Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Hereinafter, a laundry access opening movable drum washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the laundry access opening movable drum washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 100, a tub 200, a rotatable drum (not shown), a door unit 300, and a driving mechanism 400.
The housing 100 has a front panel 110 (the front-rear direction is shown by an arrow B in fig. 1 to 3), and an open opening 111 is formed in the front panel 110. The tub 200 has a laundry taking and putting port, and the tub 200 is provided in the case 100 and configured such that the laundry taking and putting port moves up and down (up and down direction is shown by arrow a in fig. 1 to 3) in the opening 111. The drum is disposed in the tub 200. The door unit 300 is mounted on the tub 200 and covers the laundry access opening. The driving mechanism 400 is used for driving the barrel 200 to move, and the driving mechanism 400 is disposed in the housing 100 and coupled with the barrel 200.
According to the drum washing machine 1 with the movable laundry taking and placing opening of the embodiment of the present invention, by configuring the tub 200 such that the laundry taking and placing opening can move up and down in the opening 111, the drum washing machine 1 can move the laundry taking and placing opening to a position suitable for a user to add or take out laundry when the user needs to take and place laundry, compared to the drum washing machine with the related art in which the laundry taking and placing opening is provided at the front surface. For example, the laundry access opening may be moved upward. Thus, when the user takes and puts clothes, the user does not need to squat down or bend down, the user can conveniently add or take out the clothes through the clothes taking and putting port, and the inconvenient user such as the old can smoothly take and put the clothes, so that the convenience of the washing machine 1 is improved.
Further, since the laundry taking and putting port can move up and down in the opening port 111, the laundry taking and putting port can be moved to a position suitable for washing laundry after laundry is added. For example, the laundry access opening may be moved downward. Therefore, when clothes are washed, the clothes can be driven to be beaten up and down by the rolling of the roller, so that the clothes are washed, the abrasion to the clothes during washing can be reduced, the clothes are not required to be completely immersed in water during washing, the washing can be completed by only needing a small amount of water source, the consumption of water resources is reduced, and the environment is protected.
Further, by providing the driving mechanism 400, the tub 200 can be driven by the driving mechanism 400. Thus, when the user needs to adjust the position of the laundry access opening, the tub 200 may be driven by operating the driving mechanism 400. Therefore, the user can save more labor when adjusting the position of the barrel 200, so that the user can adjust the position of the barrel 200, and the convenience when using the washing machine 1 by the old and the like can be further facilitated.
That is, the washing machine 1 drives the tub 200 to move by configuring the tub 200 such that the laundry taking and putting port moves up and down in the opening 111 and providing the driving mechanism 400. Not only can the washing effect of the common drum washing machine be achieved when the washing machine 1 washes clothes, but also the clothes taking and placing opening can be adjusted to a position suitable for taking and placing clothes when the clothes are taken and placed or added in the middle, and the problem of inconvenient taking and placing of the clothes of the drum washing machine in the related art is solved, so that the washing machine is convenient for users to use.
Therefore, the clothes taking and placing opening movable drum washing machine 1 has the advantages of convenience in use, small clothes abrasion, water source saving and the like.
Hereinafter, a laundry taking and putting port movable drum type washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a laundry taking and putting port movable drum washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 100, a tub 200, a rotatable drum, a door unit 300, and a driving mechanism 400.
The driving mechanism 400 drives the laundry access opening to move up and down between an unwashed state position and a washed state position within the opening 111. In this way, when the laundry is required to be washed, the driving mechanism 400 is used to drive the drum 200 to move the laundry taking-in and putting-out opening to the washing state position, so that the laundry is conveniently washed, and when the laundry is not required to be washed, the driving mechanism 400 is used to drive the drum 200 to move the laundry taking-in and putting-out opening to the unwashed state position, so that the user can conveniently add or take out the laundry.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the laundry access opening is in the unwashed state position (as shown in fig. 3), the laundry access opening is moved to be close to the upper edge of the front panel 110. When the laundry access opening is in the washing state position (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), the laundry access opening is moved to be close to the lower edge of the front panel 110. Therefore, when a user needs to take and put clothes, the clothes taking and putting opening is close to the upper edge of the front panel 110, so that the user can take and put clothes from above, and when the user needs to wash clothes, the clothes taking and putting opening is close to the lower edge of the front panel 110, so that the clothes can be washed by the rolling of the roller.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the front panel 110 may be inclined from bottom to top rearward. Thereby, the user can further conveniently take and put the clothes when the clothes taking and putting opening moves to the unwashed state position.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving mechanism 400 is configured to drive the laundry access opening to move upward to a position where the laundry access opening is close to an upper edge of the front panel 110, and to move downward to a position where the laundry access opening is close to a lower edge of the front panel 110. Thus, when it is desired to take and put laundry, the driving mechanism 400 may be operated to move the laundry taking and putting port upward to be close to the upper edge of the front panel 110, thereby facilitating adjustment of the laundry taking and putting port position, and when it is desired to wash laundry, the driving mechanism 400 may be operated to move the laundry taking and putting port downward to be close to the lower edge of the front panel 110, thereby facilitating washing of laundry by the rolling of the drum.
