本发明公开了一种橡皮绝缘护套电缆,包括多个绝缘线芯,所述的多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,所述的绝缘线芯由导体、挤包在导体外的以耐热乙丙橡皮绝缘材料制成的绝缘层以及挤包在绝缘层外的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层;所述的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层内设有金属丝;在缆芯的空隙处填充耐热乙丙橡皮,在缆芯外绕包包带层,在包带层外挤包采用经硅氧烷改性乙丙橡皮后再加入抗氧剂使经聚硅氧烷改性的三元乙丙橡皮外护套。本发明解决了现有技术中用于矿山的电缆护套极易老化、造成绝缘破坏的技术问题。

一种橡皮绝缘护套电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种橡皮绝缘护套电缆。
背景技术
橡胶制品容易老化,橡胶分子结合了少量的氧后,会使橡胶制品的物理性能严重下降。同时,热量能极大地提高氧与橡胶分子之间的反应速率;温度每升高10℃,反应速率就会提高一倍。当温度从室温升到70℃时, 该反应速率会有大约50 倍的增幅。用于矿山的电缆护套采用橡胶材料制作,经常暴露在阳光和高温下,因此极易老化,造成绝缘破坏,引发安全事故。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种橡皮绝缘护套电缆,解决了现有技术中用于矿山的电缆护套极易老化、造成绝缘破坏的技术问题。
技术方案:一种橡皮绝缘护套电缆,包括多个绝缘线芯,所述的多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,所述的绝缘线芯由导体、挤包在导体外的以耐热乙丙橡皮绝缘材料制成的绝缘层以及挤包在绝缘层外的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层;所述的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层内设有金属丝;在缆芯的空隙处填充耐热乙丙橡皮,在缆芯外绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶包带层,在包带层外挤包采用经硅氧烷改性乙丙橡皮后再加入抗氧剂使经聚硅氧烷改性的三元乙丙橡皮外护套。
进一步地,所述的导体为铝合金导体。
进一步地,所述金属丝为镀锌铜丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、所述的绝缘层、填充层以及外护套都采用不同的橡皮料构成,采用经硅氧烷改性乙丙橡胶来提高耐热性,加入了抗氧剂使经聚硅氧烷改性的三元乙丙橡胶的耐高温性能进一步提高,可以长期工作的温度达到125℃,最低敷设温度为-40℃,解决了现有技术中用于矿山的电缆护套极易老化、造成绝缘破坏的技术问题。
2、线芯外设有成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层,可以在火焰低温(400℃左右)成瓷结壳,形成稳定的整体,对内、外实现阻断氧气;陶瓷化硅橡胶绕包带一可以实现阻燃,二可以延缓温度向内传导的速度;防火泥在耐火的同时,可以防止内部的绝缘层燃烧,并在高阻燃包带层的包裹下形成整体的稳定结构,保持缆芯的位置并对缆芯形成密闭缺氧环境,有效实现阻燃,本产品能通过A类阻燃试验,而且阻燃效果优异,成品率高,特别适用于高层建筑、油田、电站、电厂、矿山、化工、地铁等要求阻燃条件较高的场合,同时具备较强的机械性能,如抗冲击性能,环境适应能力强,本产品绿色,安全性能优越。
3、金属丝代替金属屏蔽层,在施工安装中能有效的把金属屏蔽层接入地线系统,从而达到屏蔽干扰信号和干扰信号传入大地的效果。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种橡皮绝缘护套电缆,包括多个绝缘线芯,所述的多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,所述的绝缘线芯由铝合金导体1、挤包在导体外的以耐热乙丙橡皮绝缘材料制成的绝缘层2以及挤包在绝缘层外的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层3;所述的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层内设有金属丝4,金属丝为镀锌铜丝,在施工安装中能有效的把金属屏蔽层接入地线系统,从而达到屏蔽干扰信号和干扰信号传入大地的效果;在缆芯的空隙处填充耐热乙丙橡皮5,在缆芯外绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶包带层6,在包带层外挤包采用经硅氧烷改性乙丙橡皮后再加入抗氧剂使经聚硅氧烷改性的三元乙丙橡皮外护套7。
护套层采用经硅氧烷改性乙丙橡胶来提高耐热性,加入了抗氧剂使经聚硅氧烷改性的三元乙丙橡胶的耐高温性能进一步提高。可以长期工作的温度达到125℃,最低敷设温度为-40℃,解决了现有技术中用于矿山的电缆护套极易老化、造成绝缘破坏的技术问题。外护层采用连硫挤橡机进行外护层的加工方式制作,挤橡机加料口温度控制在30-40℃,挤橡机一段温度控制在40-50℃,挤橡机二段温度控制在40-50℃,挤橡机三段温度控制在50-60℃,挤橡机机头温度控制在60-70℃。连硫挤橡机的硫化管硫化蒸汽压力为0.3-0.5Mpa,挤出速度控制在6米/分钟。

1.一种橡皮绝缘护套电缆,其特征在于:包括多个绝缘线芯,所述的多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,所述的绝缘线芯由导体、挤包在导体外的以耐热乙丙橡皮绝缘材料制成的绝缘层以及挤包在绝缘层外的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层;所述的成瓷型阻燃聚烯烃护层内设有金属丝;在缆芯的空隙处填充耐热乙丙橡皮,在缆芯外绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶包带层,在包带层外挤包采用经硅氧烷改性乙丙橡皮后再加入抗氧剂使经聚硅氧烷改性的三元乙丙橡皮外护套。
