本发明涉及电压转换电路和具有电压转换电路的有机发光显示装置。
背景技术
作为显示装置最近引起关注的有机发光显示装置采用自身发光的有机发光二极管(OLED),因而具有很大的优点,诸如高响应速度、高发射效率、高亮度和大视角。
在这种有机发光显示装置中,包括有机发光二极管的子像素布置成矩阵,并且基于数据的灰度级来控制通过扫描信号选择的子像素的亮度。
这种有机发光显示装置中的每个子像素基本上包括驱动有机发光二极管的驱动晶体管、将数据电压传输至驱动晶体管的栅极节点的开关晶体管、以及用于将恒定电压保持一帧时间的存储电容器。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电压转换电路,其可以根据显示面板是在显示模式还是感测模式下操作来选择性地输出要提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压,以及包括该电压转换电路的有机发光显示装置。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种电压转换电路,包括:参考电压设置单元,被配置成生成参考正电压和参考负电压;放大器,被配置成经由输入端被提供有从参考电压设置单元输出的参考正电压或参考负电压,并且从输出端输出要提供至显示面板的正电压或负电压;以及第一开关单元和第二开关单元,其设置在放大器的输出端与地之间。因此,可以选择性地输出要提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压。

本文中可以使用诸如第一、第二、A、B、(a)或(b)的术语来描述本发明的元件。每个术语不用于限定元件的本质、次序、顺序或数目,而仅仅用于将相应元件与其他元件区分开。当提及一个元件“连接”或“耦接”至另一个元件时,应当理解为其他元件可以“插入”在这两个元件之间,或者这两个元件可以经由其他元件彼此“连接”或“耦接”以及该一个元件直接连接或耦接至该另一个元件。
图1是示出根据本发明的有机发光显示装置的整个系统配置的图。
参照图1,根据本发明的实施方式的有机发光显示装置100包括:显示面板110,显示面板110包括多个子像素SP,多个子像素SP布置在其中沿一个方向上形成的多条数据线DL和沿与多条数据线相交的另一方向上形成的多条栅极线GL彼此交叉的区域中;数据驱动器120,其经由数据线提供数据电压;栅极驱动器130,其经由栅极线提供扫描信号;以及时序控制器140,其控制数据驱动器120和栅极驱动器130的驱动时序。
虽然在附图中未示出,但是提供了将各种电压提供至有机发光显示装置100的电压提供单元(未示出),并且电压提供单元将高电位电压EVDD和低电位电压EVSS提供至子像素。
参照图1,在显示面板110中,在一个方向上形成多条数据线DL(1)至DL(4N),并且在与数据线DL(1)至DL(4N)交叉的另一方向上形成多条栅极线GL(1)至GL(M)。在本说明书中,为了方便说明的目的,假设在显示面板110中形成的数据线的数目和栅极线的数目分别是4N和M,但是本发明不限于此。此处,N和M是等于或大于1的自然数。用于识别4N条数据线中的每条数据线的n是等于或大于1且等于或小于数据线的数目的1/4的自然数(1≤n≤(4N/4))。
在显示面板110中,在4N条数据线DL(1)至DL(4N)和M条栅极线GL(1)至GL(M)彼此交叉的区域中限定了4N×M个子像素SP。下面将参照图2A和图2B对每个子像素SP的结构进行详细地描述。
图2A和图2B是图1中所示的显示面板中的单个子像素的等效电路图。
参照图2A,每个子像素SP连接至一条数据线DL,并且经由一条栅极线GL被提供有单个扫描信号。
如图2A所示,每个子像素包括有机发光二极管OLED、驱动晶体管DT、第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2和存储电容器Cst。以这种方式,由于每个子像素包括三个晶体管DT、T1和T2以及一个存储电容器Cst,所以说每个子像素具有3T(晶体管)1C(电容器)结构。
驱动晶体管DT是如下晶体管:其被提供有来自驱动电压线DVL的驱动电压(高电位电压:EVDD),并且被控制为通过经由第二晶体管T2施加的栅极节点N2的电压(数据电压)来驱动有机发光二极管OLED。
驱动晶体管DT包括第一节点N1、第二节点N2和第三节点N3,经由第一节点N1连接至第一晶体管T1,经由第二节点N2连接至第二晶体管T2,并且经由第三节点N3被提供有驱动电压EVDD。
