Abstract
本发明公开了一种加湿功能的空气净化器,包括箱体、过滤网、制氧机构和加湿机构;箱体上端设置有出气口,出气口上设置有抽风机,箱体的下端设置有进气口,箱体的中部设置过滤网,过滤网包括从下往上依次设置纤维网层、HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯,在过滤网上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气效果,而且设置有制氧机构和加湿机构能够在使用过程中对室内空气进行补氧和加湿,从而满足室内室内生活的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器技术领域,特别涉及一种加湿功能的空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器是一种用于室内空气净化的设备,由于冬天室内空气灰尘较多,而且空气比较干燥。现有的空气净化器只有空气过滤的功能,将空气中的灰尘过滤掉,而空气中的病菌不能进行杀灭,而且不具有对室内空气进行加湿的功能,从而不能很好的满足室内使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够对室内空气进行过滤、消毒、加湿和补氧的加湿功能的空气净化器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种加湿功能的空气净化器,包括箱体、过滤网、制氧机构和加湿机构;所述箱体上端设置有出气口,所述出气口上设置有抽风机,所述箱体的下端设置有进气口,所述箱体的中部设置所述过滤网,所述过滤网包括从下往上依次设置纤维网层、HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,所述活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,所述活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯;所述过滤网的下侧设置所述制氧机构,所述制氧机构包括电解箱、液箱和水箱,所述电解箱的上端通过第一输氧管与所述液箱的上端连通,所述液箱的上端通过第二输氧管密封连接在所述水箱的上端,所述第二输氧管的端部延伸到所述水箱的液体中,所述水箱的上端设置有第三输氧管;所述加湿机构包括设置在所述电解箱上侧的加湿水箱和设置在所述紫外线灯上侧的隔板,所述隔板上设置有喷头,加湿水箱的内侧设置有加湿水泵,所述加湿水泵的出水口通过水管与所述喷头的进水口连接,所述第三输氧管的出氧口固定在所述喷头的进水口上,氧气和加湿液体同时从喷头喷出后再经过所述箱体的出气口排出。
进一步的,所述箱体的中部设置有用于固定所述过滤网的抽插槽,所述抽插槽的一端设置有抽插槽开口,所述过滤网可拆卸的固定在所述抽插槽中,所述过滤网与所述抽插槽接触处设置有密封件。
进一步的,所述隔板边沿上设置有向上的凸起。
进一步的,所述液箱内设置有第一水泵,所述第一水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述电解箱的底部,所述液箱和所述电解箱内盛有碱液,所述碱液位于所述液箱和所述电解箱的三分之二处。
进一步的,所述水箱中盛有三分之二的清水,所述水箱的底部设置有第二水泵,所述第二水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述液箱的底部。
进一步的,所述电解箱由多个电解槽间隔串接制成,所述电解槽由可溶氧的阴极板和金属阳极板拼装组成,所述电解槽内设置有碱液。
采用上述技术方案本发明得到的有益效果为:在过滤网上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气效果,而且设置有制氧机构和加湿机构能够在使用过程中对室内空气进行补氧和加湿,从而满足室内室内生活的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
结合附图对本发明进一步描述,使所属技术领域的技术人员更好的实施本发明,本发明实施例加湿功能的空气净化器,包括箱体1、过滤网2、制氧机构3和加湿机构4。
本发明实施例箱体1上端设置有出气口5,出气口5上设置有抽风机6,箱体1的下端设置有进气口7,箱体1的中部设置过滤网2,过滤网2包括从下往上依次设置纤维网层8、HEPA滤网层9和活性炭滤网层10,活性炭滤网层10上涂有光触媒,活性炭滤网层10上侧设置有紫外线灯11;在活性炭滤网层10上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯11的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气效果
制氧机构3设置在过滤网2的下侧,制氧机构3包括电解箱12、液箱13和水箱14,电解箱12的上端通过第一输氧管15与液箱13的上端连通,液箱13的上端通过第二输氧管16密封连接在水箱14的上端,第二输氧管16的端部延伸到水箱14的液体中,水箱14的上端设置有第三输氧管17,液箱13内设置有第一水泵18,第一水泵18的出水口通过连管连接到电解箱12的底部,液箱13和电解箱12内盛有碱液,碱液位于液箱13和电解箱12的三分之二处;水箱14中盛有三分之二的清水,水箱14的底部设置有第二水泵19,第二水泵19的出水口通过连管连接到液箱13的底部;电解箱12由多个电解槽间隔串接制成,电解槽由可溶氧的阴极板和金属阳极板拼装组成,电解槽内设置有碱液,通过电解箱12中发生的电化学反应产生氧气,产生的氧气经过水箱14中的液体进行过滤,保证了进入室内空气中的氧气洁净。
加湿机构4包括设置在电解箱12上侧的加湿水箱20和设置在紫外线灯11上侧的隔板21,隔板21上设置有喷头22,加湿水箱20的内侧设置有加湿水泵23,加湿水泵23的出水口通过水管与喷头22的进水口连接,第三输氧管17的出氧口固定在喷头22的进水口上,氧气和加湿液体同时从喷头22喷出后再经过箱体1的出气口5排出,氧气和加湿液体通过喷雾的方式到室内空气中。
本发明实施例为了方便的将过滤网2从箱体1中取出清洗,在箱体1的中部设置有用于固定过滤网2的抽插槽24,抽插槽24的一端设置有抽插槽24开口,过滤网2可拆卸的固定在抽插槽24中,过滤网2与抽插槽24接触处设置有密封件。
本发明实施例为了放置喷头22喷出的液体流到紫外线灯11上,在隔板21边沿上设置有向上的凸起。

Claims (6)
1.一种加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:包括箱体、过滤网、制氧机构和加湿机构;
所述箱体上端设置有出气口,所述出气口上设置有抽风机,所述箱体的下端设置有进气口,所述箱体的中部设置所述过滤网,所述过滤网包括从下往上依次设置纤维网层、HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,所述活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,所述活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯;
所述过滤网的下侧设置所述制氧机构,所述制氧机构包括电解箱、液箱和水箱,所述电解箱的上端通过第一输氧管与所述液箱的上端连通,所述液箱的上端通过第二输氧管密封连接在所述水箱的上端,所述第二输氧管的端部延伸到所述水箱的液体中,所述水箱的上端设置有第三输氧管;
所述加湿机构包括设置在所述电解箱上侧的加湿水箱和设置在所述紫外线灯上侧的隔板,所述隔板上设置有喷头,加湿水箱的内侧设置有加湿水泵,所述加湿水泵的出水口通过水管与所述喷头的进水口连接,所述第三输氧管的出氧口固定在所述喷头的进水口上,氧气和加湿液体同时从喷头喷出后再经过所述箱体的出气口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述箱体的中部设置有用于固定所述过滤网的抽插槽,所述抽插槽的一端设置有抽插槽开口,所述过滤网可拆卸的固定在所述抽插槽中,所述过滤网与所述抽插槽接触处设置有密封件。
3.根据权利要求1所述加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述隔板边沿上设置有向上的凸起。
4.根据权利要求1所述加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述液箱内设置有第一水泵,所述第一水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述电解箱的底部,所述液箱和所述电解箱内盛有碱液,所述碱液位于所述液箱和所述电解箱的三分之二处。
5.根据权利要求4所述加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述水箱中盛有三分之二的清水,所述水箱的底部设置有第二水泵,所述第二水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述液箱的底部。
6.根据权利要求5所述加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述电解箱由多个电解槽间隔串接制成,所述电解槽由可溶氧的阴极板和金属阳极板拼装组成,所述电解槽内设置有碱液。
