Disclosure of Invention
When a disposable diaper is worn by an infant, there is a growing awareness that the infant wants to reduce the burden as much as possible without applying a burden to the skin of the infant. Since the surface fastener may irritate the skin of an infant or the like, the user may think that the surface fastener is a foreign object. The fastening tape has a strong sense of incongruity particularly in terms of hand feeling and appearance as compared with other portions of the disposable diaper formed of nonwoven fabric or the like. Therefore, there is a fear that the user's uncomfortable feeling, which has been demanded for disposable diapers in recent years, cannot be eliminated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a fastening tape that can reduce a visual and/or tactile discomfort to a user.
A disposable diaper of the present disclosure has a front waistline region, a rear waistline region, and a fastening tape for fastening the front waistline region and the rear waistline region together. The fastening tape includes an engaging piece that can be engaged with at least one of the front waistline region and the rear waistline region. The fastening tape is folded in such a manner as to be able to be unfolded. In the folded state of the hook and loop fastener, a part of the engaging piece faces the other part of the engaging piece in the plane where the engaging piece is folded and overlapped with each other.

Detailed Description
Next, an embodiment of the disposable diaper 10 will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. However, it should be noted that the drawings are schematic, and the ratio of the dimensions and the like are different from the actual ratio and the like. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. Further, the drawings may include portions having different dimensional relationships and ratios from each other.
(1) Overall schematic structure of disposable diaper
Fig. 1 is a developed plan view of a disposable diaper 10 of the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the disposable diaper taken along the line F1-F1 shown in fig. 1. The developed view shown in fig. 1 is a view showing a state where the elastic members of the leg stretch units 75 and the leg side stretch units 80 are stretched to a state where no wrinkle is formed in the top sheet 50, the side flaps 70, and the like constituting the disposable diaper.
The disposable diaper 10 has a front waistline region 20, a crotch region 25, and a rear waistline region 30. The front waistline region 20 is a portion that contacts the front waistline portion (abdomen) of the wearer. The back waistline region 30 is a portion that contacts the back waistline (back) of the wearer. The crotch region 25 is located between the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30.
Further, the disposable diaper 10 is formed with a pair of leg openings 35. The leg opening 35 is provided at the outer edge (outer end in the width direction) of the disposable diaper, and the leg opening 35 is a portion disposed along the leg circumference of the wearer in a state where the disposable diaper is worn by the wearer.
In the present embodiment, a direction from the front waistline region 20 to the rear waistline region 30 is referred to as a longitudinal direction L, and a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction L is referred to as a width direction W.
The disposable diaper 10 has an absorber 40. The absorber 40 has an absorbent core 40a and a core wrap 40 b. The absorbent core 40a spans the crotch region 25 and extends from the crotch region 25 toward at least either one of the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30.
The absorbent core 40a can be suitably configured using a known member or material such as ground pulp or a super absorbent polymer. The absorbent core 40a is covered with a sheet-like core wrap 40 b. The core wrap 40b is a sheet for wrapping the absorbent core 40 a.
The absorbent core 40a is formed with a low basis weight region 110 in which the basis weight of the absorbent material is lower than the basis weight of the absorbent material in other portions of the absorbent core 40 a. The low basis weight region 110 is located at the center in the width direction of the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40 a. The width of the low basis weight region 110 in the width direction W increases toward the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40 a. More specifically, the low basis weight region 110 is wedge-shaped when the disposable diaper 10 is viewed in plan. Preferably, the low basis weight region 110 has a basis weight greater than 0 and 10% or less of the basis weight of the other regions. Instead, the low area weight region 110 may be formed of a notch having no weight per unit area at all.
A liquid-permeable top sheet 50 is provided on the surface side (skin-facing surface side) of the absorber 40. A liquid-impermeable back sheet 60a is provided on the back surface side (non-skin-facing surface side) of the absorber 40. An outer sheet 60 is provided on the back surface side of the base sheet 60 a.
Side flaps 70 are provided on the outer edges of the absorber 40. The side flaps 70 are disposed on the outer side in the width direction of the absorber 40 across the front waistline region 20, the crotch region 25, and the rear waistline region 30. The side flaps 70 are formed of 1 or 2 or more pieces of nonwoven fabric stacked one on another. The side flaps 70 are positioned closer to the skin-facing surface side than the absorbent core, and extend outward in the width direction than the absorbent core. The inner edges (inner ends in the width direction) of the flaps cover the absorbent core, and the outer edges of the flaps are disposed further outward in the width direction than the absorbent core.