例如,驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1可以是源极节点(也称为“源电极”),驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2可以是栅极节点(也称为“栅电极”),并且驱动晶体管DT的第三节点N3可以是漏极节点(也称为“漏电极”)。随着晶体管类型的改变、电路的改变等,驱动晶体管DT的第一节点、第二节点和第三节点可以改变。
第一晶体管T1由经由栅极线GL提供的扫描信号SCAN控制,并且连接在用于提供参考电压Vref的参考电压线RVL或连接至参考电压线RVL的连接图案CP与驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1之间。第一晶体管T1也被称为“传感器晶体管”。
第二晶体管T2由经由栅极线GL共同提供的扫描信号SCAN控制,并且连接在数据线DL与驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2之间。第二晶体管T2也被称为“开关晶体管”。
存储电容器Cst连接在驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1与第二节点N2之间,并且用于将数据电压保持一帧。
如上所述,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2由经由相同的栅极线(公共栅极线)提供的单个扫描信号控制。以这种方式,由于每个子像素使用单个扫描信号,在一个示例中提到每个子像素具有“基于3T1C的1扫描结构”的基本子像素结构。
关于基于3T1C的1扫描结构,第二晶体管T2是与通过将数据电压施加至驱动晶体管DT的栅极节点N2进行驱动相关联的晶体管,并且第一晶体管T1是可以与驱动相关联但是基本上与用于补偿子像素之间的亮度偏差的感测相关联的晶体管。两个晶体管T1和T2具有不同的用途和功能,因而使用单个扫描信号对其进行控制影响相关联的操作(显示模式下的操作和感测模式下的操作)。
参照图2B,有机发光显示装置100的显示面板110中的一个子像素SP基本上具有包括三个晶体管DT、T1和T2以及单个电容器Cst的3T1C结构。
每个子像素SP经由两条栅极线(第一栅极线GL1和第二栅极线GL2)被提供有两个扫描信号(第一扫描信号和第二扫描信号)。在下文中,第一扫描信号也被称为“感测信号SENSE”,并且第二扫描信号也被称为“扫描信号SCAN”。
以这种方式,由于每个子像素SP被提供有两个扫描信号SCAN和SENSE,所以基本子像素结构被称为“基于3T1C的2扫描结构”。
另一方面,除了以上参照图2A和图2B所描述的“基本子像素结构(基于3T1C的1或2扫描结构)”之外,根据实施方式的有机发光显示装置100的子像素结构还包括与每个子像素至诸如数据线DL、栅极线GL、驱动电压线DVL和参考电压线RVL的各种信号线的连接相关联的“信号线连接结构”。
在本说明书和附图中,晶体管DT、T1和T2被示出和描述为N型,但是这仅仅是为了方便说明。随着电路设计的改变,所有晶体管DT、T1和T2可以改变为P型,或者晶体管DT、T1和T2中的一些可以实施为N型,并且其他的晶体管可以实施为P型。有机发光二极管OLED可以改变为反转类型。
在本说明书中描述的晶体管DT、T1和T2也被称为薄膜晶体管(TFT)。
下面将参照图3和图4对包括以上简要提及的基本子像素结构(基于3T1C的1扫描结构)和信号线连接结构的子像素结构进行更详细地描述。图3和图4示出了信号线连接结构的基本单元包括四个子像素的示例。
图3是示意性地示出图1中所示的显示面板的一部分的平面图。图4是示出通过包括在图1中所示的有机发光显示装置中的补偿系统的感测模式和补偿方法的图。
参照图3,在信号线连接结构的基本单元包括连接至四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)的四个子像素SP1至SP4的示例中,可以确认基于3T1C的1扫描结构和信号线连接结构的基本子像素结构。此处,假设信号线连接结构的基本单元包括连接至四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)的四个子像素SP1至SP4,但是本发明不限于该示例。信号线连接结构的基本单元可以包括连接至两条或更多条数据线的两个或更多个子像素。
四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)分别连接至四个子像素SP1至SP4。一条栅极线GL(m)(其中1≤m≤M)连接至四个子像素SP1至SP4。
