Abstract

本发明公开了一种木饰面板挂贴装置，包括支撑架，支撑架上设置有防水层，防水层的一侧设置有隔音层，隔音层的一侧设置有胶粘层，胶粘层的一侧设置有连接板，连接板上设置有螺孔，连接板的一侧设置有木板，木板上设置有凹槽，连接板上设置有支撑板，支撑板一侧设置有挡板，支撑架上设置有膨胀螺栓，该装置在连接板上设置挡板与木饰板材镶嵌连接，设置有支撑板增加承重，不但增加了木饰面板的稳定性，同时提高了木饰面板的承重能力。外加的胶粘层可以使木饰面板与墙体的连接更加牢固。该木饰面板挂贴装置在湿贴的同时再通过挂贴装置挂住木饰面板，可确保木饰面板与墙体的连接牢固，具有较好的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种挂贴装置，更具体的涉及一种木饰面板挂贴装置。
背景技术
木饰面板在建筑装修中常用于装饰墙体，按照木材的种类区分，主要有柚木饰面板、胡桃木饰面板、西南桦饰面板、枫木饰面板、水曲柳饰面板及榉木饰面板等等。木饰面板是饰面板的一个分类，不同材料制作的饰面板各有风格。饰面板采用的材质多为木材、瓷板、金属或是石材。一般常见的饰面板通常分为人造薄木饰面板和天然木质单板。人造薄木饰面板图案较为规则，纹理通直，充分的利用了木材资源，成本相对较低。而天然木质单板的饰面板有天然木质花纹，纹理图案较为自然，没有规则变异性较大。饰面材料主要有装饰石膏板类、矿棉装饰吸音板类。这些装饰板表面又可做成多种精美的图案和鲜艳的色彩。而科技木饰面板也是一种不错的选择，通过电脑与现代工艺技术制作而成，科技木饰面板带给人们一种天然纯朴，给人一种亲切感，色泽美观，并且纹理自然的变化，是其它材料所无法取代的。其中木饰面板及用于将木饰面板安装于墙上的支撑架形成木饰面板挂贴装置。传统的木饰面板挂贴装置在安装时，首先将支撑架安装在墙体上，然后将木饰面板安装在支撑架上，实现木饰面板的安装。挂贴分为干挂和湿挂，干挂成本较高，且安装与操作较为繁琐，湿贴安全性存在一定风险，贴上的瓷砖与石材有掉下的危险，可能危及人身安全。然而传统挂贴工艺又存在诸多不足，承重有限、木饰面板容易脱落等问题，现提供一种能解决此问题的木饰面板挂贴装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服的现有的木饰面板挂贴装置承重的问题，提供一种木饰面板挂贴装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明提供了一种木饰面板挂贴装置，包括支撑架，所述支撑架上设置有防水层，所述防水层的一侧设置有隔音层，所述隔音层的一侧设置有胶粘层，所述胶粘层的一侧设置有连接板，所述连接板上设置有螺孔，所述连接板的一侧设置有木板，所述木板上设置有凹槽，所述木板与所述连接板设置有连接缝隙，所述连接板上设置有支撑板，所述支撑板一侧设置有挡板，所述支撑架上设置有膨胀螺栓。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述防水层、所述隔音层与所述连接板通过所述膨胀螺栓螺纹连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述防水层、所述隔音层、所述连接板均喷涂防火涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述连接板与所述木板通过所述挡板与所述凹槽镶嵌连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述膨胀螺栓材质为合金钢。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述连接板上的所述支撑板与所述挡板通过焊接连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述连接缝隙填充材质为环氧基填缝剂。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：该装置是一种木饰面板挂贴装置，该装置在连接板上设置挡板与木饰板材镶嵌连接，设置有支撑板增加承重，不但增加了木饰面板的稳定性，同时提高了木饰面板的承重能力。外加的胶粘层可以使木饰面板与墙体的连接更加牢固。该装置在靠近墙体一侧加置防水层能够有效保护木饰面板受潮的问题，加装的隔音层能够减轻木板的导音效果，同时在木板、防水层以及隔音层均喷涂有防火涂层，可以减弱木饰面板易燃的危险。