Abstract

一种印度谷螟诱捕器,由粘板、激素诱芯、饵料台及饵料组成。使用时将粘板打开,在粘板中间放置印度谷螟激素诱芯,饵料台上放置饵料。围成三角形,固定,定期检查更换诱芯及饵料即可。激素诱芯释放印度谷螟性信息激素,吸引雄性成虫前来交配,将其粘于粘板上,降低了雌性成虫交配率,从而起到防治目的;饵料台上放置用蜂蜜、水及苏云金杆菌调配的花粉饵料,吸引雌性成虫前来产卵,将其粘于粘板上起到防治目的。印度谷螟幼虫取食饵料时,饵料中的苏云金杆菌毒杀印度谷螟的幼虫。本发明能引诱、杀死印度谷螟的雄性成虫、雌性成虫及其幼虫,特别适用于熊蜂饲养室中印度谷螟的防治,操作简单,对人、蜂安全。

印度谷螟诱捕器
技术领域
本发明属于熊蜂饲养技术领域,特别涉及一种可以应用于熊蜂饲养室的印度谷螟诱捕器,用来防治印度谷螟对熊蜂饲养带来的危害。
背景技术
熊蜂有较长的喙、耐低温、采集力强,还具备声震授粉的特性,尤其是能为蜜蜂不采集的茄科作物授粉,应用熊蜂授粉已经成为重要农艺措施之一,熊蜂规模化饲养也在全球范围内成为新的研究热点。
印度谷螟是熊蜂饲养室的主要害虫之一。印度谷螟全球性分布,食性广,是一种主要的仓储害虫。印度谷螟多以饲喂熊蜂的花粉为载体进入熊蜂饲养室。熊蜂饲养室的环境温度(25~29℃)和相对湿度 (50~60% )恰好与印度谷螟发育的最适温、湿度几乎吻合(温度24~30℃,相对湿度70%~80%),印度谷螟在熊蜂饲养室可以连续繁殖,一年发生多代,且世代重叠。印度谷螟幼虫主要以蜂群内的剩余花粉为食,当花粉不足时,就开始取食巢房和蜂蛹,对熊蜂的规模化生产危害严重。
苏云金杆菌是一种包括许多变种的产晶体芽孢杆菌,以胃毒作用为主,对鳞翅目的印度谷螟有特异性的毒杀活性,而对人、蜂安全。该菌可产生两大类毒素,内毒素使害虫停止取食,最后害虫因饥饿死亡。而外毒素在蜕皮和变态时作用明显,且在低龄期使用效果较好。最适宜使用苏云金杆菌的温度是24~32℃,因此,在熊蜂饲养室(25~29℃)可达到苏云金杆菌最佳防治效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:利用性信息激素及粘板诱捕交尾期印度谷螟雄性成虫,粘板杀死雄性成虫,使雌性成虫交尾概率降低,从而减少印度谷螟幼虫数量,达到降低虫害的目的;花粉是印度谷螟的理想食物,用蜂蜜、水、苏云金杆菌调配的花粉饵料可吸引雌性成虫前来产卵,粘板可以杀死雌性成虫;饵料可以毒杀印度谷螟幼虫,从而达到防治熊蜂饲养室印度谷螟的效果。

一种印度谷螟诱捕器,其特征是:在一张涂满粘结剂的硬纸板上,依次分成母扣1、侧壁粘结板Ⅰ2、折叠线Ⅰ4、底部粘结板6、折叠线Ⅱ7、侧壁粘结板Ⅱ9和子扣10;在底部粘结板6上粘结饵料台及饵料11和激素诱芯12;印度谷螟诱捕器存储、运输时,呈展开状态,侧壁离型纸Ⅰ3、侧壁离型纸Ⅱ8和底部离型纸5分别粘结在侧壁粘结板Ⅰ2、侧壁粘结板Ⅱ9和底部粘结板6上,起保护作用;使用时,撕去侧壁离型纸Ⅰ3、侧壁离型纸Ⅱ8和底部离型纸5,侧壁粘结板Ⅰ2、侧壁粘结板Ⅱ9和底部粘结板6上的胶体裸露,沿折叠线Ⅰ4和折叠线Ⅱ7折起侧壁,用母扣1与子扣10扣紧,呈三角形诱捕器。
本发明的优点及有益效果是:
本发明能通过性信息激素引诱、粘板粘结杀死印度谷螟的雄性成虫;用花粉引诱、粘板粘结杀死印度谷螟的雌性成虫;用蜂蜜、水、苏云金杆菌调配的花粉饵料杀死幼虫,特别适用于熊蜂饲养室中印度谷螟的防治,操作简单,对人、蜂安全。
