The lightning arrester device 2 is arranged at the upper end of the box body 3, the lightning arrester device 2 is connected between a power supply main line and the ground, is connected in parallel with equipment such as an electric energy meter 23 and the like in the box body 3, and is used for protecting electrical equipment from high transient overvoltage hazard during lightning stroke and limiting the follow current time; the arrester device 2 comprises an arrester body and an arrester installation base, wherein the arrester body is installed on the box body 3 through the arrester installation base.
The monitoring device is used for monitoring the running state in the box body 3 of the power distribution device, plays a role in protecting the device and comprises a temperature monitoring system, a humidity monitoring system and a brightness monitoring system;
the temperature monitoring system is used for detecting whether the intelligent power distribution device 1 is overloaded accidentally, so that the temperature at the power distribution switching mechanism is too high, and the intelligent power distribution device 1 is burnt out; the temperature detection system comprises a temperature sensor 43, wherein the temperature sensor 43 is electrically connected with the control system, and the temperature sensor 43 is arranged on the power distribution driving upper plate 24 and is used for detecting the local temperature of the power distribution opening and closing mechanism; when the local temperature is too high to reach a certain limit value, the control system automatically turns off the power distribution driving electric control switch in the corresponding area, so that the circuit between the main power supply and the corresponding electric energy meter 23 is broken.
The humidity monitoring system is used for detecting the humidity in the box body 3, so that insulation performance among internal power equipment is prevented from being influenced due to the fact that the humidity in the box body 3 exceeds the standard, and short-circuit dangerous situations are prevented; the humidity monitoring system comprises a humidity sensor 44, wherein the humidity sensor 44 is provided with a plurality of sensors which are uniformly arranged in the box body 3 and used for comprehensively monitoring the box body 3; the humidity sensor 44 is connected with the control system, and when the humidity sensor 44 detects that the humidity in the box body 3 exceeds the standard, the control system turns off the total air switch 47 to cut off the total power supply.
The brightness monitoring system is used for detecting the brightness of the interior of the box body 3, particularly at night, so as to facilitate the inspection of management staff; the brightness monitoring system comprises a photosensitive sensor and an LED illuminating lamp 45, wherein the photosensitive sensor and the LED illuminating lamp 45 are arranged in the box body 3 and are respectively and electrically connected with the control system, the photosensitive sensor is matched with the box door opening monitoring switch 12 for use, and the control system controls the opening of the LED illuminating lamp 45 only when the box door opening monitoring switch 12 detects that the box door 4 is opened and the brightness of the light in the box body 3 is lower.
The control system comprises a control box 46, a controller, a remote controller, a wireless receiving module and a wireless transmitting module; the control box 46 is arranged in the box body 3, and the controller, the remote controller, the wireless receiving module and the wireless transmitting module are integrally arranged in the control box 46; the remote controller is mainly used for controlling the power distribution driving electric control switch in the box body 3 respectively so as to realize the respective control of the switch opening and closing interface of the intelligent power distribution device 1; the signal input end of the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the remote controller, the wireless receiving module, the box door opening monitoring switch 12, the box door opening intelligent coded lock 13, the temperature sensor 43, the humidity sensor 44, the photosensitive sensor, the damage prevention trigger 15 and the occlusion detection pressure sensor 38; the signal output end of the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the wireless transmitting module, the box door driving motor 8, the box door opening alarm lamp, the power distribution driving electric control switch, the total air switch 47, the LED illuminating lamp 45 and the switch circuit indicating lamp;
the wireless transmitting module and the wireless receiving module are used for realizing communication with the remote management platform so as to timely transmit the running information in the device to the remote management platform and remotely control the device through the remote management platform.
The meter box device can realize intelligent opening and closing of the box door 4 and the box body 3, has an abnormal opening monitoring function, and can prevent illegal operations such as electricity stealing by illegal personnel; the intelligent power distribution device 1 can realize intelligent power distribution in an intelligent control mode, and a temperature monitoring system arranged in the intelligent power distribution device can prevent burning out caused by overhigh temperature; the distribution seat fixing mechanism arranged between the intelligent distribution device 1 and the box body 3 can realize quick and efficient disassembly and assembly between the intelligent distribution device 1 and the box body 3, and completely changes the screw assembly mode in the prior art; in addition, the humidity monitoring system and the brightness monitoring system provided by the invention can monitor the running condition in the box body 3, thereby ensuring the reliable running of the device.

the monitoring device comprises a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is arranged on the power distribution driving upper plate, and is electrically connected with the control system and used for detecting the local temperature of the intelligent power distribution device;
the monitoring device comprises a photosensitive sensor and an LED illuminating lamp, wherein the photosensitive sensor and the LED illuminating lamp are arranged in the box body and are respectively and electrically connected with the control system; the photosensitive sensor is matched with the box door opening monitoring switch for use;
the door opening and closing monitoring system is provided with an anti-damage alarm module which comprises an anti-damage detection wire and an anti-damage trigger, wherein the anti-damage detection wire is respectively arranged in the door and the box body, and the anti-damage trigger is arranged on the inner side surface of the door and is connected with the anti-damage detection wire; the anti-damage trigger is connected with the control system.

The improved electric energy meter box according to claim 1, wherein the box door driving mechanism comprises a box door driving motor, a ball screw mechanism and a box door driving base, the box door driving base is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the box body, the box door driving motor is arranged on the box door driving base, and the box door driving motor is electrically connected with the control system; the rear end of the screw rod of the ball screw mechanism is fixedly connected with the power output end of the box door driving motor, the screw nut of the ball screw mechanism is screwed on the screw rod, and the screw nut is fixedly connected with the box door through a connecting plate.

5. An improved power meter box as claimed in claim 1, wherein said power cord is provided with a total air switch.

The improved electric energy meter box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the monitoring device comprises a humidity sensor, and the humidity sensor is provided with a plurality of sensors uniformly arranged in the box body; the humidity sensor is connected with the control system, and when the humidity sensor detects that the humidity in the box body exceeds the standard, the control system is used for switching off the total air switch.
