Abstract

The convex window structure design improves the lighting effect. The integrity of the curved surface roof is not damaged, and the connection between the window and the roof panel is smooth. Meanwhile, the installation difficulty of the window is reduced, and the window is firmer.

the curved roof provided by the invention is designed aiming at the problems that the curved roof in the prior art uses a common window which has insufficient lighting capacity, needs to occupy larger roof space, and a connecting structure between the window and the roof destroys the integrity of the roof, and particularly under the condition of the curved roof, the fitting of the curved window is difficult to process and install and is difficult to install firmly.
The basic structure of the bay window provided by the invention comprises a bay window top plate, a bay window side plate and a window sash, wherein the bay window side plate is of a folded angle type, the bay window side plate and the bay window top plate are mutually connected, the combined structure of the bay window side plate and the bay window top plate forms a raised structure relative to a curved roof, the middle part of the bay window side plate is provided with a folded angle type bay window opening, and the bay window opening is provided with the window sash.
Under the condition of meeting the basic design, the appearance of the bay window can be designed according to the actual situation for the requirement of attractive structure. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3, the orthographic projection of the bay window top plate 1 is a kite shape, one group of equal adjacent sides of the kite shape is connected to the upper end of the bay window side plate 2, the other group of equal adjacent sides of the kite shape is used for connecting the curved roof 5, the lower end of the bay window side plate 2 is used for connecting the curved roof 5, the middle of the bay window side plate 2 is provided with a folded-angle bay window opening 3, and the bay window opening 3 is provided with a window sash 4.
As shown in fig. 3, a thickened portion 6 with a locally thickened top edge is arranged at the position of the bay window top plate 1, which is connected with the bay window side plate 2, a water dripping line 7 is arranged at the bottom of the thickened portion 6, and the water dripping line 7 is used for preventing water from flowing into glass and permeating into a room.
Fig. 4, 5 and 6 are installation effect diagrams of the curved surface roof bay window, and it can be seen from the diagrams that the sash structure of the bay window of the invention is not directly connected with the roof panel 5, but is installed on the folded corner bay window side panel 2, the bay window top panel 1 and the bay window side panel 2 are smoothly connected with the roof panel 5, so that the lighting effect is improved, the sash 4 is easier to process and install, the whole window structure can be constructed at one time, and the structure is more stable.
In the present embodiment, the window sash 4 has a structure including a window frame and tempered glass installed in the window frame.
The construction method of the curved surface roof convex window comprises the following steps:
step one, constructing a curved plate support frame of a convex window main body
Erecting an integral template support 21 of the convex window main body, and attaching the bottom of the integral template support 21 to a floor slab template of the curved surface roof building;

When the window sash 4 is installed, the window frame is fixed on the aluminum alloy square tube through self-tapping screws, hollow double-layer toughened glass is placed in the window frame and is compressed by a window frame pressing strip, the window frame and the toughened glass are sealed by silicone structural adhesive, and a gap between the aluminum alloy square tube and the concrete of the convex window side plate 2 is filled by a gap filler.

the construction method comprises the following steps:
