Abstract
The invention discloses an abdomen midwifery device, which comprises an arc midwifery device body and a booster block connected with the midwifery device body, wherein the midwifery device body comprises a top end plate connected with the booster block, a left lower end plate connected with the top end plate, a right lower end plate and an observation port; the two ends of the pull rope are respectively connected with the middle positions of the end parts of the left lower end plate and the right lower end plate. The invention avoids the defect that the midwifery operation such as obstetric forceps, embryo suction and the like directly acts on the fetus body to easily cause fetal damage, is safer and more beneficial to mother and infant, and has simple operation process, less time consumption and good midwifery effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical appliance for obstetrics and gynecology, in particular to an abdomen midwifery device.
Background
Chinese patent No. CN 2013104008760 discloses an abdomen midwifery device, which comprises a midwifery device body, wherein the midwifery device body is an arc plate with an opening, and a boosting block perpendicular to the arc plate is fixed at the bottom edge of the arc plate. The invention has simple structure and unique shape, and the midwifery personnel can quickly and accurately find the positions of the uterus and the uterine fundus of the pregnant woman by means of the arc-shaped plate of the abdomen midwifery device; external force can be indirectly acted on the uterus, the uterus bottom and the fetus body through the boosting block and the pull ring of the midwifery device, so that the defect that the fetus is easy to be damaged due to the direct acting of midwifery techniques such as obstetric forceps, embryo suction and the like on the fetus body is avoided, and the midwifery device is safer and more beneficial to mother and infant; in addition, the midwifery device applies an acting force to the upper abdomen of the pregnant woman, so that the magnitude and the direction of the acting force can be easily known. However, it is still deficient: the operation is laborious when using, and the effect is not good when pulling out, and the time that whole operation needs to spend is longer.

The invention aims to provide an abdomen midwifery device which avoids the defect that the midwifery operation such as obstetric forceps, embryo suction and the like directly acts on the body of a fetus to easily cause fetal damage, has simple operation process, less time consumption and good midwifery effect, and is safer for mother and infant.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the abdomen midwifery device comprises an arc midwifery device body and a booster block connected with the midwifery device body, wherein the midwifery device body comprises a top end plate connected with the booster block, a left lower end plate, a right lower end plate and an observation port, wherein the left lower end plate and the right lower end plate are connected with the top end plate; the two ends of the pull rope are respectively connected with the middle positions of the end parts of the left lower end plate and the right lower end plate.
Preferably, two ends of the pull rope are respectively connected with the middle positions of the end parts of the left lower end plate and the right lower end plate through a quick connecting mechanism.
Preferably, the quick connecting mechanism comprises a locking groove, a connector connected with the pull rope, an opening communicated with the locking groove, an end inlet for the connector to enter the locking groove, and an elastic blocking piece arranged in the end inlet and used for preventing the connector from falling out; the connector includes with the upper end post that the stay cord is connected and set up in lower spliced pole in the locking groove, the diameter of upper end post is less than the diameter of lower spliced pole.
Preferably, one end of the elastic blocking piece is connected with the end of the end inlet far away from the opening, and the other end is a free end.
Preferably, the boosting block comprises a fixed plate connected with the top end plate, a containing cavity arranged in the fixed plate, a containing cavity outlet, a telescopic part arranged in the containing cavity, a reset spring used for resetting the telescopic part, an inflatable air bag arranged in the containing cavity and used for pushing the telescopic part to extend out of the containing cavity outlet, and an inflatable mechanism connected with the inflatable air bag.
Preferably, the inflation mechanism comprises a connecting air pipe connected with the inflatable air bag, a built-in connecting cavity arranged at the end part of the left lower end plate and a rubber inflatable ball connected with the connecting air pipe.
Preferably, the telescopic part is a plurality of telescopic rods, and the return spring is sleeved on the telescopic rods; the containing cavity outlet comprises through holes with the number corresponding to that of the telescopic rods.

Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the abdomen midwifery device comprises a circular arc midwifery device body 1 and a booster block 2 connected with the midwifery device body 1, wherein the midwifery device body 1 is provided with necessary lines to increase friction force; the midwifery body 1 comprises a top end plate 11 connected with the boosting block, a left lower end plate 13, a right lower end plate 14 and a viewing port 15 which are connected with the top end plate 11; the left lower end plate 13 and the right lower end plate 14 are symmetrically arranged, and further comprise a pull rope 3, wherein the pull rope 3 is used for pulling the midwifery body 1, and two ends of the pull rope 3 are respectively connected with the middle positions of the end parts of the left lower end plate 13 and the right lower end plate 14; the structure of adopting two pull rings promotes pregnant woman's effect of delivering is not ideal, because when adopting two pull rings to carry out the pulling, the strength of both sides is not even enough, causes whole midwifery ware skew, therefore, adopt the softer rope of material as the material, adopt a rope moreover, both ends respectively with the end connection of left lower end plate 13, right lower end plate 14, and be the intermediate position department of two end plates, just so guaranteed when the pulling, the power that acts on the midwifery ware is even, can not take place the deflection, guaranteed the effect of midwifery, the security is better, the time of production has been saved.

The telescopic part can adopt a telescopic plate, and the reset springs are positioned at two sides of the telescopic plate; however, preferably, the telescopic part 204 is a plurality of telescopic rods, and the return spring 205 is sleeved on the telescopic rods; the accommodating cavity outlet 203 comprises through holes corresponding to the telescopic rods in number, and the structure can be better adapted to the human body and improves the midwifery effect.
In embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 4, the fixing plate 201 is connected to the top end plate 11 through a connecting sheet 209 having a thickness smaller than that of the fixing plate, and the connecting sheet enables the fixing plate to be obliquely rotated inward (toward the viewing port), so that the proportional influence caused by the length of the booster block 2 can be avoided as much as possible, and the whole abdomen midwifery device can be more easily put in; in order to avoid that the connecting sheet 209 makes the fixing plate 201 rotate reversely (far away from the direction of the observation port) during pushing, the midwifery effect is affected, the top end plate 11 is provided with a limiting plate 210 positioned at the outer side of the fixing plate 201, the length of the limiting plate 210 is 1.3-1.5 times that of the connecting sheet 209, and the limiting plate and the fixing plate 201 are integrally formed.