如图2A所示,连接至四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)的四个子像素SP1至SP4中的每一个子像素包括:驱动晶体管DT,其被提供有驱动电压EVDD并且驱动有机发光二极管OLED;第一晶体管T1,其被提供有参考电压Vref以将参考电压传输至驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1;第二晶体管,其被提供有数据电压Vdata并且将数据电压传输至驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2;以及连接在驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1与第二节点N2之间的电容器Cst。
以这种方式,连接至四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)的四个子像素SP1至SP4中的每一个子像素具有包括三个晶体管DT、T1和T2以及一个电容器Cst的相同的3T1C结构,并且具有仅将一个扫描信号提供至第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2的结构(图2A所示的基于3T1C的1扫描结构)或者将扫描信号分别提供至第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2的结构(图2B所示的基于3T1C的2扫描结构)。
如上所述,除了用于向每个子像素提供数据电压的数据线和用于向每个子像素提供扫描信号的栅极线之外,信号线还包括用于向每个子像素提供参考电压Vref的参考电压线RVL、用于向每个子像素提供驱动电压EVDD的驱动电压线DVL、用于向每个子像素的有机发光二极管OLED的阴极提供低电位电压EVSS的低电压线。
当信号线连接结构的基本单元包括四个子像素(四个子像素列)时,参考电压线RVL的数目可以是数据线的数目的1/4。即,当数据线的数目是4N时,参考电压线RVL的数目可以是N。如上所述,当信号线连接结构的基本单元包括两个或更多个子像素时,参考电压线RVL的数目可以是数据线的数目的1/(基本单元的子像素的数目)。
如上所述,当信号线连接结构的基本单元包括四个子像素(四个子像素列)时,参考电压线连接结构如下。
当仅考虑可以被提供有来自四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)(1≤n≤N)的子像素SP1至SP4,即连接至四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)的子像素SP1至SP4时,对于连接至四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)、DL(4n)的子像素SP1至SP4,在显示面板110中形成有与数据线平行的一条参考电压线RVL。
一条参考电压线RVL直接连接至与四条数据线DL(4n-3)、DL(4n-2)、DL(4n-1)和DL(4n)中的两条数据线(例如,DL(4n-2)和DL(4n-1))连接的子像素,并且可以向其提供参考电压Vref。
在本说明书和附图中,连接至第(4n-3)条数据线DL(4n-3)的子像素、连接至第(4n-2)条数据线DL(4n-2)的子像素、连接至第(4n-1)条数据线DL(4n-1)的子像素和连接至第4n条数据线DL(4n)的子像素分别是例如红色(R)子像素、绿色(G)子像素、蓝色(B)子像素和白色(W)子像素,但是本发明不限于该示例。在另一示例中,子像素可以分别是红色(R)子像素、白色(W)子像素、绿色(G)子像素和蓝色(B)子像素,或者在另一示例中可以分别是红色(R)子像素、白色(W)子像素、蓝色(B)子像素和绿色(G)子像素。
图4具体地示出了基于具有上述结构的子像素的感测模式和补偿方法中的操作。
有机发光显示装置100的补偿系统包括:感测单元91,其感测劣化程度;以及,补偿单元93,其基于所感测到的劣化程度对每个子像素SP中的驱动晶体管DT或有机发光二极管OLED的劣化进行补偿,以便补偿可能引起子像素的亮度不均匀的每个子像素中的驱动晶体管DT或有机发光二极管OLED的劣化。
感测单元91可以经由连接至四个子像素SP1至SP4中的每两个电极中的一个电极的参考电压线来感测四个子像素SP1至SP4中的一个子像素的劣化程度。在其中四个子像素SP1至SP4的每两个电极中的一个电极连接至一条参考电压线的子像素结构中,由于不能感测到子像素SP1至SP4的每个有机发光二极管的阈值电压,所以经由连接至四个子像素SP1至SP4中的每两个电极中的一个电极的参考电压线来感测四个子像素SP1至SP4中具有最低阈值电压的有机发光二极管OLED的阈值电压。由于均匀地放置的四个子像素SP1至SP4的有机发光二极管OLED的劣化特性具有位置均匀性,因此可以使用感测到的一个有机发光二极管OLED的阈值电压来估计其他子像素的劣化程度。