The side flap 70 is provided with a pair of leg stretch units 75, and the pair of leg stretch units 75 are disposed on the inner side in the width direction than the leg opening 35 and are stretchable in the longitudinal direction L. The leg stretch unit 75 may be configured to be capable of stretching the leg opening 35 in the longitudinal direction, and may be disposed along the leg opening 35 or in a state in which a part thereof is inclined with respect to the leg opening 35.
Further, a pair of leg-side stretchable portions 80 extending in the longitudinal direction L are provided on the inner sides in the width direction of the pair of leg stretchable portions 75. The leg-side stretchable component 80 is provided at the inner end of the side flap 70 in the width direction, and is a stretchable gather that is erected.
The disposable diaper 10 further includes a crotch stretch unit 200 disposed in a region overlapping with the absorber in the crotch region 25. The crotch stretch unit 200 is configured such that the crotch stretch unit 200 can maintain a flat shape in a part of the crotch region 25 when the disposable diaper is worn, as compared with the other parts of the absorber 40. The crotch stretch unit 200 is configured to be stretchable at least in the longitudinal direction L or the width direction W.
The absorbent core 40a in the crotch region is formed with a 1 st notch 115 and a 2 nd notch 125. The 1 st notch 115 and the 2 nd notch 125 are slits formed in the absorber 40. The slits are portions where no absorbent material is present. The 1 st notch 115 and the 2 nd notch 125 are notch shapes extending from the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a toward the inside in the width direction, respectively. The disposable diaper may not have the crotch stretch unit 200, the 1 st notch 115, and the 2 nd notch 125.
The fastening tapes 90 are a pair for fastening the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30 together. The fastening tape 90 holds the disposable diaper 10 on the body of the wearer by fixing the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30 to each other. The target portion 900 is provided on the surface of the exterior sheet 60 on the non-skin-facing side of the portion of the front waistline region 20 or the back waistline region 30. The target portion 900 is configured to allow the hook and loop fastener 90 to be hooked on the target portion 900. The target portion 900 may be, for example, a hot air nonwoven fabric. The disposable diaper may be configured such that the fastening tape 90 is fixed to a portion of the outer sheet 60 located in the front waistline region 20 or the rear waistline region 30 without the target portion 900.
Further, a waist stretchable unit 85 stretchable in the width direction W may be provided between the pair of fastening tapes 90 in the width direction. The waist stretchable unit 85 stretches the fastening tapes 90 in the width direction.
In the present embodiment, the waist stretchable unit 85 is formed of a stretchable sheet. The waist stretchable unit 85 is a concept of a portion substantially stretchable in the width direction, excluding a portion where a stretchable sheet is disposed in a state where a stretching force is not exerted. Therefore, the outer edge of the waist stretchable portion described later is not the outer edge of the stretchable sheet but the outer edge of the stretchable portion. In the present embodiment, a weight per unit area of 20g/m is used2~45g/m2The stretchable film of (2) is used as the waist stretchable portion 85. However, the waist stretchable section 85 may be formed of other structures such as a plurality of rubber bands and a stretchable nonwoven fabric. The waist stretchable unit 85 is stretched to a predetermined magnification with respect to the length in the non-stretched state (natural state), and then bonded to the exterior sheet 60 with a hot melt adhesive, heat treatment, or the like.
The waist stretchable unit 85 extends from the center in the width direction of the disposable diaper toward both outer sides in the width direction, and is formed of a continuous sheet extending in the width direction. The rear end edge of the waist stretchable panel 85 is positioned on the front side of the rear end edge of the disposable diaper. The rear end edge of the waist stretchable panel 85 may coincide with the rear end edge of the disposable diaper. The front end edge of the waist stretchable section 85 is located on the front side of the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a, on the front side of the rear end edge of the core wrap 40b, and on the rear side of the rear end edge of the leg stretchable section 75. Therefore, at least a part of the waist stretchable unit 85 overlaps the absorbent core 40a in a plan view of the disposable diaper. The waist stretchable section 85 extends beyond the rear end edge of the absorbent core and the rear end edge of the core wrap to the rear side of the rear end edge of the absorbent core and the rear end edge of the core wrap.
