In the field of injection mold design, when a protruding structure on the inner wall of a straight-column cavity needs to be formed, the following methods are widely adopted at present: forced demolding or lifter, although they can function to some extent, each suffers from different drawbacks. Forced demoulding can be implemented only by using a material with certain elasticity, and the precision is not high; the inclined top is difficult to be applied when the cavity structure is small. Generally, the two methods cannot directly form the raised structure on the inner wall of the straight column cavity; and the 3D printing technology has the defects of poor comprehensive mechanical property, difficulty in batch production, high cost and the like.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of several methods for manufacturing the raised structure on the inner wall of the right-angled pillar cavity, a new type of core is proposed in the patent 201620607160.7: the invention relates to a mold core capable of manufacturing a convex structure on the inner wall of a cylindrical cavity, which solves the problems, but can only be used for processing and manufacturing the convex structure on the inner wall of the cylindrical cavity with a circular bottom edge profile, but not for processing and manufacturing the convex structure on the inner wall of the cylindrical cavity with a triangle, a quadrangle and other polygons, an oval shape and even a straight cylinder with an irregular bottom edge profile.

The core for manufacturing the raised structure on the inner wall of the right cylinder type cavity according to claim 1, wherein the positioning structure comprises a clamping strip and a clamping groove, the clamping groove is arranged on the grid mating structure, the clamping strip is arranged on the core middle structure, the core middle structure is inserted into the combined structure, and the clamping strip is inserted into the clamping groove, so as to fix the combined structure.

The mold core for manufacturing the convex structure on the inner wall of the straight columnar cavity as claimed in claim 3, wherein the shape of the clamping strip is a diamond shape or a T shape, and the shape of the clamping groove matched with the clamping strip is a diamond shape or a T shape correspondingly.
5. The core for manufacturing the raised structure on the inner wall of the right-cylinder-shaped cavity according to claim 1, wherein the shape of the groove for manufacturing the raised structure is conical, truncated cone or cylindrical.
6. The core for manufacturing the convex structure on the inner wall of the straight cylindrical cavity according to claim 5, wherein the cross section of the cylindrical groove is circular, oval, heart-shaped or polygonal.
7. A method for realizing the core for manufacturing the raised structure on the inner wall of the right-cylinder cavity as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, determining a bottom edge contour line of the whole mold core according to a bottom edge contour line of the inner wall of the straight column type cavity; determining the distribution and the number of the grid bars according to the projection distribution condition of the inner wall bulges of the cavity of the straight column to be manufactured on the bottom surface of the cavity; determining the position, depth and shape of a groove for manufacturing the protrusion on each grid according to the distribution position, insertion depth and shape of the protrusion on the inner wall of the straight column cavity body on each grid;
step two, installing a plurality of staggered interlocking convex strips on the grid bars, wherein the staggered interlocking convex strips on two adjacent grid bars are not interfered with each other; each grid bar is displaced along the direction of the bulge of the inner wall of the straight-column cavity to be manufactured, the displacement distance is the length of the bulge, then the upper bottom contour of the middle structure of the mold core is determined according to the projection of the displaced grid bar on the bottom of the mold core, and the contour comprises the projection of all the grid bars on the bottom of the mold core after displacement, so that after the middle structure of the mold core is removed, all the grid bars can be smoothly extracted by means of the space after the middle structure of the mold core is removed;
thirdly, determining the shape of the grid matching structure according to the space formed by two adjacent grids, the middle structure of the mold core and the inner wall of the straight column cavity body; correspondingly arranging matched staggered interlocking grooves on the grid pairing structure according to the shape and distribution condition of the staggered interlocking convex strips on the grid; arranging a sealing step at the bottom of the middle structure of the mold core, arranging a sealing platform at the bottom of the grid matching structure, and combining the sealing step and the sealing platform to form a sealing step; positioning structures are arranged on the grid matching structure and the mold core middle structure;
combining the grid bars, the grid bar matching structures, the core middle structure and the positioning structures to form a whole, wherein the grid bars and the grid bar matching structures are matched with each other to form a combined structure, the core middle structure is inserted into the combined structure, and meanwhile, the positioning structures on the core middle structure are correspondingly inserted into the positioning structures on the grid bar matching structures; then putting the integrated body formed by combination into a corresponding straight column type mould, injecting a molten injection molding material, and waiting for cooling and molding;
step five, after cooling and forming, drawing out the middle structure of the mold core, and simultaneously drawing out the positioning structure arranged on the middle structure of the mold core from the positioning structure on the grid matching structure;
step six, withdrawing each grid bar along the direction of the inner wall of the straight column cavity body in a protruding mode until the grid bar is withdrawn into a space left by withdrawing the middle structure of the mold core, and then taking out each grid bar;
and step seven, taking out the rest grid matching structures, and finally obtaining the straight-column cavity body with the inner wall convex structure to be manufactured.

The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the positioning structure comprises a positioning hole, a positioning claw and a positioning post, the positioning hole is disposed on the grid mating structure, the positioning claw is disposed on the core middle structure, the positioning post is disposed on the positioning claw, the core middle structure is inserted into the combined structure, and the positioning post is inserted into the positioning hole, thereby fixing the combined structure.
9. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the positioning structure comprises a locking bar and a locking groove, the locking groove is disposed on the grid mating structure, the locking bar is disposed on the core middle structure, the core middle structure is inserted into the combined structure, and the locking bar is inserted into the locking groove to fix the combined structure.
10. The method for manufacturing the mold core with the raised structure on the inner wall of the straight column type cavity body as claimed in claim 9, wherein the shape of the clamping strip is a diamond shape or a T shape, and the shape of the clamping groove matched with the clamping strip is a diamond shape or a T shape correspondingly.