感测单元91感测阈值电压以估计每个子像素中的驱动晶体管DT或有机发光二极管OLED的劣化程度。可以感测每个子像素SP的驱动晶体管DT的第一节点(N1)或作为有机发光二极管OLED的两个电极中的一个电极的第一节点N1的电压。
此处,可以在有机发光显示装置100通电之后并且在显示图像之前的非显示时段中执行驱动晶体管DT或有机发光二极管OLED的阈值电压的感测。即,每当有机发光显示装置100通电时,可以执行对驱动晶体管DT或有机发光二极管的阈值电压的感测。
感测单元91包括:数模转换器(DAC)911,其将从参考电压源提供的参考电压Vref转换为模拟值;模数转换器(ADC)912,其将所感测的可以连接至感测单元91的每个子像素SP的驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1的电压或作为有机发光二极管OLED的两个电极中的一个电极的第一节点N1的电压转换为数字值;以及第一开关913,其切换以将被提供有由数模转换器911转换成模拟值的参考电压Vref的参考电压源节点和连接至模数转换器912的感测节点中之一连接至参考电压线RVL。
感测单元91可以经由参考电压线向四个子像素SP1至SP4提供参考电压直至恒定电压被放电,并且可以经由参考电压线感测具有最低劣化程度的子像素SP的驱动晶体管DT或有机发光二极管OLED的劣化程度。
例如,当有机发光显示装置100的操作模式从显示模式切换到感测模式时,对连接至参考电压线RVL的每个子像素的第一节点N1的电压进行感测并且利用所感测的电压对线电容器92进行充电。
所感测的电压Vsen由ADC 912转换为数字值,并且补偿单元93基于经转换的数字值生成补偿数据电压。
以这种方式,有机发光显示装置在显示模式和感测模式下操作,并且感测模式分为用于驱动晶体管的劣化感测模式和用于有机发光二极管的劣化感测模式。
此处,在有机发光显示装置的显示模式下提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压是地GND(0V),在用于驱动晶体管DT的劣化感测模式下提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压是正电压,并且在用于有机发光二极管OLED的劣化感测模式下提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压是负电压。
以这种方式,当提供至每个子像素的基础电压EVSS取决于有机发光显示装置的操作模式而不同时,需要用于生成基础电压EVSS的电压生成电路。
当另外布置电压生成电路时,存在的问题在于有机发光显示装置的电路配置复杂,并且产品价格由于附加的部件而提高。
在本发明中,通过在有机发光显示装置中的电压提供单元与显示面板110之间设置电压转换电路或与电压提供单元一体地设置电压转换电路,可以将基础电压EVSS选择性地提供至显示面板110的每个子像素SP。
即,根据本发明,可以根据显示面板在显示模式下还是在感测模式下操作,来选择性地输出提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压。
图5是示出设置在根据本发明的有机发光显示装置中的电压转换电路的图。
参照图5,根据本发明的有机发光显示装置100包括显示面板110、提供显示面板110所需的各种电压的电压提供单元510、以及设置在显示面板110与电压提供单元510之间的电压转换电路500以将不同的基础电压EVSS选择性地提供至显示面板110。
电压转换电路500包括:参考电压设置单元520,其生成参考正电压和参考负电压;放大器AMP,其经由输入端被提供有从参考电压设置单元520输出的参考正电压或参考负电压并且经由输出端输出要提供至显示面板的正电压或负电压;以及第一开关单元530和第二开关单元540,其设置在放大器AMP的输出端OP与地GND之间。
参考电压设置单元520的操作由开/关(ON/OFF)信号来控制,并且放大器AMP的操作由使能信号EN或禁用信号DISABLE来控制。
放大器AMP还包括具有正极性的第一电源端Vcc和具有负极性的第二电源端-Vcc,以便针对提供至输入端的电压将输出端OP的输出电压摆动到正侧和负侧。
例如,当提供至第一电源端Vcc的电压为12V并且提供至第二电源端-Vcc的电压为-6.5V时,可以从放大器AMP输出的摆动范围为12V至-6.5V,从而电压转换电路500可以选择性地将正基础电压EVSS或负基础电压EVSS提供至显示面板110。