The outer edge 85WO of the waist stretch unit 85 is positioned inward in the width direction from the inner edge (inner end in the width direction) of the fastening tape. The waist stretchable portion 85 and the fastening tape 90 are separated in the width direction. Alternatively, the waist stretchable unit 85 and the fastening tape 90 may be overlapped without being separated from each other in the width direction.
The waist stretchable panel has a 1 st region 851 extending inward in the width direction from both outer edges 85WO of the waist stretchable panel, a 2 nd region 852 extending inward in the width direction from an inner edge 851WI of the 1 st region 851, and a 3 rd region 853 extending inward in the width direction from an inner edge 852WI of the 2 nd region 852.
The 1 st region 851, the 2 nd region 852, and the 3 rd region 853 are connected in the width direction. Therefore, a non-stretching region that does not stretch in the width direction is not provided between the 1 st region 851 and the 2 nd region 852 and between the 2 nd region 852 and the 3 rd region 853. The inner edge 851WI of the 1 st region 851 coincides with the outer edge 852WO of the 2 nd region 852, and the inner edge 852WI of the 2 nd region 852 coincides with the outer edge 853WO of the 3 rd region 853.
The 1 st region 851, the 2 nd region 852, and the 3 rd region 853 are configured to have different elongations in the width direction. In detail, the 2 nd region 852 has an elongation in the width direction lower than that of the 1 st region 851. In addition, the elongation in the width direction of the 3 rd region 853 is higher than the elongation in the width direction of the 2 nd region 852. In addition, the relationship between the elongation of the 1 st region 851 in the width direction and the elongation of the 3 rd region 853 in the width direction may be the same or higher. It is preferable that the elongation of the 3 rd region 853 in the width direction is higher than that of the 1 st region 851 in the width direction.
The outer edge 851WO of the 1 st region 851 is located further outward in the width direction than the outer edge of the absorbent core 40 a. The inner edge 851WI of the 1 st region 851 is located inward in the width direction from the outer edge of the absorbent core. Thus, the 1 st zone is disposed across the outer edge of the absorbent core. At least a part of the 1 st region may be positioned outside the absorbent core in the width direction, and the inner edge of the 1 st region may be positioned further outside than the outer edge of the absorbent core in the width direction, or the inner edge of the 1 st region may coincide with the outer edge of the absorbent core.
Area 2 852 is located between area 1 851 and area 3 853. Preferably, the 2 nd region 852 is disposed at a position inward in the width direction from the outer edge of the absorbent core 40 a. The 3 rd region 853 is disposed across the center of the disposable diaper in the width direction. Preferably, the 3 rd region 853 overlaps with at least a part of the low basis weight region in a plan view.
The waist stretchable unit 85 of the present embodiment may be symmetrical or asymmetrical with respect to a center line extending in the longitudinal direction through the center in the width direction of the disposable diaper. For example, both the left and right 1 st regions 851 may span the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a, or one 1 st region 851 may span the outer edge of the absorbent core 40 a. Both the left and right 2 nd regions 852 may be disposed inside the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a in the width direction, or one 2 nd region 852 may be disposed inside the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a in the width direction. In the disposable diaper of the present embodiment, a region having a lower elongation than that of the 1 st region 851 may be provided at a position outside the 1 st region 851 in the width direction.
The waist stretchable section 85 is located on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent core 40 a. In the present embodiment, the waist stretch unit 85 is disposed between the outer sheet 60 and the chassis 60 a. However, in the configuration in which the core wrap 40b extends to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 40a, the waist stretchable section 85 may be disposed between the core wrap 40b and the chassis 60a or between the core wrap 40b and the outer sheet 60. The position of the waist stretch unit is not particularly limited. In the region where the absorbent body is not disposed, the waist stretchable section 85 may be disposed between the side flap 70 and the backsheet 60a or between the side flap 70 and the outer sheet 60.
The waist stretchable unit of the present embodiment is configured to stretch in the width direction, but the waist stretchable unit may be configured to stretch in the width direction and the longitudinal direction.
The "elongation" in the present specification means the degree of elongation, and is obtained by the following measurement method.