该木饰面板挂贴装置在湿贴的同时再通过挂贴装置挂住木饰面板，可确保木饰面板与墙体的连接牢固，具有较好的安全性。本发明结构简单，设计合理，易于推广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-3所示，本发明提供一种木饰面板挂贴装置，包括支撑架10，支撑架10上设置有防水层2，防水层2的一侧设置有隔音层3，隔音层3的一侧设置有胶粘层11，胶粘层11的一侧设置有连接板4，连接板4上设置有螺孔8，连接板4的一侧设置有木板6，木板6上设置有凹槽13，木板6与连接板4设置有连接缝隙7，连接板4上设置有支撑板9，支撑板9一侧设置有挡板12，支撑架10上设置有膨胀螺栓5。
防水层2、隔音层3与连接板4通过膨胀螺栓5螺纹连接,连接更加牢固。
防水层2、隔音层3与连接板4均喷涂防火涂层，增加防火性能，提高安全性。
连接板4与木板6通过挡板12与凹槽13镶嵌连接，贴合更加紧密，连接更加牢固。
膨胀螺栓5材质为合金钢，更加坚固，安全性能更高。
连接板4上的支撑板9与挡板12通过焊接连接，成型方便，连接更加牢靠，稳定性强。
连接缝隙7填充材质为环氧基填缝剂，环氧填缝剂具有抗渗、抗冻、耐盐、耐碱、耐弱酸腐蚀的性能。
具体的工作时，将支撑架10通过膨胀螺栓5固定在墙体1上，同时防水层2、隔音层3与连接板4均喷涂防火涂层，并且通过膨胀螺栓5螺纹连接固定于墙体1上，将木板6上开出与挡板12相匹配的凹槽13，并将木板6通过胶粘层11与连接板4固定于墙体1上,在木板6之间的连接缝隙7中填充环氧基填缝剂。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：该装置是一种木饰面板挂贴装置，该装置在连接板上设置挡板与木饰板材镶嵌连接，设置有支撑板增加承重，不但增加了木饰面板的稳定性，同时提高了木饰面板的承重能力。外加的胶粘层可以使木饰面板与墙体的连接更加牢固。该装置在靠近墙体一侧加置防水层能够有效保护木饰面板受潮的问题，加装的隔音层能够减轻木板的导音效果，同时在木板、防水层以及隔音层均喷涂有防火涂层，可以减弱木饰面板易燃的危险。该木饰面板挂贴装置在湿贴的同时再通过挂贴装置挂住木饰面板，可确保木饰面板与墙体的连接牢固，具有较好的安全性。本发明结构简单，设计合理，易于推广。

1.一种木饰面板挂贴装置，包括支撑架(10)，其特征在于，所述支撑架(10)上设置有防水层(2)，所述防水层(2)的一侧设置有隔音层(3)，所述隔音层(3)的一侧设置有胶粘层(11)，所述胶粘层(11)的一侧设置有连接板(4)，所述连接板(4)上设置有螺孔(8)，所述连接板(4)的一侧设置有木板(6)，所述木板(6)上设置有凹槽(13)，所述木板(6)与所述连接板(4)设置有连接缝隙(7)，所述连接板(4)上设置有支撑板(9)，所述支撑板(9)一侧设置有挡板(12)，所述支撑架(10)上设置有膨胀螺栓(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木饰面板挂贴装置，其特征在于，所述防水层(2)、所述隔音层(3)与所述连接板(4)通过所述膨胀螺栓(5)与墙体(1)螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木饰面板挂贴装置，其特征在于，所述防水层(2)、所述隔音层(3)、所述连接板(4)均喷涂防火涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种木饰面板挂贴装置，其特征在于，所述连接板(4)与所述木板(6)通过所述挡板(12)与所述凹槽(13)镶嵌连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种木饰面板挂贴装置，其特征在于，所述膨胀螺栓(5)材质为合金钢。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种木饰面板挂贴装置，其特征在于，所述连接板(4)上的所述支撑板(9)与所述挡板(12)通过焊接连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种木饰面板挂贴装置，其特征在于，所述连接缝隙(7)填充材质为环氧基填缝剂。
