本发明属于电源插头技术领域,具体涉及一种多用的检修临时电源插头。
背景技术
由于各个设备检修现场电源配置情况不一样,同时每个检修现场配置的临时电源接电点也存在不一致的事实,导致没有统一型式和规格的检修临时电源接电点。对于检修任务多,工作范围广的各类检修人员来说,需要一种可以方便、快捷、可靠地在各种临时电源接电点取电的电源插头。国内常用的两扁插头(火线、零线)、三扁插头(火线、零线、保护线)并不能实现这个功能。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,能够方便、快捷、可靠取电的多用的检修临时电源插头。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种多用的检修临时电源插头,包括夹柄、副夹体、夹轴和导线,所述夹柄上通过夹轴设有副夹体,夹柄与副夹体之间设有扭簧,副夹体一端与夹柄之间设有夹口,所述夹柄一端设有导线,另外一端设有扁插头,所述夹柄设有导线的一端外部和副夹体位于夹柄设有导线的一端外部分别设有绝缘层。
进一步,所述夹柄的长度大于副夹体的长度。
进一步,所述扁插头位于夹柄和副夹体之间的夹口一端。
进一步,所述夹柄和副夹体位于夹口处的相对应的一面分别设有锯齿。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种多用的检修临时电源插头结构简单,使用方便,可以在国内所有的380V/220V临时电源接电点取电,当检修现场提供的检修电源接火点为空开时,可将夹柄一端的扁插头直接压接在空开的压接点;当检修现场提供的检修电源接火点为插座时,可将扁插头的一端直接插入插座;当检修现场提供的检修电源接火点为裸导线,可将夹柄与夹轴之间的夹口直接夹在裸导线的母线上取电,当两个本发明的电源插头配合使用时,可用于220V检修电源取电;当三个本发明的电源插头配合使用时,可用于380V检修电源取电。

附图1为本发明的一种具体实施例。该发明一种多用的检修临时电源插头,包括夹柄4、副夹体6、夹轴3和导线5,所述夹柄4上通过夹轴3设有副夹体6,夹柄4与副夹体6之间设有扭簧7,副夹体6一端与夹柄4之间设有夹口2,所述夹柄4一端设有导线5,另外一端设有扁插头1,所述夹柄4设有导线5的一端外部和副夹体6位于夹柄4设有导线5的一端外部分别设有绝缘层。
进一步,所述夹柄4的长度大于副夹体6的长度。
进一步,所述扁插头1位于夹柄4和副夹体6之间的夹口2一端。
进一步,所述夹柄4和副夹体6位于夹口2处的相对应的一面分别设有锯齿。