When the disposable diaper 10 is enclosed in a package or the like, the disposable diaper 10 is taken out from the package. Next, an arrangement region of the stretchable sheet constituting the waist stretchable section is cut out, and a sample to be measured is prepared. The sample was left to stand at 20 ℃. + -. 2 ℃ under an atmosphere of relative humidity 60%. + -. 5% RH for 24 hours, and this state was assumed to be the natural state of the stretchable sheet. In a natural state, dots (marks) are intermittently marked in the width direction between the end portion (front end portion) on the absorbent core side of the stretchable sheet and the end portion (rear end portion) on the waist opening side of the stretchable sheet, that is, at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction. The dots are marked (symbols) from the center of the stretchable sheet in the width direction to the ends of the stretchable sheet in the sample width direction at 5mm intervals from the center to the left and right in the width direction. The distance between adjacent points is measured. Let this distance be the length of the natural state (5 mm since the marks are marked at intervals of 5 mm). Next, the distance between the marks extending from the natural state to the state where the wrinkles formed in the elastic member could not be visually observed in the stretchable sheet was measured. The elongation is calculated by a formula of (multiple) elongation of each portion (distance between symbols in an elongated state)/(distance between symbols in a natural state).
(2) Structure of fastening tape
The structure of the fastening tape 90 will be described below. The fastening tape 90 may be provided on the outer side of the rear waistline region 30 in the width direction W. Specifically, the fastening tape 90 may be attached to a region of the side flap 70 corresponding to the rear waistline region 30. In this case, the fastening tape 90 may be configured to be fixed to the target portion 900 of the front waistline region 20 or the outer sheet 60. Instead of this embodiment, the fastening tape 90 may be provided in the front waistline region 20. In this case, the fastening tape 90 may be configured to be fixed to the target portion or the exterior sheet formed in the rear front waistline region 30.
The fastening strip 90 is folded in an expandable manner before use. Fig. 3 shows the fastening strip 90 in a folded state. Fig. 4 shows the fastening strip 90 in an unfolded state. Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the fastening tape 90 in a folded state taken along line F2-F2 of fig. 3. Fig. 6 is a sectional view of the fastening tape 90 in a developed state taken along the line F3-F3 in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the fastening strip 90 is preferably folded in three.
The fastening tape 90 includes a base 91 connected to the side flaps 70, and an engagement piece 92 provided on the base 91 and engageable with at least one of the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30. A plurality of engaging hooks 99 (see also fig. 8) as engaging members engageable with the front waistline region 20 or the rear waistline region 30 are provided on one surface (engaging surface) of the engaging sheet 92. In the present embodiment, the surface fastener 90 is folded such that the base materials 91 overlap each other in a plan view.
Preferably, the free end 93 of the fastening tape 90, i.e., the free end of the base 91, is formed of 1 or more pieces of nonwoven fabric. More preferably, the entire substrate 91 is formed of 1 or more nonwoven fabrics. Here, the free end portion 93 of the fastening tape 90 is a portion to be grasped by a user when the fastening tape 90 is unfolded. The engaging piece 92 may have higher rigidity than the base material 91 of the fastening tape 90, for example, a nonwoven fabric.
The fastening tape 90 is folded inward in the width direction W orthogonal to the longitudinal direction L from the front waistline region 20 to the rear waistline region 30 along the 1 st fold line 95 and outward in the width direction W along the 2 nd fold line 96 (see fig. 2 and 5). The 2 nd folding line 96 is positioned further outward in the width direction W than the 1 st folding line 95 in the state where the surface fastener 90 is unfolded (see fig. 6). The 1 st folding line 95 and the 2 nd folding line 96 are formed along the longitudinal direction L of the disposable diaper 10. Preferably, the free end portion 93 of the fastening tape 90 extends outward in the width direction W in the folded state of the fastening tape.
In the folded state of the surface fastener 90, a part of the engagement piece 92 faces the other part of the engagement piece 92 in the plane where the folded portions are overlapped with each other (see fig. 5). That is, the engaging surface of the engaging piece 92 is hidden inside the base 91 of the surface fastener 90.
The rear waistline region 30 includes a housing portion 72 for housing at least a region where the engaging piece 92 is present in the fastening tape 90 in a folded state. The storage portion 72 may be formed by a space between the side sheet forming the side flap 70 and the exterior sheet 60. Preferably, in the folded-up state, the portion of the surface fastener 90 other than the free end portion 93 is housed in the housing portion 72. In this case, only the free end portion 93 of the hook and loop fastener 90 protrudes from the housing portion 72 to the outside.
