A building block puzzle assembly according to claim 8, wherein the resilient member is a spring, and wherein at least one of the interior of the mobile building block and the interior of the building base is provided with a member having a height less than the length of the spring for limiting displacement of the spring in a non-telescoping direction, or wherein displacement of the spring in a non-telescoping direction is limited by at least one of a side wall of the mobile building block and a side wall of the building base.
14. A block toy having the block puzzle fitting structure of any one of claims 8 to 13, comprising the block puzzle fitting structure and blocks that can be fitted to movable block building blocks of the block puzzle fitting structure by insertion.
