Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水纸板及其制作方法,所述防水纸板包括主体层,主体层由3~6层为500~1500g/㎡的全木浆牛皮纸复合而成;每相邻的两层全木浆牛皮纸之间设有采用高分子量有机物质制作而成的粘胶层;主体层的一侧依次设有高粘度的水性油墨印刷层和以丙烯酸树脂为主体防水剂的防水层,主体层的另一侧设有防水层。其制作方法为:S1、采用3~6层的全木浆牛皮纸复合;S2、采用高黏度水性油墨在纸板一侧进行印刷;S3、在纸板的正反二面均涂布以丙烯酸树脂为主体的防水剂;S4、采用刀模切成盒。本发明的有益效果为:本发明生产成本低、生产工艺简单,且其防水防潮效果好、被水浸泡后可重复利用,强度好、韧性高、耐冲击性能好。

Description

一种防水纸板及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装纸板技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水防潮、强度好、韧性高、耐冲击性能好的防水纸板及其制作方法。
背景技术
市面上的纸板,大多采用双面覆膜的方式制造,在使用过程中,当完全浸泡于水中时,大部分不耐水,充其量是防潮,复膜工艺复杂,印刷成本高,且在回收利用时,薄膜在造纸制浆时无法溶解。
通常,纸板在表面涂拒水剂或涂蜡来防水。拒水剂本身有疏水作用(类似荷叶),但是也只是纸板的表面疏水,纸板的底面、以及瓦楞、或复合材料的边渗问题无法解决。而采用浸蜡的方式来防水,虽然采用内外100%含蜡作为拒水方式,但其耐水时间只有3~6个小时;风干后无法继续使用;且浸蜡后纸箱表面发黑,无法满足高湿度情况下的高档销售包装需求。
且市面上的纸板大多是瓦楞纸板,瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层(俗称“坑纸”、“瓦楞纸”、“瓦楞芯纸”、“瓦楞纸芯”、“瓦楞原纸”)及二层纸版(又称“箱板纸”、“箱纸板”)构成,其虽然简洁、轻便、缓冲性能好,但是其体积庞大、防水防潮性差、强度差、不耐压,因此使用受到局限。
综上,市面需要一种环保、能完全防水防潮、被水浸泡后可重复利用、强度好、韧性高、耐冲击的防水纸板,以适应生产生活的需求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种防水纸板及其制作方法,其生产成本低、生产工艺简单,且其防水防潮效果好、被水浸泡后可重复利用,强度好、韧性高、耐冲击性能好。
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,采用的具体技术方案是:
一种防水纸板,其包括主体层,所述主体层由3~6层全木浆牛皮纸复合而成,所述每相邻的两层全木浆牛皮纸之间设有可以将两者粘结在一起的采用高分子量有机物质制作而成的粘胶层,所述主体层的一侧依次设有印刷层和防水层,所述主体层的另一侧设有防水层。
优选的方案,所述用于复合的全木浆牛皮纸的为500~1500g/㎡。
进一步优选的方案,所述印刷层为高粘度水性油墨印刷层。
更进一步优选的方案,所述防水层所采用的防水剂为丙烯酸树脂。
本发明还提供了一种防水纸板的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、采用3~6层的全木浆牛皮纸复合,其中,复合胶体采用高分子量有机物质为主体材料的胶体;
S2、采用高黏度水性油墨在复合后的纸体一侧进行印刷;
S3、在印刷后的纸板的正反二面均涂布以丙烯酸树脂为主体的防水剂;
S4、采用刀模切成盒。
其中,步骤S1所述全木浆牛皮纸复合为500~1500g/㎡。
通过采用上述方案,本发明的一种防水纸板及其制作方法与现有技术相比,其技术效果在于:
(1)、纸板主体采用100%木浆纸张材料,从主体材料上做到耐水,防水效果更好;
(2)、防水纸板的内外表面均涂布有以丙烯酸树脂为防水剂的拒水材料,能有效防止表面纸吸水,且无有害物质,安全环保;
(3)、将多张全木浆纸张进行多次复合,复合胶体为非水性胶水,防水复合后纸的刀截面在浸泡过程中,不会产生边渗问题,在浸泡12小时后取出,自然风干后可以继续使用,不会脱胶;
(4)、本发明防水纸板生产成本低、生产工艺简单,且其防水防潮效果好、强度好、韧性高、耐冲击性能好。

一种防水纸板,其包括主体层1,所述主体层1由3~6层全木浆牛皮纸11复合而成(图1所示采用的是3层全木浆牛皮纸),其中,全木浆牛皮纸11的为500~1500g/㎡。所述每相邻的两层全木浆牛皮纸11之间设有可以将两者粘结在一起的采用高分子量有机物质制作而成的粘胶层2。所述主体层1的一侧依次设有高粘度的水性油墨印刷层3和以丙烯酸树脂为主体防水剂的防水层4,所述主体层的另一侧设有防水层4。
本发明的再一目的是提供了一种防水纸板的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、采用3~6层的全木浆牛皮纸复合,其中,复合胶体采用高分子量有机物质为主体材料的胶体;
S2、采用高黏度水性油墨在复合后的纸体一侧进行印刷;
S3、在印刷后的纸板的正反二面均涂布以丙烯酸树脂为主体的防水剂;
S4、采用刀模切成盒。一般采用无粘接锁扣式设计。
其中,步骤S1所述全木浆牛皮纸为500~1500g/㎡。

1.一种防水纸板,其包括主体层,其特征在于,所述主体层由3~6层全木浆牛皮纸复合而成,所述每相邻的两层全木浆牛皮纸之间设有可以将两者粘结在一起的采用高分子量有机物质制作而成的粘胶层;所述主体层的一侧依次设有印刷层和防水层;所述主体层的另一侧设有防水层。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纸板,其特征在于:所述全木浆牛皮纸为500~1500g/㎡。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纸板,其特征在于:所述印刷层为高粘度水性油墨印刷层。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纸板,其特征在于:所述防水层所采用的防水剂为丙烯酸树脂。
5. 一种防水纸板的制作方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
S1、采用3~6层的全木浆牛皮纸复合,其中,复合胶体采用高分子量有机物质为主体材料的胶体;
S2、采用高黏度水性油墨在复合后的纸体一侧进行印刷;
S3、在印刷后的纸板的正反二面均涂布以丙烯酸树脂为主体的防水剂;
S4、采用刀模切成盒。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种防水纸板的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤S1所述全木浆牛皮纸复合的为500~1500g/㎡。