In the folded state of the fastening tape 90, the outer shape 93a of the free end portion 93 of the fastening tape 90 may be formed to be continuously continuous with the outer shape 30a on the outer side in the width direction W of the rear waistline region 30 (see fig. 1 and 3).
The back waistline region 30 includes a topsheet 50, a backsheet 60a, and an outer sheet 60. In the region outside the rear waistline region 30 in the width direction W, that is, in the region where the side flaps 70 are formed, there is a region (non-bonded region) where the topsheet 50 and the outer sheet 60 are not bonded. The non-joining region forms a housing portion 72 for housing the hook and loop fastener 90.
The fixed end portion 94 of the fastening tape 90 on the opposite side to the free end portion 93 is joined to a sheet present in the rear waistline region 30. The fastening tape 90 may be fixed to a skin surface side sheet (side flaps 70 in the present embodiment) of the pair of sheets 50 and 60 forming the housing portion 72. In this case, the fastening tape 90 is folded toward the side opposite to the skin surface side sheet. In the state where the hook and loop fastener 90 is unfolded, the engagement surface of the engagement piece 92 faces the skin surface side.
Preferably, the engaging pieces 92 are disposed on both surfaces of the surfaces folded and overlapped with each other. More preferably, the engaging piece 92 is formed substantially over the entire region between the 1 st fold line 95 and the free end portion 93. In the present embodiment, the engaging piece 92 is formed in the region between the 1 st fold line 95 and the 2 nd fold line 96 and the region between the 2 nd fold line 96 and the free end portion 93. Preferably, the engagement pieces 92 face each other without protruding from each other in a state where the hook and loop fastener 90 is folded.
Preferably, the 1 st folding line 95 is formed along the outermost line in the width direction W of the rear waistline region 30. The 2 nd fold line 96 is provided between the 1 st fold line 95 and the free end 93, for example, at a central location.
Preferably, the engagement piece 92 is not provided on the folding lines 95 and 96 (see fig. 4 and 6) at which the hook and loop fastener 90 is folded. However, the engagement piece 92 may be provided on the folding lines 95, 96 on which the hook and loop fastener 90 is folded.
Fig. 7 is a sectional view of the fastening tape in a developed state according to another embodiment. In fig. 7, the engagement pieces 92 formed on the base 91 of the surface fastener 90 are present in regions on both sides across the 2 nd folding line 96. In this case, it is preferable that embossings 97 along the folding lines 95, 96 that are folded along the fastening tape 90 be formed on the engagement piece 92. Further, the embossing 98 may be formed on the base 91 for forming the fastening tape 90.
Instead of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, embossing may be formed on at least one of the base material 91 and the engaging sheet 92 for forming the fastening tape 90. Preferably, the folded fastening tapes 90 are temporarily fixed to each other at the folded portion by hot melt adhesive or heat sealing. The engagement of the temporarily fixing portion is released by pulling the free end portion 93 of the surface fastener 90, whereby the surface fastener 90 can be unfolded. From the viewpoint of not impairing the ease of unfolding (pulling out) the hook and loop fastener 90, it is preferable that the temporarily fixing portion is a spot-like hot-melt adhesive or heat-sealed. Preferably, the hot-melt adhesive is disposed on the surface facing the skin surface side of the disposable diaper after the fastening tape 90 is unfolded.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view showing the engagement hook 99 on the engagement piece 92 in the fastening tape 90 in the folded state. Preferably, the diameter D of the engaging hooks 99 is smaller than the interval I between the engaging hooks 99. In this case, it is considered that the engaging hooks 99 enter the gaps between the opposing engaging hooks 99 in the state where the surface fastener 90 is folded (see fig. 8). When the hook and loop fastener 90 is pulled, the hook and loop fastener 90 is unfolded while the engagement between the engagement hooks 99 is disengaged. When the engagement between the engaging hooks 99 is released, a sound is generated.
(3) Action and Effect
According to the above embodiment, the fastening tape 90 is folded before the disposable diaper 10 is used. In the folded state of the surface fastener 90, a part of the engagement piece 92 faces the other part of the engagement piece 92 in the plane where the folded portions overlap each other. That is, one surface (engaging surface) of the engaging piece 92 which can engage with the front waistline region 20 or the rear waistline region 30 faces. Thus, the engaging surface of the engaging piece 92 is completely hidden inside the surface fastener 90. That is, the engaging surface that the user feels most visually and tactually awkward is folded inward toward the inside of the hook and loop fastener 90. Thus, the user can be relieved of discomfort.
