一种可显示保质期的鲜奶包装盒,包括由盒盖、侧壁、盒底围成的盒体,还包括以是否发光显示鲜奶是否处于保质期内的显示装置,所述的显示装置包括发光元件、电池、正电极片和负电极片,所述的发光元件和电池串接在正、负极电极片之间,所述的正、负电极片对置在盒体的前、后侧壁或左右侧壁上,当鲜奶灌入所述的包装盒浸没上述的正、负电极片时,所述的显示装置形成闭合的发光电路,以正、负电极片面积和距离以及鲜奶当前温度下的电导率、所决定电流发光工作。与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的一种可显示保质期的鲜奶包装盒技术方案具有能反映储运温度变化对保质期影响的有益技术效果。

Description

一种可显示保质期的鲜奶包装盒
技术领域
本发明涉及食品安全和食品包装,具体涉及饮品的包装。
背景技术
鲜奶包装盒都标有生产日期,以示奶质新鲜程度。但事实上,奶质不是仅由生产日期所决定的,还与储运温度有关,保质期是在摄氏4度的储运温度下限定的,显然,储运温度越高,奶质下降越快,实际保质期就越短,而且,奶盒上标有的生产日期与实际生产日期完全有可能人为的不一致,使保质期内变质的情况屡有发生。因此,现有技术不能真实反映当前奶质情况,不能保证食品安全,无法给消费者安全感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种可显示计入储运温度对奶质影响的保质期的、成本低廉的鲜奶包装盒,本发明的技术方案是:一种可显示保质期的鲜奶包装盒,包括由盒盖、侧壁、盒底围成的盒体,还包括以是否发光显示鲜奶是否处于保质期内的显示装置,所述的显示装置包括发光元件、电池、正电极片和负电极片,所述的发光元件和电池串接在正、负极电极片之间,所述的正、负电极片对置在盒体的前、后侧壁或左右侧壁上,当鲜奶灌入所述的包装盒浸没上述的正、负电极片时,所述的显示装置形成闭合的发光电路,以正、负电极片面积和距离以及鲜奶当前温度下的电导率、所决定电流发光工作。
由于鲜奶的电导率随温度变化,当储运温度升高时,鲜奶的电导率随之变大,导致上述正、负电极片间的电阻变小、电流变大,电池电量消耗加快,发光工作时间变短,所以,与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的一种可显示保质期的鲜奶包装盒技术方案具有能反映储运温度变化对保质期影响的有益技术效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例
本实施例为一具有保质期显示功能的鲜牛奶盒,由显示装置1和946毫升通用奶盒2组成。所述的显示装置1由电池1.4、与电池1.4串联的发光元件1.5、分别与电池1.4正、负极的触点1.1b、1.1a连接的柔性PCB1.2b、1.2a、与柔性PCB1.2b、1.2a另一端分别连接的电极片1.3b、1.3a。所述的电池1.4为3v/100mAH纽扣电池,所述的发光元件1.5选用0306规格的红色贴片LED,最低发光电压、电流分别为1.6v、0.5mA,两个电极片1.3b、1.3a采用304号食品级不锈钢制成的边长为0.91cm的正方形电极片,平行左右或前后对置于奶盒的中部,彼此之间距离约等于标准946毫升通用奶盒的宽度,即7厘米,此时,正、负电极片1.3b、1.3a之间的电阻为R=ρD/S=ρ×7/0.83,其中D是正、负电极片1.3b、1.3a的间距,S是电极片的面积,ρ是电阻率即导电率的倒数,由现有实验数据可知,鲜奶的导电率在4°C时为3.02×10־³µs /cm,且随温度升高而增加,因此,当鲜奶的储运温度上升时,正、负电极片1.3b、1.3a之间的电阻就会减小,电流就会增大,导致以LED发光时间显示的保质期相应的缩短,从而使所显示的保质期计入了储运温度的影响,更真实地反映鲜奶的保质期。

1.一种可显示保质期的鲜奶包装盒,包括由盒盖、侧壁、盒底围成的盒体,其特征在于:还包括以是否发光显示鲜奶是否处于保质期内的显示装置,所述的显示装置包括发光元件、电池、正电极片和负电极片,所述的发光元件和电池串接在正、负极电极片之间,所述的正、负电极片对置在盒体的前、后侧壁或左右侧壁上,当鲜奶灌入所述的包装盒浸没上述的正、负电极片时,所述的显示装置形成闭合的发光电路,以正、负电极片面积和距离以及鲜奶当前温度下的电导率、所决定电流发光工作。