Alternatively, the movable range of the laundry access opening within the opening 111 is configured such that the angle between the central axis thereof and the horizontal plane is 0 ° to 90 °. In other words, the laundry taking-and-putting port is movable between a position in which its central axis is horizontal and a position in which its central axis is vertical. In particular, the laundry access opening may be oriented in a vertical direction with its central axis in an unwashed state position suitable for taking and putting laundry, and may be oriented in a horizontal direction with its central axis in a washed state position suitable for washing laundry. Thereby not only facilitating the user to take and put the laundry from above through the laundry taking and putting opening, but also facilitating the washing of the laundry by the rolling of the drum.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the activity specification of the laundry access opening may be adjusted according to the actual situation. For example, when the laundry access opening is in the unwashed state position (as shown in fig. 3), the central axis of the laundry access opening may be inclined from bottom to top, so that the user may be facilitated to access laundry as well. When the laundry taking-in/out opening is at the washing state position (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), the central axis of the laundry taking-in/out opening may also be at a predetermined angle to the horizontal direction while ensuring that laundry in the drum can be washed in a rolling manner.
Preferably, the movable range of the clothes taking and putting opening is configured to have an included angle between the central axis of the clothes taking and putting opening and the horizontal plane of 13-45 degrees. Thus, the user can conveniently take and put clothes from the front upper part, and the washing effect of the clothes can be ensured. In addition, the driving mechanism 400 may be facilitated to drive the tub 200, reducing the time required for the tub 200 to move between two positions, so as to improve the washing efficiency of the user.
Fig. 2 to 5 illustrate a laundry access opening movable drum type washing machine 1 according to a specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the driving mechanism 400 includes a longitudinal pushing member 410 provided at the front side of the tub 200, a transverse rotating member 420 provided at the rear side of the tub 200 and coupled to the tub 200, and a supporting frame 430 provided on the housing 100 and having a shaft hole 431, the transverse rotating member 420 rotating within the shaft hole 431 of the supporting frame 430. In this way, the tub 200 may be rotatably provided on the support frame 430 through the transverse rotation shaft 420, so that the laundry taking and putting port may be moved up and down in the opening 111, and the tub 200 may be driven to move through the longitudinal pushing rod 410, so as to adjust the laundry taking and putting port position. In addition, by providing the lateral rotation shaft member 420 at the rear side of the tub 200 and providing the longitudinal push bar member 410 at the front side of the tub 200, it is possible to facilitate pushing the front side of the tub to move in the up-down direction by the longitudinal push bar member 410, so as to further facilitate adjusting the position of the laundry taking-and-putting port.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the longitudinal pushing member 410 includes a driving portion 411 and a telescoping portion 412. The expansion and contraction part 412 is mounted on the driving part 411 and is driven to expand and contract by the driving part 411, and one of the driving part 411 and the expansion and contraction part 412 is mounted inside the case 100 and the other is coupled with the tub 200. Thereby, the driving part 411 can drive the telescopic part 412 to stretch and retract to realize the stretching of the longitudinal pushing rod piece 410, so that the front side of the barrel piece 200 is driven to move in the up-down direction by the longitudinal pushing rod piece 410 to realize the adjustment of the clothes taking-out and putting-in position.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the barrel 200 may also be driven solely by means of the longitudinal pusher member 410. For example, the adjustment of the laundry access opening position may be also achieved by providing the longitudinal pushing bar member 410 to move the tub 200 as a whole in the up-down direction.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 2-4, the driving part 411 is coupled with the tub 200 through a driving part mounting bracket 4110, and the telescopic part 412 is mounted in the case 100 through a telescopic part mounting bracket 4120. Specifically, the telescoping portion 412 may be mounted on the support frame 430 by a telescoping portion mounting bracket 4120. This can facilitate not only the mounting of the driving part 411 on the tub 200, but also the mounting of the telescopic part 412 in the case 100.
