体造型都有很大的影响。
然而现有的调光门窗在使用过程中存在着一些不足之处,对于一些通电改变器玻璃颜色的调光门窗,需要持续性的通电,从而造成能源的大大浪费,还有对于透明玻璃的颜色调节,在断电的情况下,不能进行变色,使得调光门窗的使用存在缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的电动可调光节能门窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:电动可调光节能门窗,包括透明玻璃和门窗固定框,所述门窗固定框的内部通过铰链与门窗中的透明玻璃转动连接,且透明玻璃的内部设置有溶液储存层,所述溶液储存层的顶部中间位置处设置有转动轴,且转动轴上焊接有限位挡板,所述限位挡板上通过挤压弹簧与透明玻璃外层连接,所述溶液储存层的上方通过金属管与抽水机连接,且抽水机的位于门窗固定框的顶部中间位置处,所述抽水机上连接有接通电源的连接电线,所述金属管的断口处设置有管头,且管头的一侧焊接有直角密封块。

本发明中,首先在该透明玻璃门窗中设置有溶液储存层,可以在溶液储存层加入不同颜色的溶液,从而调节出不同颜色的玻璃,一方面可以减少光照的强度,使得室内的光照效果更好,另一方面可以增加该窗户的隔音效果,使得室内更加安静,其次在溶液储存层的顶部设置有抽水机,一方面可以抽出内部的溶液,使得窗户透光性更好,另一方面可以搅动内部的溶液,防止颜料沉淀,使用效果更好,最后该门窗无需一直通电,当使用到抽水机时,才用到电能,从而可以节约能源。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,电动可调光节能门窗,包括透明玻璃3和门窗固定框8,门窗固定框8的内部通过铰链4与门窗中的透明玻璃3转动连接,且透明玻璃3的内部设置有溶液储存层2,溶液储存层2的顶部中间位置处设置有转动轴10,且转动轴10上焊接有限位挡板12,限位挡板12上通过挤压弹簧11与透明玻璃3外层连接,溶液储存层2的上方通过金属管6与抽水机1连接,且抽水机1的位于门窗固定框8的顶部中间位置处,抽水机1上连接有接通电源的连接电线5,金属管6的断口处设置有管头61,且管头61的一侧焊接有直角密封块62。
透明玻璃3上设置有操作把手7,溶液储存层2的顶部位于金属管6闭合位置处设置有密封层9,溶液储存层2的内部设置有与金属管6连接的连通管13,透明玻璃3与门窗固定框8之间设置有防滑层。
金属管6移动到溶液储存层2的顶部,会推动限位挡板12收缩,使得金属管6上的管头61与溶液储存层2中的连通管13进行连接,即可使得抽水机1可抽取溶液储存层2内部的溶液,当金属管6与溶液储存层2分离时,由于挤压弹簧11的作用,会使得限位挡板12封住缺口处,防止灰尘进入到溶液储存层2的内部。
工作原理:使用时,根据用户需求,可在透明玻璃3中的溶液储存层2中加入不同颜色的溶液,从而减小室内的光照强度,在溶液储存层2中溶液使用过程中,可以通过抽水机1抽取一部分的水分,使得溶液储存层2中的溶液产生晃动,避免颜料的沉淀,使得溶液储存层2中的溶液使用效果更好,也可通过抽水机1抽取出溶液储存层2内部的溶液,使得溶液储存层2呈透明状,从而增强透明玻璃的透光性,使得室内在光线不好的情况下,室内的光照度更好。

1.电动可调光节能门窗,包括透明玻璃(3)和门窗固定框(8),其特征在于,所述门窗固定框(8)的内部通过铰链(4)与门窗中的透明玻璃(3)转动连接,且透明玻璃(3)的内部设置有溶液储存层(2),所述溶液储存层(2)的顶部中间位置处设置有转动轴(10),且转动轴(10)上焊接有限位挡板(12),所述限位挡板(12)上通过挤压弹簧(11)与透明玻璃(3)外层连接,所述溶液储存层(2)的上方通过金属管(6)与抽水机(1)连接,且抽水机(1)位于门窗固定框(8)的顶部中间位置处,所述抽水机(1)上连接有接通电源的连接电线(5),所述金属管(6)的断口处设置有管头(61),且管头(61)的一侧焊接有直角密封块(62)。