在放大器AMP的第一电源端Vcc和第二电源端-Vcc中被提供有负电压的第二电源端-Vcc可以被提供有在从电压提供单元510输出的电压中的扫描信号的栅极低电压VGL。因此,可以不使用用于第二电源端-Vcc的特定电源。
虽然在附图中未示出,但是可以单独地提供用于第一电源端Vcc的电压源,或者可以使用从电压提供单元510输出的电压中的一个正电压。
在根据本发明的电压转换电路和包括电压转换电路的有机发光显示装置中,通过根据显示面板在显示模式还是感测模式下操作来选择性地提供每个子像素所需的基础电压(正电压、负电压和地电压),可以减少部件的数目并且实现尺寸的减小。
图6A至图6C是示出取决于根据本发明的有机发光显示装置在显示模式还是感测模式下操作而从电压转换电路输出的不同基础电压的图。
图6A是示出当有机发光显示装置在显示模式下操作时从电压转换电路500输出地电压的基础电压EVSS的状态的图。如图所示,电压转换电路500的参考电压设置单元520被关断,并且不向放大器AMP的输入端(+)输出参考正电压或参考负电压。
当放大器AMP被提供有禁用信号从而未被激活时,从放大器AMP的输出端看放大器AMP的输入端(+)时的电阻几乎是无穷大的。因此,由于放大器AMP被禁用,所以不管参考电压设置单元520的接通/关断,都不输出电压。
接通第一开关单元530和第二开关单元540,并且电压转换电路500的输出端OP(与放大器的输出端相同)电连接至地GND。因此,从电压转换电路500的输出端输出地电压,并且地电压用作显示面板的每个子像素的基础电压EVSS。
参照图6B,通过使电压转换电路500输出正电压作为基础电压EVSS,在用于补偿有机发光显示装置100的每个子像素SP的驱动晶体管DT的劣化的感测模式下,可能需要正电压作为要提供至每个子像素的基础电压EVSS。
如图所示,接通参考电压设置单元520,并且参考电压设置单元520将参考正电压(PV)提供至放大器AMP的输入端(+)。此时,第一开关单元530和第二开关单元540关断。
放大器AMP被提供有使能信号并且将输入至输入端(+)的参考正电压经由放大器AMP的输出端提供至显示面板。
由于参考正电压在第一源电压Vcc的范围内,所以可以根据电压值Vcc将参考正电压调整为各种值。
在图6C中,在根据本发明的有机发光显示装置100在感测模式下操作时,在用于补偿有机发光二极管OLED的劣化的感测模式中,显示面板110的每个子像素可能需要负电压作为基础电压EVSS。
如图所示,参考电压设置单元520将参考负电压(NV)提供至放大器AMP的输入端(+),并且第一开关单元530和第二开关单元540被关断。
由于放大器AMP被提供有使能信号,所以提供至放大器AMP的输入端(+)的参考负电压被经由放大器AMP的输出端提供作为显示面板110的每个子像素的基础电压EVSS。
以这种方式,在根据本发明的电压转换电路和有机发光显示装置中,可以根据显示面板是在显示模式还是感测模式下操作来选择性地输出要提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压。
图7和图8是示出设置在根据本发明的电压转换电路中的参考电压设置单元的配置的示例的图。
参照图7,根据本发明的电压转换电路500的参考电压设置单元520包括第一控制器720和在第一控制器720的控制下生成要被提供作为基础电压EVSS的参考电压的第一电压发生器730。
第一电压发生器730包括存储要生成的电压的信息的寄存器700和基于寄存器700的信息输出电压的放大器710。
图8示出了本发明的另一示例。参考电压设置单元520包括第二控制器820和第二电压发生器830,第二电压发生器830响应于第二控制器820的控制信号(接通/关断信号)生成正电压、地电压(0V)和负电压。
在第二电压发生器830中,Vs和-Vs连接至串联连接的电阻器(R)的两端,并且Vs与-Vs之间的电压由第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2分压以输出基础电压。例如,当从第二控制器820输出接通信号时,通过第二电压发生器830的第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2将正电压输出至放大器AMP。当从第二控制器820输出关断信号时,通过第二电压发生器830的第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2将负电压输出至放大器AMP。
图9是示出根据本发明的取决于有机发光显示装置的模式的电压转换电路的驱动方法的图。