Specifically, the driving section 411 may hydraulically drive the expansion and contraction section 412.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, at least one of the connection of the driving part 411 to the driving part mounting frame 4110 and the connection of the telescopic part 412 to the telescopic part mounting frame 4120 is a pivotable connection. Therefore, not only can the barrel 200 be smoother when moving so as to facilitate the adjustment of the position of the clothes taking and placing opening, but also the moving range of the barrel 200 can be enlarged so as to ensure the moving range of the clothes taking and placing opening.
Specifically, the driving part 411 is pivotably mounted on a driving part mounting frame 4110 and the telescoping part 412 is pivotably mounted on a telescoping part mounting frame 4120.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the driving part 411 is connected to the driving part mounting frame 4110 by a driving part positioning pin 4113, and the telescopic part 412 is connected to the telescopic part mounting frame 4120 by a telescopic part positioning pin 4123. Whereby the driving part 411 and the driving part mounting frame 4110 can be pivotally connected, and the telescoping part 412 and the telescoping part mounting frame 4120 can be pivotally connected.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2-4, each of the drive section mounting bracket 4110 and the telescoping section mounting bracket 4120 includes a mounting plate 4111 and two mounting ears 4112. The mounting lugs 4112 are used to mount the driving portion positioning pins 4113 or the telescopic portion positioning pins 4123, and the two mounting lugs 4112 are spaced apart on the mounting plate 4111. Specifically, the mounting ear 4112 may be provided with a pin hole, and the driving portion positioning pin 4113 or the telescopic portion positioning pin 4123 may be fitted into the corresponding pin hole, and the mounting plate 4111 may be mounted on the housing 100 or the tub 200 by a threaded fastener (screw or bolt) or integrally injection-molded with the tub 200. Thus, the contact area between the driving part mounting frame 4110 and the barrel 200 can be increased, the contact area between the telescopic part mounting frame 4120 and the shell 100 is increased, so that the driving part mounting frame 4110 and the telescopic part mounting frame 4120 are conveniently installed, the connection strength and stability of the driving part mounting frame 4110 and the telescopic part mounting frame 4120 after being installed are ensured, the driving part 411 and the driving part mounting frame 4110 can be conveniently and pivotally connected, the telescopic part 412 and the telescopic part mounting frame 4120 can be conveniently and pivotally connected, the connection strength and stability between the driving part 411 and the driving part mounting frame 4110 are ensured, and the connection strength and stability between the telescopic part 412 and the telescopic part mounting frame 4120 are ensured.
Specifically, both ends of the driving part positioning pin 4113 and both ends of the telescopic part positioning pin 4123 may be provided with an anti-falling structure to prevent the driving part positioning pin 4113 and the telescopic part positioning pin 4123 from falling out of the pin holes.
Fig. 2 and 3 illustrate a laundry access opening movable drum type washing machine 1 according to a specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving mechanism 400 includes a longitudinal pushing member 410, a transverse rotating member 420, and a supporting frame 430.
Advantageously, the transverse shaft member 420 is integrally formed on the tub 200. Thus, not only the connection strength of the transverse rotating shaft member 420 and the tub member 200 can be ensured, but also the assembly process of the transverse rotating shaft member 420 can be simplified, and the production efficiency of the washing machine 1 can be improved.