Here, if the engagement piece 92 is not opposed, the engagement piece 92 comes into contact with the other portion of the surface fastener 90 in a state where the surface fastener 90 is folded. When the surface fastener 90 is formed of a material that is easily engaged with the engaging piece 92, for example, a nonwoven fabric, the engaging piece 92 may be engaged with another portion of the surface fastener 90, which may make it difficult to pull out the surface fastener 90. In the above embodiment, since the engagement pieces 92 face each other in the state where the hook and loop fastener 90 is folded, it is difficult for a part or all of the engagement surfaces of the engagement pieces 92 to come into contact with other portions of the hook and loop fastener 90. This can suppress a decrease in the drawability of the hook and loop fastener 90, and therefore, a good feeling of use can be obtained. Specifically, the hook and loop fastener 90 can be easily pulled out only by pulling the free end portion 93 in the width direction W in the lateral direction. Further, the frictional force when the surface fastener 90 is unfolded while the engagement pieces 92 are rubbed against each other is much smaller than the frictional force when the surface fastener 90 is pulled out in a state where the engagement pieces 92 are engaged with the nonwoven fabric. On the other hand, since the fibers are exposed on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, when the engaging piece is engaged with the nonwoven fabric, the engaging surface of the engaging piece is caught by the fibers of the nonwoven fabric during the operation of pulling out the hook and loop fastener 90, and the drawability of the hook and loop fastener 90 is lowered.
In the above embodiment, the engaging pieces 92 are disposed on at least two of the surfaces that are folded and overlapped with each other. Therefore, the length of the engaging piece 92 with respect to the overall length of the surface fastener 90 can be increased as compared with the case where the engaging piece 92 is disposed only on one of the surfaces that are folded and overlapped with each other. This can increase the fixing force of the surface fastener 90 without increasing the length of the surface fastener 90.
Further, according to the above embodiment, when the free end portion 93 of the hook and loop fastener 90 is pulled, a sound is generated when the engaging pieces 92 facing each other are disengaged. This sound is relatively pleasant to the user, and it can be expected to improve the user's desire to purchase. In addition, the user can easily grasp the expansion of the hook and loop fastener 90 by the generation of sound without visual confirmation.
According to one embodiment, the fastening tape 90 is provided on the outer side in the width direction W of the rear waistline region 30. The fastening tape 90 is folded inward in the width direction W along a 1 st folding line 95, and the fastening tape 90 is folded outward in the width direction W along a 2 nd folding line 96 located outward in the width direction W from the 1 st folding line 95, the width direction W being orthogonal to the longitudinal direction L from the front waistline region 20 toward the rear waistline region 30. The free end portion 93 of the hook and loop fastener 90 extends outward in the width direction W.
Generally, a disposable diaper having a fastening tape folded such that a free end portion of the fastening tape faces inward in a width direction is known. When such a disposable diaper is worn on an infant, the infant is placed on the disposable diaper with the disposable diaper laid on a bed. At this time, if the free end portion of the surface fastener is directed inward in the width direction, the free end portion of the surface fastener may be hidden under the body of the infant. This may make it difficult to pull out the hook and loop fastener. In addition, it is also conceivable to unfold the fastening tape first and then place the infant on the disposable diaper. However, the spread fastening tape tends to return to the inside in the width direction due to the habitual bending. As a result, the engaging surfaces of the fastening tape and the fastening tape may come into contact with an infant placed on the disposable diaper. In this case, the fastening tape gives stimulation to the infant.
In the present embodiment, the free end portion 93 of the hook and loop fastener 90 extends outward in the width direction W. Therefore, even when an infant is placed on the disposable diaper 10 at a position where the absorber is disposed, the free end portion 93 of the hook and loop fastener 90 is disposed outward in the width direction W from the body of the infant. This allows the hook and loop fastener 90 to be easily withdrawn. Even when the surface fastener 90 is pulled out and set in an unfolded state, the 1 st fold line 95 is bent habitually outward in the width direction W. Therefore, the fastening tape 90 does not move inward in the width direction W to such an extent that it may contact an infant placed on the disposable diaper 10, and therefore, the possibility that the fastening tape 90 may irritate the infant can be reduced.
