本发明葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖及其制作方法,属于包装领域,目的是提供一种能有效降低瓶盖破损风险的葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,以及该葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖的制作方法,以提高合格率。葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖包括外盖,所述外盖包括上盖和下套;在上盖与下套之间设有断裂线;在上盖内固定连接有内盖,所述内盖的内壁设有与葡萄酒瓶口旋压配合的螺纹。该葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,外观上保留了传统葡萄酒瓶盖的样式;无需外盖与瓶酒瓶瓶口螺纹配合,即无需旋压螺纹,避免了旋压时外盖表面擦伤、破裂等情况;降低了断裂线断裂的风险;并且,不需要进行BVS密封,简化了封盖程序。其制作方法简单,且可有效防止断裂线断裂,提高了葡萄酒胀形盖的合格率。

葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于包装领域,具体的是葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有的葡萄酒瓶盖为全铝螺旋盖,是一种新型葡萄酒包装结构,较传统木塞结构相比较,具有容易开启、成本低、方便储存、密封性能优异且无木塞污染等优势。现有全铝螺旋盖的结构如图1所示,包括铝旋盖100,铝旋盖100的侧壁设有旋压螺纹110,沿铝旋盖100周向设有一圈断裂连线120,铝旋盖100上瓶封装时在压装点130采用BVS压装方式压装,同时旋压螺纹110与瓶口旋合;开启时断裂连线120断裂,达到防伪效果。但是,由于铝旋盖100侧壁设有与葡萄酒瓶的瓶口旋压的旋压螺纹110,在与瓶口旋合时容易擦伤、破裂,并且容易造成断裂连线120断裂,从而导致铝旋盖100报废。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能有效降低瓶盖破损风险的葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,以及该葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖的制作方法,以提高合格率。
本发明采用的技术方案是:葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,包括外盖,所述外盖包括上盖和下套;在上盖与下套之间设有断裂线;在上盖内固定连接有内盖,所述内盖的内壁设有与葡萄酒瓶口旋压配合的螺纹。
进一步的,在下套周向设有沿下套径向向内延伸并与葡萄酒瓶颈相适配的凸筋。
进一步的,在上盖周向设有沿上盖径向向内延伸的台阶,所述台阶顶靠内盖的底端。
上述葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制作外盖;
2)将内盖与外盖的上盖固定连接;
3)在上盖与下套之间切断裂线。
进一步的,步骤1)中,首先,选取一端封闭的铝筒;然后,将铝筒拉伸成直筒;最后,将铝筒封闭端所在的一段采用胀形工艺进行胀形形成上盖,另一段作为下套。
进一步的,步骤2)中,所述内盖的外径大于上盖的内径;步骤2)的具体操作为:对内盖加热到70-80℃使内盖变软,同时将热熔胶滴入上盖内;然后,将内盖压入上盖。
进一步的,包括步骤3A)在下套上压制凸筋;步骤3A)在步骤2)之后进行。
进一步的,步骤3A)在步骤3)之前进行。
本发明的有益效果是:该葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,外观上保留了传统葡萄酒瓶盖的样式;因外盖内部加入内盖,故,无需外盖与瓶酒瓶瓶口螺纹配合,即无需旋压螺纹,避免了旋压时外盖表面擦伤、破裂等情况;由于封盖时无需旋压螺纹,从而降低了断裂线断裂的风险;最终有效降低瓶盖破损的风险。并且,使用内盖的螺纹与葡萄酒瓶口旋压配合,在封盖时只需要将盖旋紧就能保证密封,不需要采用现有产品一样进行BVS密封,简化了封盖程序。
该葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖制作方法简单,还可有效防止断裂线断裂,提高了葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖的合格率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的说明如下:
葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,如图2所示,包括外盖1,所述外盖1包括上盖11和下套12;在上盖11与下套12之间设有断裂线2;在上盖11内固定连接有内盖3,所述内盖3的内壁设有与葡萄酒瓶口旋压配合的螺纹4。
该葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,外观上保留了传统葡萄酒瓶盖的样式;因外盖1内部加入PE等材料制成的内盖3,故,无需外盖1与瓶酒瓶瓶口螺纹配合,即无需旋压螺纹,避免了旋压时外盖1表面擦伤、破裂等情况;由于封盖时无需旋压螺纹,从而降低了断裂线2断裂的风险;最终有效降低瓶盖破损的风险。并且,使用内盖3的螺纹4与葡萄酒瓶口旋压配合,在封盖时只需要将盖旋紧就能保证密封,不需要进行BVS密封,简化了封盖程序。
为了提高封盖的可靠性,优选的,在下套12周向设有沿下套12径向向内延伸并与葡萄酒瓶颈相适配的凸筋5。葡萄酒瓶颈处的凸缘阻挡凸筋5,避免了葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖沿葡萄酒瓶轴向脱离葡萄酒瓶,且有利于节约开盖时破环断裂线2的外力。
为了增加上盖11与内盖3连接的牢固性,优选的,在上盖11周向设有沿上盖11径向向内延伸的台阶6,所述台阶6顶靠内盖3的底端。
上述葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制作外盖1;
2)将内盖3与外盖1的上盖11固定连接;
3)在上盖11与下套12之间切断裂线2。
该制作方法,步骤3)在步骤2)之后进行,可有效防止断裂线2)断裂,提高了葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖的合格率。

1.葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖的制作方法,葡萄酒瓶螺旋盖,包括外盖(1),所述外盖(1)包括上盖(11)和下套(12);在上盖(11)与下套(12)之间设有断裂线(2);在上盖(11)内固定连接有内盖(3),所述内盖(3)的内壁设有与葡萄酒瓶口旋压配合的螺纹(4);在下套(12)周向设有沿下套(12)径向向内延伸并与葡萄酒瓶颈相适配的凸筋(5);在上盖(11)周向设有沿上盖(11)径向向内延伸的台阶(6),所述台阶(6)顶靠内盖(3)的底端;其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)制作外盖(1);
2)将内盖(3)与外盖(1)的上盖(11)固定连接;
3)在上盖(11)与下套(12)之间切断裂线(2);
