Abstract

本发明公开了一种农村自建房内新型复合室内取暖制冷装置,旨在提供一种切合现代农村自建房实用发展的需要,降低能耗,实现资源循环高效利用的取暖制冷装置。其技术方案的要点是:在传统火炕靠墙的一侧修建菱形散热烟道(火墙),利用烟的余热来带动两侧房间的温度。同时在火炕上方置三角形循环水管,三角形水管中循环的软化水被火炕的温度加热后传送至另一间房屋内的暖气片内;同时在三角形管道内再放置一根循环的圆形管道,里面接入生活用自来水,可加温加热。在暖气到达第三间屋子温度下降时,用墙内壁炉接力传送温度,同样,壁炉出烟道设置菱形散热烟道,在壁炉炉火上方安置暖气水管及烤箱。屋顶的风光互补独立发电系统给房屋提供电能,屋外的沼气设备将废料垃圾转化为燃料。地下的冷库及送风机满足夏天制冷需求和食物保鲜。

新型复合室内取暖制冷装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农村自建房内新型环保取暖制冷装置,它通过对房屋内结构的科学化设置,达到高效、可循环的保暖制冷效果。
背景技术
目前,传统自建房,尤其是边远山区的自建房因自身的特点往往冬冷夏热,取暖多半采用煤炉及电炉等方式,耗能大,但室内温度不均匀,取暖效果不理想,不能达到资源整个的作用。本发明即在传统的火炕中置一特殊循环热水装置,利用火炕温度使这一装置产生自循环压力而使暖气片发热。室内壁炉同样安置水循环暖气片,壁炉烟道亦可作为供热源。屋顶的风光互补发电装置以及沼气废料变燃料的循环利用,达到高效环保的效果。地下冷库及送风装置满足夏天制冷的需要。
发明内容
为切合现代农村自建房实用发展的需要,降低能耗,实现资源循环高效利用,制成本发明。
本发明解决其技术问题多采用的技术方案是:在院落的房间3里以传统火炕为基础,与其连接的一侧墙内修建菱形散热烟道,利用烟的余热来带动两侧房间的温度。同时在火炕上方置三角形循环水管,将加热后的暖气软化水传送至另一间房屋内的暖气片内,三角形水管内还通入圆形水管,圆形水管里为自来水。被加热循环水管上面铺设保温板作为睡觉的炕面,这种三角形的热水管,底面的充分接触能更好的吸收火炕的热量来加热水管里的水,但是三角形管道上层的炕面不需要太高的温度,故采用三角形结构,顶尖与炕面结合,炕面供热点的面积减小,有效的防止了过热,保证恒温舒适的睡眠。同时采用三角形制作管道稳定性增强,便于制作,形似三棱柱。
距离火炕热源相对较远的房间4温度下降时,用墙内壁炉接力传送温度,壁炉烟道同样镶嵌在墙内,利用烟道的余热,进一步提升室内温度;壁炉上方设置抽拉式烤箱,方便加热食物,烤箱底部焊接暖气管道,将加热的水循环送入隔壁的房间5的暖气片内。
在房间1-房间5的屋顶上铺置太阳能光伏板并架设风能发电机,安装风光互补独立发电供电系统,将收集自然光能和风能存储于蓄电池,供屋内用电。
院落内利用生活垃圾和厨余废物供应沼气池,给厨房提供燃料能源。
在房屋东南角的房间1对应的地下一层,安小型室内冷库,平时可保鲜蔬果,盛夏可通过改造的冷风机将冷气通过排风管输送入其他房间降暑。
本发明的有益效果是,高效利用热能,降低能耗,同时保持室内干净。

具体实施方式
图1是房屋内平面布置图,房间3先建好炕底,炕面第一层铺设导热钢板,在钢板上焊上三角形管道,呈“”型铺设,三角形管的底面就是火炕的导热钢板,可以更大限度的吸收导热钢板的热量,三角形管里通入软化水,经过热炕上的钢板热量将软化水加热,循环入其他房间的暖气片内;同时在三角形管道内再放置一根圆形管道,圆形管道里接入生活用自来水,圆形水管里的自来水被三角形管里的软化水加热成温自来水,可以供洗澡、洗菜等。火炕管道中间用保温材料填充,三角形管上层铺设保温板作为睡觉用炕面。
在房间2与房间3之间的墙壁建成可供火炕余热、余烟排出的菱形散热烟道(火墙),这面墙用专业散热砖砌成,排烟的同时给房间2供暖。
距离火炕较远的房间4和房间5,暖气片的温度因为距离的增加有所下降,在房间4与房间5的墙内凿一1米高的墙内壁炉,壁炉上方同样设置散热菱形烟道,壁炉顶焊接铁质烤箱,以便加热食物。烤箱下再固定盘置一圈过水管道,将加热的暖气水输送入房间5的暖气片中。
图2是屋顶平面布置图,房间1、房间2、房间3、房间4、房间5及厨房、卫生间的房顶架设风能发电配套机组及复合材料叶片和太阳能光伏板,形成独立的风光互补发电供电线路,利用空置的房顶尽可能最大化的利用风能和太阳能。
图3是厨房、卫生间、房间2、房间3所涉及的火炕、火墙的鸟瞰图。房间3和房间2中间的墙在修建时用专业散热砖砌成中空菱形状烟道,烟道下端连接火炕烟口,利用火炕的热量加热火墙,给房间2供暖。
图4是附带烤箱、火墙、循环暖气管的壁炉半透视三维图,壁炉内的火加热上层的暖气水管和烤箱,产生的余热、余烟通过菱形散热烟道排除室外的同时,最大限度的利用了炉火的热,通入房间5暖气片的水也被加热供暖。
图5是房间1地下设置的冷库和冷风管,冷库房自身和放置需要保鲜的食物,更重要的是它有一根吹送冷风的管道,依次通入上层的房间1、房间2、厨房、房间4和房间5,每间房间设置独立开关,可在夏天为屋内输送清凉冷风。

Claims (6)

1.一种自建房内新型环保取暖制冷装置,包括火层中带有供热供水管道的火炕;菱形散热火墙;风光互补蓄电设备及综合发电机组;冷库及送风机;附带烤箱、火墙及循环供热暖气管的壁炉、沼气池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹层中带有供热供水管道的火炕,其特征是:在传统火炕隔热板上焊接三角形管道,三角形管注入暖气用水,三角形管里再通入一根流自来水的圆形管子,三角形管底面即火炕的隔热钢板吸收火炕隔热板的热量,来加热两层管道中的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三角形管道里的菱形散热火墙,其特征是:砌成的火墙用专业散热砖,火墙烟道下方连接火炕的出烟口,出烟口长几乎与火炕宽等长以便尽可能将余热引到火墙中,火墙的烟道下宽上窄,菱形状排布以扩大烟道占据墙里面的空间,更大限度的增加了加热面积,利用了余热。
4.根据权利要求1所述的风光互补蓄电设备及综合发电机组,其特征是:由太阳能光伏电池板和风力发电机所收集的能源通过综合发电机组,形成独立的发电供电线路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冷库及送风机,其特征是:冷库的作用不局限于库内制冷,山送风机将库内冷气通过出风管道送入每一个房间,每一个房间设有独立开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的附带烤箱、火墙及循环供热暖气管的壁炉,其特征是:壁炉上层设有配套的加热暖气水管和焊接的烤箱,出烟通道建成菱形散热火墙。