According to one embodiment, the front waistline region 20 or the rear waistline region 30 includes a housing portion 72, and the housing portion 72 is configured to house at least a region where the engaging piece 92 exists of the fastening tape 90 in a folded state. Thus, the engagement piece 92, which the user feels the most visually and tactually awkward, is accommodated in the accommodation portion 72. Therefore, the user can be further relieved of the uncomfortable feeling. Further, since the portion of the surface fastener 90 other than the free end portion 93, which is easily visually and tactually recognized as a foreign matter, is accommodated in the accommodating portion 72, the user's sense of discomfort can be further reduced.
According to one embodiment, the receptacle 72 is formed by a space between a skin-side sheet and a garment-side sheet for forming the front waistline region 20 or the rear waistline region 30. The hook and loop fastener 90 is sandwiched between the skin-side sheet and the garment-side sheet, and is fixed to one of the skin-side sheet and the garment-side sheet. As described above, by housing the surface fastener 90 in the housing portion 72 formed of the pair of sheets, the portion of the surface fastener 90 other than the free end portion is housed without being exposed to the skin surface side or the clothing side. This can prevent the fastening tape 90 from being unfolded in advance before the disposable diaper is used. Further, since the fastening tape 90 is housed in the housing portion 72, when an infant is placed on the disposable diaper, the possibility that the fastening tape 90 is unfolded by contact with the skin of the infant can be reduced. In the present embodiment, when the disposable diaper is worn on an infant, the fastening tape 90 can be pulled out and fixed to the front waistline region 20 or the rear waistline region 30 after the operation of pulling out the free end portion of the fastening tape 90 by the user. That is, in the present embodiment, the disposable diaper can be worn on an infant by two steps, i.e., a step of laying the disposable diaper on the lower surface of the infant and a step of wearing the disposable diaper while pulling out the fastening tape 90. In contrast, for example, in a disposable diaper in which the free end of the fastening tape 90 is folded inward in the width direction (hereinafter referred to as a comparative example), after the fastening tape is unfolded, the disposable diaper is laid on the underside of an infant while paying attention to prevent the unfolded fastening tape from adhering to the diaper main body again. After that, the operation of pulling the fastening tape again to wear the disposable diaper is required. Therefore, the disposable diaper of the present embodiment is significant in terms of ease of wearing the disposable diaper, as compared with the disposable diaper of the comparative example.
According to one embodiment, the hook and loop fastener 90 is fixed to the skin surface side sheet of the pair of sheets forming the housing portion 72, and is folded toward the side opposite to the skin surface side sheet. According to this configuration, the engagement surface of the engagement piece 92 faces the skin surface side in the state where the hook and loop fastener 90 is unfolded. Therefore, the fastening tape 90 provided in the rear waistline region 30 can be engaged with the front waistline region 20.
According to one embodiment, a color different from that of the skin surface side sheet and the clothing side sheet forming the housing portion 72 is applied to the free end portion 93 of the hook and loop fastener 90. Since the free end portion 93 protruding from the housing portion 72 is made in a color different from the sheet for forming the housing portion 72, the free end portion 93 to be gripped by the user can be made conspicuous. This can intuitively assist the user in use.
According to one embodiment, the fastening tape 90 is provided outside the front waistline region 20 in the width direction W or outside the rear waistline region 30 in the width direction W, and in a state where the fastening tape 90 is folded, the outer shape 93a of the free end portion 93 of the fastening tape 90 is formed so as to be continuously continuous with the outer shape outside the front waistline region 20 in the width direction W or the outer shape outside the rear waistline region 30 in the width direction W. As a result, the user visually feels the integrated feeling that the fastening tape 90 is integrated with the front waistline region 20 or the rear waistline region 30, and thus the visual sense of incongruity is reduced.
According to one embodiment, the engagement tab 92 is not provided on the fold lines 95 and/or 96 where the fastening strip 90 is folded. Thereby, the fastening strip 90 is easily folded along the fold lines 95 and/or 96. In particular, the fastener tab 92 is generally more rigid than the base material 91 of the fastener tape 90. Therefore, the fastening tape 90 can be easily folded by not forming the engagement piece 92 on the fold lines 95 and/or 96.
