step 1, importing a form making information table of a pattern into a clothing measuring scale system;
step 2, storing the name data of the paper sample position and the size of the bill making in a database;
step 3, obtaining a paper pattern of a to-be-measured ruler, defining a corresponding part name for each size part of the paper pattern, and endowing the name data of the paper pattern part in the database to each part of the paper pattern through the step;
step 4, adding a 'measuring scale attribute' (which can be verification of correctness of identifying the position of the paper pattern measuring scale) for each position of the paper pattern by a 'adding paper pattern degree method attribute' unit (a to-be-measured paper pattern position identification module) according to a paper pattern measuring scale method, so that the system can correctly identify each position;
step 5, adding a length attribute for each part of the paper pattern through an adding paper pattern length attribute unit (a paper pattern part measuring module to be measured), so that the system can identify the actual size of each part;
step 6, judging the direction of each part of the paper pattern through a cloth pattern direction identification module, or judging the direction relationship between a part to be measured and the cloth pattern through a part to be measured and cloth pattern direction relationship identification module, and adding a cloth pattern direction attribute to each part of the paper pattern;
step 7, outputting the paper pattern with the length attribute and the degree attribute through the processing operation;
step 8, generating an actual size table of the pattern through a pattern position measuring module of the to-be-measured ruler, and outputting the actual size table of the pattern;
step 9, comparing and calculating the single-making size of the paper pattern with an actual size table;
and step 10, outputting a difference size table (which can be a dark plus-minus size table) of the paper pattern.
The embodiment of the invention realizes the following technical effects: by utilizing the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the dependence on manpower can be reduced, the labor burden is reduced, a paper sample master is relieved from fussy mechanical work, and more time and energy are put into the work with higher value. The clothing pattern measuring scale system and the clothing pattern measuring scale method can provide the difference size between the clothing pattern part order making size and the actual size of the paper pattern part to be measured for a user, the difference size provides important basis for subsequent shrinkage adding and paper pattern size modification for a paper pattern master, the manual measuring scale operation is reduced, errors of human factors are avoided, meanwhile, the single-making time can be saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the production period is shortened.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the embodiments of the invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, embodiments of the invention are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

1. A clothing pattern scale system, comprising:
the clothing ordering information receiving module is used for receiving clothing ordering information; the clothing billing information includes: marking and making a sheet size of the clothing pattern part;
the database is used for storing the identification and the order making size of the clothing pattern part;
the paper pattern acquisition module for the ruler to be measured is used for acquiring the paper pattern of the ruler to be measured;
the device comprises a to-be-measured ruler paper pattern part identification module, a to-be-measured ruler paper pattern part identification module and a to-be-measured ruler paper pattern part identification module, wherein the to-be-measured ruler paper pattern part identification module is used for identifying the to-be-measured ruler part of the to-be-measured ruler paper pattern according to the stored identification of the garment;
the measuring module of the paper pattern part of the to-be-measured ruler is used for measuring the actual size of the identified part of the to-be-measured ruler;
the difference size generating module is used for generating the difference size of the order making size of the garment pattern part and the actual size of the paper pattern waiting scale part to be measured according to the order making size of the garment pattern part and the actual size of the paper pattern waiting scale part to be measured;
the clothing pattern measuring scale system also automatically modifies the size of the pattern according to the generated difference size;
treat scale paper pattern position identification module includes: the paper pattern part identification triggering instruction receiving module is used for receiving a waiting ruler part identification triggering instruction of a user; the paper pattern waiting ruler part identification display module is used for displaying the paper pattern waiting ruler part identification stored in the database when receiving the paper pattern part identification trigger instruction; and the paper pattern part adding module is used for receiving the part identification of the paper pattern standby ruler stored in the database and inputting the part identification of the standby ruler to be added by a user.

The pattern caliper system of claim 1, wherein the identification of the pattern location and the billing size are stored in a billing information table; the clothing ordering information receiving module is specifically used for receiving the ordering information table; the database is specifically used for storing the list making information table;
the actual size of the part to be measured is stored in an actual size table; the database is also used for storing the actual size table;
the difference size is stored in a difference size table; the database is also used for storing the difference size table.

The pattern scale system of claim 2, further comprising a part direction recognition module for recognizing a part direction of the part to be measured; the position direction of the position of the to-be-measured ruler is stored in the list making size table, the actual size table and the difference size table.

The clothing pattern measuring tape system of claim 3, further comprising a measuring tape portion to be measured and cloth grain direction relation recognizing module for recognizing a direction relation between a portion direction of the measuring tape portion to be measured and a cloth grain direction;
the difference size generation module is specifically used for generating the difference size between the order making size of the garment paper pattern part and the actual size of the to-be-measured paper pattern part according to the order making size of the garment paper pattern part, the actual size of the to-be-measured paper pattern part of the to-be-measured paper pattern and the direction relation between the position direction of the to-be-measured paper pattern part and the cloth grain direction.
5. The pattern caliper system of claim 1, further comprising: the actual size generating module is used for generating the actual sizes of the garment patterns with other sizes according to the actual size of the garment pattern with the basic size;
the paper pattern difference size generation module is also used for generating the difference size between the sheet making size of the clothing paper patterns with other sizes and the actual size of the part to be measured according to the actual size and the sheet making size of the clothing paper patterns with other sizes.
6. A clothing pattern measuring method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving clothing billing information; the clothing billing information includes: marking and making a sheet size of the clothing pattern part;
storing the mark and the order size of the clothing pattern part;
acquiring a paper pattern of a ruler to be measured;
identifying the position of the to-be-measured ruler pattern according to the stored identification of the position of the clothing pattern;
measuring the actual size of the identified position of the ruler to be measured;
generating the difference size of the order making size of the garment pattern part and the actual size of the paper pattern waiting scale part of the waiting scale according to the order making size of the garment pattern part and the actual size of the paper pattern waiting scale part of the waiting scale;
automatically modifying the size of the pattern according to the generated difference size;
according to the mark of the stored clothing pattern part, the part of the to-be-measured ruler pattern is identified, and the method comprises the following steps: receiving a trigger instruction for identifying the position identifier of the to-be-measured ruler of a user; when the pattern part identification triggering instruction is received, displaying the pattern standby scale part identification stored in a database; and receiving the part identification of the paper pattern to-be-measured ruler stored in the database by a user and inputting the part identification of the to-be-measured ruler.

The clothing pattern measuring method according to claim 6, wherein the identification of the clothing pattern portion and the billing size are stored in a billing information table; receiving clothing ordering information, comprising: receiving the billing information table; storing the identification and the order size of the clothing pattern part, comprising: storing the billing information table;
the actual size of the part to be measured is stored in an actual size table;
the difference size is stored in a difference size table;
the clothing pattern measuring method further comprises the following steps: and storing the actual size table and the difference size table.