Specifically, the transverse shaft member 420 may be integrally injection molded with the tub 200.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the support bracket 430 includes two longitudinal brackets 432 and a transverse bracket 433. Two longitudinal brackets 432 are provided at a distance from each other on the housing 100, and the shaft hole 431 is provided in the two longitudinal brackets 432. The lateral brackets 433 are connected at both ends thereof to two longitudinal brackets 432, respectively, and the longitudinal pusher member 410 is mounted on the lateral brackets 433. Thereby not only supporting the tub 200 using the supporting frame 430 but also improving the stability of the tub 200.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lateral bracket 433 includes a body portion 4330 lower than the two longitudinal brackets 432 and arc portions 4331 respectively located at both ends of the body portion 4330 and respectively connected to the two longitudinal brackets 432, and the longitudinal pusher member 410 is mounted on the body portion 4330. In other words, the transverse bracket 433 may be U-shaped. When the washing machine 1 performs washing, the tub 200 is vibrated and displaced due to the rotation of the drum, and the vibration and displacement of the tub 200 are transmitted to the lateral bracket 433 through the two longitudinal brackets 432. By providing the lateral bracket 433 including the body portion 4330 and the two arc portions 4331, not only the influence of vibration on the lateral bracket 433 can be reduced, but also vibration and displacement of the longitudinal bracket 432 can be buffered by the lateral bracket 433, the vibration amplitude of the washing machine 1 can be reduced, and the noise of the washing machine 1 during operation can be reduced.
More advantageously, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper surface of each of the longitudinal brackets 432 has a convex portion 4320 protruding upward, and shaft holes 431 are provided on the convex portions 4320 of the two longitudinal brackets 432, respectively. Thus, not only the formation of the shaft hole 431 is facilitated, but also the structural strength of the longitudinal bracket 432 at the shaft hole 431 is ensured, so that the overall structural strength of the longitudinal bracket 432 is ensured, and the stability of the barrel 200 is further improved.
Specifically, the shaft hole 431 may penetrate the longitudinal bracket 432 in the thickness direction of the longitudinal bracket 432.
Fig. 2 and 3 illustrate a laundry access opening movable drum type washing machine 1 according to a specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the transverse shaft member 420 is rotatably fitted in the shaft hole 431 by a bearing. In this way, the friction force applied when the transverse rotating shaft member 420 rotates can be reduced, the rotation of the tub member 200 is smoother, the force required by the longitudinal pushing member 410 to drive the tub member 200 is reduced, the wear speed of the transverse rotating shaft member 420 and the shaft hole 431 can be reduced, and the service life of the clothes taking and placing opening movable drum washing machine 1 is prolonged.
Specifically, a limiting protrusion and an assembly groove which are spaced along the axial direction of the shaft hole 431 are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the shaft hole 431, a split washer is arranged in the assembly groove, and the bearing is stopped between the limiting protrusion and the split washer. The split ring and the limiting protrusion can be used for limiting the bearing so as to prevent the bearing from being separated from the shaft hole 431, and therefore the reliability of the washing machine 1 is improved.
More specifically, the split ring comprises an open ring part and two stop parts, wherein the open ring part is arranged in the corresponding assembly groove, and the two stop parts are respectively arranged at two ends of the open ring part and extend out of the assembly groove where the open ring part is arranged. Thus, the two stopping parts can be used for stopping the bearing so as to realize the positioning of the bearing and prevent the bearing from being separated from the shaft hole 431.
Fig. 2, 3 and 5 illustrate a laundry access opening movable drum type washing machine 1 according to a specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the driving mechanism 400 includes a longitudinal pushing member 410, a transverse rotating member 420 and a supporting frame 430.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the laundry access opening mobile drum washing machine 1 further comprises a damping vibration-absorbing frame 500 supported between the casing 100 and the supporting frame 430. Therefore, not only can the damping vibration absorbing frame 500 be used for supporting the supporting frame 430, but also the damping vibration absorbing frame 500 can be used for buffering the vibration of the supporting frame 430 and damping the displacement of the supporting frame 430, so that the washing machine 1 is more stable in washing.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the damping mount 500 includes at least one set of dampers 510 and damping springs 520. The damper 510 is supported between the housing 100 and the support frame 430. The shock absorbing elastic member 520 is connected to the damper 510 and one of the housing 100 and the support frame 430, respectively. In this way, the vibration of the support frame 430 can be buffered by the damping elastic member 520, and the displacement of the support frame 430 can be damped by the damper 510. If the elastic piece is adopted alone to absorb shock, in order to ensure the shock absorption effect, the rigidity of the elastic piece needs to be reduced, so that the service life of the elastic piece is shortened, and the elastic piece fails prematurely. If the damper is adopted alone for damping, the damping effect can be achieved only by enough damping force, so that the washing machine is difficult to accelerate, large in vibration, large in noise and poor in washing effect, and the washing efficiency is reduced. That is, the damping vibration-absorbing frame 500 buffers the vibration and displacement of the supporting frame 430 by simultaneously using the damper 510 and the damping elastic member 520, not only can offset the harshness impact caused by weakening the unbalanced load, improve the damping effect on the supporting frame 430, reduce the vibration and noise of the washing machine 1 during operation, but also can ensure the lateral and longitudinal stability of the washing machine, make the washing machine 1 maintain the dynamic controllable posture within a predetermined range, improve the operability of the washing machine 1, and ensure the washing effect of the washing machine 1.
