齿式瓶嘴旋出铝塑盖
(一)技术领域：本实用新型涉及到一种铝塑盖，尤其是一种瓶嘴与瓶口采用新型连接方式的齿式瓶嘴旋出铝塑盖。
(二)背景技术：目前，大部分瓶盖的瓶嘴4的内侧面有止转齿5与瓶口的外侧面设有的止转齿10相啮合，使瓶嘴4与瓶口不会产生相对转动，并且瓶嘴4上设有向内收拢倾斜的卡爪，使瓶嘴4与瓶口不会产生轴向相对运动，这样就使得瓶嘴4的结构复杂化且体积较大，导致加工难度高，耗用材料多，成本也高。
(三)发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足，而提供一种新型防伪效果，瓶口上端面有瓶口止转齿10与瓶嘴4端面的止转齿5啮合的齿式瓶嘴旋出铝塑盖。
本实用新型的目的可以通过如下措施来达到：齿式瓶嘴旋出铝塑盖，由带有切口7和压痕8的铝筒1、铝筒1内的外盖2、与外盖2通过螺纹连接的瓶嘴4和内塞6组成，其特征是瓶嘴4的端面设有止转齿5，铝筒1上设有锁痕9。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有如下积极效果：由于瓶嘴4的端面设有止转齿5，在解决瓶嘴4与瓶口相对转动的问题上，更直接，更方便；由于采用铝筒1上的锁痕9压入瓶子的凹槽11中，解决了瓶嘴4与瓶口产生轴向相对运动的问题，省掉了瓶嘴4上的向内收拢倾斜的卡爪，在达到同样防伪效果的前提下，结构更简单，减少了工艺，耗用材料更少，可有效降低成本。

(五)具体实施方式：下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型并给出一个实施例：内塞6装入带有止转齿5的瓶嘴4，旋入塑料外盖2，压入铝筒1，瓶盖压到瓶口上后，使铝筒1压入瓶子的凹槽11中，形成锁痕9，瓶嘴4的止转齿5与瓶子的瓶口止转齿10相啮合。当瓶盖开启后，塑料外盖2上的防伪警示环3露出，而且不能复原，体现出防伪特性。
