Abstract
本发明涉及一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：紫花地丁8～12份、甜地丁8～12份、雷丸6～10份、南瓜子5～8份、五加皮6～10份、百部6～10份、桔梗10～15份、柴胡8～12份。本发明具有较好的预防猪棘球蚴病，有助于增强免疫力，促进生长与发育。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料技术领域，具体涉及一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物。
背景技术
猪是我们日常生活中最常食用的肉类产品，是主要家畜之一、猪肉是日常生活的主要副食品，具有补虚强身，滋阴润燥、丰肌泽肤的作用。凡病后体弱、产后血虚、面黄赢瘦者，皆可用之作营养滋补之品。我国养猪业正处在向商品化、规模化和现代化生产转化的伟大变革时期，养猪生产结构的变化，使人们越来越重视猪病的预防和控制。猪棘球蚴病是由细粒棘球绦虫的幼虫—棘球蚴起的。成虫寄生在犬、狼、狐的小肠，幼虫寄生在人及牛、羊、猪的肝、肺等脏器内。棘球蚴呈囊泡状，小的如豌豆，大的如小儿头，囊内有无色透明的液体。囊壁分两层，外层为角质层，有保护作用；内层为生发层，在该层上可长出生发囊，生发囊的内壁上生成许多头节。初期一般不显症状。寄生在肺时，发生呼吸困难、咳嗽、气喘及肺浊音区逐渐扩大等症状。寄生在肝时，最后多呈营养衰竭和极度虚弱。人误食细粒棘球绦虫的虫卵后，可患严重的棘球蚴病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点，提供一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物。
所述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：紫花地丁8～12份、甜地丁8～12份、雷丸6～10份、南瓜子5～8份、五加皮6～10份、百部6～10份、桔梗10～15份、柴胡8～12份。
上述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物的制备方法为：
（1）按所述的重量份称取原料：紫花地丁、甜地丁、雷丸、南瓜子、五加皮、百部、桔梗、柴胡，加水进行常规煎煮两次，合并两次药液。
上述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物的使用方法为：按5%~8%混入常规猪饲料，混配搅拌均匀后喂养。
作为本发明的一种优选方案, 其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：紫花地丁9份、甜地丁12份、雷丸8份、南瓜子5份、五加皮8份、百部6份、桔梗12份、柴胡9份。
上述一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物中药原料功效解析：
紫花地丁：清热解毒、凉消肿，有抗病原微生物作用；
甜地丁：清热解毒，凉血消肿，治痈肿疔疮，丹毒，肠痈，瘰疬；
雷丸：杀虫消积，增强免疫及抗癌作用；
南瓜子：杀虫，下乳，利水消肿；
五加皮：祛风湿、补肝肾、强筋骨，有抗炎、抗应激、抗辐射作用；
百部：润肺止咳，能抗病原微生物、抗寄生虫、镇咳、祛痰、平喘；
桔梗：宣肺祛痰、利咽排脓，有抗炎、抗溃疡、扩张血管的作用；
柴胡：和解表里、疏肝，有抗炎、解热、镇静、镇痛、镇咳及抗惊厥作用。

2、有助于增强猪的免疫力；
3、促进猪的生长与发育。
具体实施方式：
实施例一:
所述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：紫花地丁9份、甜地丁12份、雷丸8份、南瓜子5份、五加皮8份、百部6份、桔梗12份、柴胡9份。
实施例二:
所述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：紫花地丁10份、甜地丁11份、雷丸7份、南瓜子6份、五加皮9份、百部7份、桔梗11份、柴胡10份。
实施例三:
所述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：紫花地丁11份、甜地丁10份、雷丸6份、南瓜子7份、五加皮10份、百部8份、桔梗10份、柴胡8份。
上述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物的制备方法为：
（1）按所述的重量份称取原料：紫花地丁、甜地丁、雷丸、南瓜子、五加皮、百部、桔梗、柴胡，加水进行常规煎煮两次，合并两次药液。
上述的一种预防猪棘球蚴病的组合物的使用方法为：按5%~8%混入常规猪饲料，混配搅拌均匀后喂养。
本发明的实验效果
取猪棘球蚴病的病猪100头，采用栏隔离放置，采用本发明的实施例一，将本发明组合物按6%加入常规饲料进行饲喂。并记录效果。
疗效评定：
1、痊愈：病理症状完全消失，功能恢复，无其它病变；
2、显效：病理症状大部消失，功能基本恢复，无其它病变；
3、有效：病理症状明显减轻，功能有所恢复，无其它病变；
4、无效：病理症状改善不明显，或有其它并发症状。
记录10天后猪的数据如下表：

从上表可以看出本发明对猪棘球蚴病有很好的防治效果。
