本发明实施例公开了一种管理虚拟网络功能的方法和装置，涉及虚拟化技术领域，用以提高工作效率和资源利用率。本发明实施例提供的方法包括：为待实例化虚拟网络功能VNF分配资源并配置部署参数，得到半实例化VNF；存储所述半实例化VNF的信息；其中，所述半实例化VNF的信息包括：所述半实例化VNF的标识、所述半实例化VNF对应的资源信息，以及所述半实例化VNF对应的部署参数。