According to one embodiment, embossing of the fold lines 95 and/or 96 that are bent along the surface fastener 90 is formed on the base 91 or the engagement sheet 92 that forms the surface fastener 90, or embossing of the fold lines 95 and/or 96 that are bent along the surface fastener 90 is formed on both the base 91 and the engagement sheet 92. Because the embossings are formed along the fold lines 95 and/or 96 of the fastening strip 90, the fastening strip 90 is easily folded along the fold lines.
According to one embodiment, the fastening tapes 90 are provided in a pair on both outer sides in the width direction W of the rear waistline region 30. The rear waistline region 30 includes a waistline stretch unit 85 that stretches and contracts in the width direction between the pair of fastening tapes 90. When the pair of fastening tapes 90 are pulled out and unfolded, the waist stretchable portion 85 of the rear waist region 30 is stretched, and therefore, the fastening tapes are easily pulled out from between the body of the infant and the bed. This can improve the wearability of the disposable diaper 10 when worn on an infant. Further, since the waist stretchable portion 85 contracts at the moment when the hook and loop fastener 90 is expanded, the impact at the time of expansion can be alleviated.
According to one embodiment, the engagement tab 92 has a plurality of engagement hooks 99, the diameter D of the engagement hooks 99 being smaller than the spacing I between the engagement hooks 99. This is considered that, in the state where the hook and loop fastener 90 is folded, the engaging hooks 99 enter the gaps between the opposing engaging hooks 99. In this state, when the free end portion 93 of the hook and loop fastener 90 is pulled, a sound is generated when the engagement between the engagement hooks 99 is disengaged. This sound is more pleasant to the user, and the user can expect an increase in the desire to purchase. In addition, even if the user does not visually confirm the expansion of the hook and loop fastener 90, the expansion can be easily grasped by voice. In addition, the tactile sensation when the hook and loop fastener 90 is pulled out can be made conspicuous.
According to one embodiment, the surface fastener 90 includes a base 91 formed of a nonwoven fabric and an engaging piece 92 provided on the base 91. Since the portion of the fastening tape 90 other than the engaging piece 92 is formed of nonwoven fabric, the user can be less aware that the fastening tape 90 is a foreign object. This can further reduce the discomfort felt by the user.
Further, since the surface fastener 90 is folded such that the engaging pieces 92 face each other, the engaging pieces 92 can be prevented from engaging with the nonwoven fabric forming the base material 91 of the surface fastener 90. Generally, when the engagement piece 92 engages with the nonwoven fabric, the engagement force between the engagement piece 92 and the nonwoven fabric is strong, and the hook and loop fastener 90 is difficult to be pulled out. In the present embodiment, even if the portion of the surface fastener 90 other than the engaging piece 92 is formed of a nonwoven fabric, since the engaging piece 92 does not engage with the nonwoven fabric, a decrease in the drawability of the surface fastener 90 can be suppressed.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented in modified and altered forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description in the present specification is for the purpose of illustration and description, and does not have any restrictive meaning to the present invention.
(4) Modification example
The structure of the hook and loop fastener 90 according to the modification will be described below. Fig. 9 is a sectional view of the fastening tape in a folded state according to a modification. Fig. 10 is a sectional view of the fastening tape in a developed state of a modification. In fig. 9 and 10, the same components as those of the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. Hereinafter, description of the same structure as that of the above embodiment may be omitted.
The fastening strip 90 is folded in an expandable manner before use. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the fastening strip 90 is preferably folded in three. The fastening tape 90 is folded inward in the width direction W orthogonal to the longitudinal direction L from the front waistline region 20 to the rear waistline region 30 along the 1 st fold line 95 and outward in the width direction W along the 2 nd fold line 96 (see fig. 9 and 10).
The engaging pieces 92 are disposed on both surfaces of the surfaces that are folded and overlapped with each other. In the present modification, the engagement piece 92 is disposed at a position closer to the fixed end 94 than the 1 st fold line 95 and at a position between the 1 st fold line 95 and the 2 nd fold line 96. Preferably, the engagement pieces 92 face each other without protruding from each other in a state where the hook and loop fastener 90 is folded.
In the state where the surface fastener 90 is unfolded, the engagement piece 92 disposed closer to the fixed end 94 than the 1 st fold line 95 is kept housed in the housing portion 72. Even in this case, the engaging piece 92 disposed between the 1 st fold line 95 and the 2 nd fold line 96 is drawn out of the housing portion 72 (see fig. 10). Therefore, the disposable diaper 10 can be fixed by the engaging piece 92 drawn out from the storage portion 72.
