背景技术
目前市场上销售的空气清新剂种类很多,传统的都是由乙醚、香精等各种化学成分合成的,它并没有分解有害气体,只是通过散发香气来掩盖异味,靠混淆人的嗅觉来“淡化”异味。这些物质在空气中化学分解之后产生的气体本身就是空气污染物,而且还会造成空气的二次污染,反而加剧了车内空气的污染程度,长期使用对人体会产生不良刺激,还会对人的神经系统产生危害。

本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种专业祛除车内所产生的有害气体和各类异味,净化空气,消除异味,消灭细菌、净味持久清新的车内酵素空气清新剂配制方法。
本发明的车内酵素空气清新剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、核桃油、绿茶香精 、荷荷巴油、D-泛醇 、木聚糖酶 、短双歧杆菌、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、黑加仑油 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、玫瑰香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 0.9% 水溶橄榄油 0.8% 杜鹃花酸 1.2%
燕麦多肽 1.3% 聚季铵盐1.1% 红没药醇 1.5%
核桃油 1.1% 绿茶香精 1% 荷荷巴油 1.3%
D-泛醇 1.6% 木聚糖酶 1.2% 短双歧杆菌 1.8%
杜鹃花酸 1% 吡哆素 1.1% 黑加仑油 0.7%
醇醚硫酸钠 0.9% 酵素 1.8% 醋酸 1.6%

配制工艺
本发明车内酵素空气清新剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油拌入恒温31.6°C的水中搅拌268分钟,再加入杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、核桃油高速搅拌261分钟,并配以绿茶香精 、荷荷巴油、 D-泛醇、木聚糖酶 、 短双歧杆菌、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素恒温在28.6°C均质搅拌270分种,将容器恒温在29.6°C密封发酵37.6小时,再加入黑加仑油 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、玫瑰香高速搅拌267分钟,它能快速改善空气的品质,消除异味,消灭细菌,然后恒温在33.6°C容器内静置43.6小时即为成品。
