The invention relates to a 10kV switch cabinet current transformer test fixture which comprises a crank arm, wherein a double-arm wire clamp is fixed at the front end of the crank arm, a contact is arranged at the head of the wire clamp and is connected with a test cable, and a screw handle is arranged at the rear end of the crank arm. The test fixture for the 10kV switch cabinet current transformer adopts an inverted U-shaped structure, and the inverted U-shaped crank arm is integrally formed by bakelite with good insulativity and easy processing, so that the test fixture has certain mechanical strength and insulating property. The front end of the crank arm is provided with a rotatable double-arm wire clamp which can clamp two primary wiring terminals of the current transformer at the same time, so that the test wiring times are reduced. The fastener is copper multirow contact, and one end is fixed on the loose axle, and the other end uses the spring to support, has both increased the area of contact with current transformer once wiring board, makes its contact good to guarantee the heavy current and pass through, can increase the tightness of fastener again, can reliably fix, prevent to drop.

With the wide application of 10kV switch cabinets in national grid power systems and large-scale enterprise substations, the test tasks of 10kV current transformers are increasingly increased, and the traditional test method has the problems of difficult operation, low efficiency and the like. So how to improve the test efficiency and test safety of the 10kV current transformer is an urgent problem to be solved. The traditional test comprises the following steps: 1. the experimenter stretches hands into the cabinet body to detect the position of the primary screw; 2. extending the wire clamp into the cabinet body according to the ascertained position to carry out blind clamping; 3. after the pile head screw is clamped by the wire clamp, the clamp is rocked to determine whether the pile head screw is clamped, and if the wire clamp fails, the operation is repeated. The inside space of cabinet body is narrow, can only allow the arm to stretch into, and the screw is in visual field blind area, leads to press from both sides line operation difficulty, and the fastener easily drops, has the potential safety hazard. And because the pile head screw is exposed shorter and the contact surface is small, the test fails due to the large contact resistance and difficult current rising when the high-current test is performed, and the wire clamping operation is required to be repeated, so that the test efficiency is reduced. When the invention is used, the copper contact at the front end is pressed on the wiring aluminum row of the current transformer, and the rear end is arranged on the switch cabinet framework.