Optionally, damper 510 is a friction damper. This reduces the energy of vibration by virtue of the friction of the damper 510, facilitating vibration control of the support frame 430. For example, by adjusting the damper 510 to slip or deform under a predetermined load before the main structural member in the washing machine 1 is yielded to provide a damping effect, it is possible to ensure that the main structural member is not yielded due to vibration and displacement, and to enable the washing machine 1 to expand the movement range of the dynamically controllable posture of the washing machine 1.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the friction damper includes a damping inner rod 511 and a damping outer cylinder 512. The damping inner rod 511 is connected to the one of the support frame 430 and the housing 100. The damping outer cylinder 512 is movably sleeved on the damping inner rod 511 in the axial direction of the damping inner rod 511, the damping outer cylinder 512 is connected with the other one of the support frame 430 and the housing 100, and the damping elastic member 520 is connected with the damping outer cylinder 512 and the one of the support frame 430 and the housing 100, respectively. Thereby providing a damping force to the support frame 430 by friction between the damping inner rod 511 and the damping outer cylinder 512 to secure a shock absorbing effect to the support frame 430.
As shown in fig. 5, the damping elastic member 520 is a spring and is sleeved on the damping inner rod 511. This not only facilitates the installation of the shock absorbing elastic member 520, but also positions the shock absorbing elastic member 520 using the damping inner rod 511 to prevent the shock absorbing elastic member 520 from being displaced.
Fig. 2, 3 and 5 illustrate a laundry access opening movable drum type washing machine 1 according to a specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the damping inner rod 511 is mounted on the housing 100 and the damping outer cylinder 512 is mounted on the supporting frame 430, and the damping elastic member 520 is connected to the damping outer cylinder 512 and the housing 100, respectively. In this way, the installation of the damping vibration attenuation bracket 500 can be realized, and the vibration attenuation effect of the damping vibration attenuation bracket 500 can be ensured.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 5, the housing 100 is provided with a supporting leg 530 and the supporting leg 530 is provided with a jack, into which the damping inner rod 511 is inserted. This not only facilitates the installation of the damping vibration attenuation bracket 500, but also positions the damping vibration attenuation bracket 500 using the insertion hole to prevent the damping vibration attenuation bracket 500 from being displaced.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the damper 510 and the shock absorbing elastic member 520 are four groups distributed at four corners of the same rectangle. Therefore, the four groups of dampers 510 and the damping elastic members 520 can be utilized to damp the support frame 430, so that the damping effect on the support frame 430 is improved, the stress of the support frame 430 is more uniform, and the damping effect on the support frame 430 is further improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the housing 100 has a bottom plate 120 at the bottom thereof, and a damping mount 500 is mounted on the bottom plate 120. This may facilitate the installation of the damping mount 500 and other components.
More advantageously, the bottom plate 120 is a plastic piece. This allows the bottom plate 120 to absorb noise in the housing 100, thereby further reducing noise when the washing machine 1 is operated.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the laundry access opening movable drum washing machine 1 further includes an adjustable foot 600 for supporting the housing 100 and adjusting the height of the housing 100, the adjustable foot 600 being screw-fitted on the bottom plate 120 and the adjustable foot 600 being provided with a shock pad 610. Thus, not only the height of the bottom plate 120 can be adjusted by adjusting the adjustable foot 600, but also vibration of the bottom plate 120 can be further buffered by the shock pad 610 to further reduce vibration and noise of the washing machine 1.
Further, the tub 200 may be provided with a weight 700 thereon. This can balance the center position of the tub 200 using the balance weight 700 and increase inertia of the tub 200, reducing vibration amplitude at the time of high-speed dehydration.
Specifically, the tub 200 may include a front tub and a rear tub, which are flange-coupled. The balancing weights 700 may be distributed on the front tub and the rear tub as required.
