本发明公开了一种滚筒式沥青生产装置，包括沥青罐（1）；沥青罐（1）设有支撑架（9），支撑架（9）底部设有感应电子计量器具（8）；沥青罐（1）内设有滚筒式搅拌器（2），滚筒式搅拌器（2）设有中心轴（6），中心轴（6）两端与支撑架（9）转动连接；中心轴（6）一端与变频电机（5）连接；沥青罐（1）顶部设有投料口（7），投料口（7）经管道与沥青泵（3）连接；沥青罐（1）底部设有燃烧器（4）。本发明通电后，滚筒式搅拌器在电动机的带动下高速转动，能够将沥青原料充分搅拌均匀。同时，沥青原材料计量采用感应电子计量器具精确投料，以保证原材料配比的精确性，从而提高沥青的性能。

一种滚筒式沥青生产装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚筒式沥青生产装置，属于路面工程施工机械技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国基础设施建设和旅游业的不断发展，根据国家部委要求将“快进”和“慢游”相结合起来，特别是“慢游”工程的建设，是和我们国家人民生活水平的提高息息相关的，现在越来越多的人选择旅游，并且在旅游时对景区、道路等的品质要求越来越高。其中，自行车慢行系统就是其中的实例之一，为此，建设高品质的自行车慢行系统显得尤为重要。
传统的彩色沥青生产设备是采用人工将沥青原料加入沥青生产设备，而且传统沥青生产设备所生产的沥青在性能指标上往往不能很好地满足要求，同时，传统沥青生产设备的生产效率较为低下。这样，相对在建设效率上比较缓慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种滚筒式沥青生产装置，以使沥青生产计量更加准确、沥青生产效率更高、沥青性能更好等特点，从而加快建设速度和克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
本发明的一种滚筒式沥青生产装置，包括沥青罐；沥青罐设有支撑架，支撑架底部设有感应电子计量器具；沥青罐内设有滚筒式搅拌器，滚筒式搅拌器设有中心轴，中心轴两端与支撑架转动连接；中心轴一端与变频电机连接；沥青罐顶部设有投料口，投料口经管道与沥青泵连接；沥青罐底部设有燃烧器。
前述装置中，所述支撑架底部设有一组支脚，每个支脚底部均设有感应电子计量器具。
前述装置中，所述沥青罐的形状为水平放置的圆筒状；滚筒式搅拌器位于沥青罐的圆筒内，滚筒式搅拌器的中心轴轴线与沥青罐的轴线重合。
前述装置中，所述滚筒式搅拌器的叶片为角钢制件，叶片的叶尖旋转直径小于沥青罐内径40～50cm。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比，本发明将滚筒式搅拌器通过支撑架安装在沥青罐体内，并通过中心轴将滚筒式搅拌器与电动机相连，从而使滚筒式搅拌器能够充分对沥青原料搅拌、加热。同时，采用的感应电子计量器具可保证原材料投料的精确性。因此，本发明相对于传统沥青生产设备，具有容积更大、投料更加精确、沥青原料搅拌更加充分、沥青生产时间更短、沥青生产效率更高、沥青性能更好等特点，从而加快建设速度，实现降本增效，具有广泛的实用性和推广性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明，但不作为对本发明的任何限制。
本发明的一种滚筒式沥青生产装置，如图1-3所示：包括沥青罐1；沥青罐1设有支撑架9，支撑架9底部设有感应电子计量器具8；沥青罐1内设有滚筒式搅拌器2，滚筒式搅拌器2设有中心轴6，中心轴6两端与支撑架9转动连接；中心轴6一端与变频电机5连接；沥青罐1顶部设有投料口7，投料口7经管道与沥青泵3连接；沥青罐1底部设有燃烧器4。支撑架9底部设有一组支脚，每个支脚底部均设有感应电子计量器具8。沥青罐1的形状为水平放置的圆筒状；滚筒式搅拌器2位于沥青罐1的圆筒内，滚筒式搅拌器2的中心轴6轴线与沥青罐1的轴线重合。滚筒式搅拌器2的叶片为角钢制件，叶片的叶尖旋转直径小于沥青罐1内径40～50cm。
实施例
本例的装置如图1-3所示，包含沥青罐1、滚筒式搅拌器2、沥青泵3、燃烧器4、变频电机5、中心轴6、投料口7、感应计量器具8及支撑架9等组成，在沥青罐1内部安装滚筒式搅拌器2，通过中心轴6将滚筒式搅拌器2与变频电机5连接在一起，在滚筒式搅拌器2下部安装燃烧器4，通过投料口7投入沥青原料，沥青原料采用感应电子计量器具8精确投料。感应计量器6由设置在沥青罐1底部的6个感应装置和电子计量器具组成。搅拌叶片为角钢加工组成。沥青生产设备为圆柱体结构。滚筒式搅拌器2比沥青罐直径小40～50cm。
沥青罐1容积为50m³，在沥青罐1内部安装滚筒式搅拌器2，通过中心轴将滚筒式搅拌器2与变频电机5连接在一起，通过投料口7投入沥青原料。通电后，滚筒式搅拌器在变频电机5的带动下高速转动，能够将沥青原料充分搅拌均匀。同时，沥青原材料计量采用感应电子计量器具精确投料，以保证原材料配比的精确性，从而提高沥青的性能。

1.一种滚筒式沥青生产装置，包括沥青罐（1）；其特征在于：沥青罐（1）设有支撑架（9），支撑架（9）底部设有感应电子计量器具（8）；沥青罐（1）内设有滚筒式搅拌器（2），滚筒式搅拌器（2）设有中心轴（6），中心轴（6）两端与支撑架（9）转动连接；中心轴（6）一端与变频电机（5）连接；沥青罐（1）顶部设有投料口（7），投料口（7）经管道与沥青泵（3）连接；沥青罐（1）底部设有燃烧器（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述装置，其特征在于：所述支撑架（9）底部设有一组支脚，每个支脚底部均设有感应电子计量器具（8）。
3.根据权利要求1所述装置，其特征在于：所述沥青罐（1）的形状为水平放置的圆筒状；滚筒式搅拌器（2）位于沥青罐（1）的圆筒内，滚筒式搅拌器（2）的中心轴（6）轴线与沥青罐（1）的轴线重合。
4.根据权利要求1所述装置，其特征在于：所述滚筒式搅拌器（2）的叶片为角钢制件，叶片的叶尖旋转直径小于沥青罐（1）内径40～50cm。