参照图5和图9,根据本发明的有机发光显示装置的驱动方法包括以下步骤:接通设置在电压转换电路中的第一开关单元和第二开关单元,以将连接至开关单元的地的地电压提供至显示面板(S901)。
当有机发光显示装置在用于补偿每个子像素的驱动晶体管的特性值的感测模式下操作时,电压转换电路的第一开关单元和第二开关单元都关断。
然后,从参考电压设置单元520输出的参考正电压经由放大器AMP提供至显示面板110。正电压用作显示面板110的每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极电压,即基础电压EVSS(S902)。
当用于补偿驱动晶体管的特性值的感测完成时,操作模式切换到用于补偿由于有机发光二极管的劣化而导致的残像的感测模式,并且电压转换电路500的第一开关单元和第二开关单元都关断。
然后,从参考电压设置单元520输出的参考负电压经由放大器AMP提供至显示面板110。负电压用作显示面板110的每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极电压、即基础电压EVSS(S903)。
以这种方式,在根据本发明的电压转换电路和有机发光显示装置中,可以根据显示面板是在显示模式还是感测模式下操作来选择性地输出要提供至每个子像素的有机发光二极管的阴极的基础电压。

Claims (13)
1.一种电压转换电路,包括:
参考电压设置单元,被配置成生成参考正电压和参考负电压;
放大器,被配置成经由输入端被提供有从所述参考电压设置单元输出的所述参考正电压或所述参考负电压,并且从输出端输出要提供至显示面板的正电压或负电压;以及
第一开关单元和第二开关单元,设置在所述放大器的所述输出端与地之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电压转换电路,其中,所述放大器包括第一电源端和第二电源端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电压转换电路,其中,所述第一电源端被提供有12V的电压,并且所述第二电源端被提供有-6.5V的电压。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电压转换电路,其中,所述第二电源端被提供有从电压提供单元提供的栅极低电压。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电压转换电路,其中,所述参考电压设置单元包括:

7.一种有机发光显示装置,包括:
显示面板,在所述显示面板中数据线和栅极线被布置为彼此交叉并且布置有多个子像素;
数据驱动器,被配置成经由所述数据线将数据电压提供至所述显示面板;
栅极驱动器,被配置成经由所述栅极线将扫描信号提供至所述显示面板;
时序控制器,被配置成控制所述数据驱动器和所述栅极驱动器的驱动时序;
电压提供单元,被配置成向所述时序控制器和所述栅极驱动器提供电压;以及
电压转换单元,被配置成当所述显示面板在显示模式下及在感测模式下操作时,将不同的基础电压选择性地提供至所述显示面板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的有机发光显示装置,其中,所述电压转换单元包括:
参考电压设置单元,被配置成生成参考正电压和参考负电压;
放大器,被配置成经由输入端被提供有从所述参考电压设置单元输出的所述参考正电压或所述参考负电压,并且从输出端输出要提供至所述显示面板的正电压或负电压;以及
第一开关单元和第二开关单元,设置在所述放大器的输出端与地之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示装置,其中,所述放大器包括第一电源端和第二电源端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的有机发光显示装置,其中,所述第一电源端被提供有12V的电压,并且所述第二电源端被提供有-6.5V的电压。
11.根据权利要求9所述的有机发光显示装置,其中,所述第二电源端被提供有从所述电压提供单元提供的栅极低电压。
12.根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示装置,其中,所述参考电压设置单元包括:
控制器,被配置成控制所述参考正电压或所述参考负电压的生成;以及
电压发生器,被配置成响应于来自所述控制器的控制信号而输出所述参考正电压或所述参考负电压。
13.根据权利要求12所述的有机发光显示装置,其中,所述电压发生器包括寄存器和放大器。
