Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the invention further provides a cash-clearing and cash-adding method based on the automatic teller machine, the cash-clearing and cash-adding method includes an automatic cash-clearing process and a rapid cash-adding process, wherein the automatic cash-clearing process includes the following steps: s110, emptying the cash adding box 40 of the cleaner; s120, extracting paper money from the circulating paper money box 21; s130, sending the paper money into a money detecting part 11 for identification and counting; s140, conveying the paper money which is recognized and counted to the paper money adding box 40 of the clearing machine until the circulating paper money box 21 is emptied; s150, returning the paper money to the circulating paper money box 21 along the original path; specifically, when the automatic cash-clearing process is performed, the automatic deposit and withdrawal device firstly clears the cash-adding cash box 40 of the cash-clearing machine, or bank staff installs the empty cash-adding cash box 40 of the cash-clearing machine on the process cabinet 10, then extracts the cash from the circulating cash box 21 needing to be cleared, sends the cash into the cash detecting part 11 sequentially through the second channel 22, the third channel 30 and the first channel 12, identifies and counts the cash through the cash detecting part 11, then conveys the identified and counted cash into the cash-adding cash box 40 of the cash-clearing machine through the first channel 12 and the converting part 13, repeats the steps until the circulating cash box 21 is cleared, then conveys all the cash in the cash-adding cash box 40 of the cash-clearing machine back to the circulating cash box 21 through the original paths of the converting part 13, the first channel 12, the cash detecting part 11, the third channel 30 and the second channel 22, and completes the automatic cash-clearing process for one circulating box 21.
The quick money adding process comprises the following steps: s210, inserting the cash adding cash box 40 carrying the cash on the flow cabinet 10; s220, sending the paper money into a money detecting part 11 for identification and counting; s230, conveying the paper money which is recognized and counted to the circulating paper money box 21 until the circulating paper money box 21 is fully loaded; specifically, when the rapid cash adding process is performed, the automatic teller machine inserts the cash adding cash box 40 loaded with the cash on the process cabinet 10, extracts the cash from the cash adding cash box 40, sends the cash into the cash detecting part 11 through the converting part 13 and the first channel 12 in sequence, identifies and counts the cash through the cash detecting part 11, conveys the identified and counted cash into the circulating cash box 21 through the first channel 12, the third channel 30 and the second channel 22, and repeats the steps until the circulating cash box 21 is fully loaded, thereby completing the rapid cash adding process of the circulating cash box 21.
The invention provides a cash clearing and adding method, which adopts a cash clearing and adding box 40 to clear or add cash to a circulating box 21 in automatic teller and withdrawal equipment, and avoids the following situations: 1. when the machine is cleared, manual clearing can be carried out only by stopping the machine, automatic clearing cannot be realized, and the efficiency is low; 2. when adding money into the circulating money box 21, a bank specialist who needs to manage keys and passwords opens the safety box 20 on site, and can add money manually only by pulling out the lower machine core; 3. a bank clerk who manages keys and passwords cannot add money or add money from the customer receiving part 16 to the circulating money box 21 in one stroke without being present or opening the safe 20, which is low in efficiency; therefore, the technical problems that the automatic depositing and withdrawing equipment cannot automatically clear the machine and the money adding efficiency is low are effectively solved, the working efficiency of clearing and adding the money of the automatic depositing and withdrawing equipment is improved, the working intensity of bank workers is reduced, meanwhile, the situation that lawless persons can take the machine when the safe case 20 is opened and the money is added is avoided, the safety of the money adding process is guaranteed, and the use experience of users is improved.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the method for adding banknotes by a clearing machine provided by the present invention, in step S110, the empty clearing machine and banknote adding box 40 is replaced, or the banknotes in the clearing machine and banknote adding box 40 are transported into the temporary storage portion 14 to empty the clearing machine and banknote adding box 40. 1. The automatic deposit and withdrawal equipment is characterized by further comprising a clearing machine cash adding box detachably connected to the flow cabinet, the clearing machine cash adding box can be connected and conducted with the currency detecting part, the temporary storage part and the first channel through the third channel, when the clearing machine cash adding box is used, paper money in the clearing machine cash adding box is conveyed into the temporary storage part to clear the clearing machine cash adding box, and the paper money in the circulating cash box sequentially passes through the second channel, the third channel, the first channel, the second channel and the third channel and returns to the clearing machine cash adding box along a cash adding path in the clearing machine cash adding box.
2. The automated teller machine of claim 1 wherein said process cabinet is provided with a photoelectric sensor for identifying the mounting location of said cash hopper of said cash sorter.
3. The automated teller machine of claim 1 wherein said cash dispensing cassette is provided with a two-way transmission interface that interfaces with said switching section.
4. The automated teller machine according to claim 3 wherein a storage chamber for stacking banknotes is provided in said cash box, and a push plate is provided in said storage chamber and is movable in the axial direction of said storage chamber.
5. The automated teller machine of claim 4 wherein said cash dispensing cassette includes a dispensing assembly connected to said duplex transport interface for dispensing said cash into and out of said storage chamber.
6. The automatic teller machine of claim 5 wherein said dispensing assembly comprises a dispensing wheel, a separator wheel, and a wheel adjacent said dispensing wheel, said dispensing wheel and said separator wheel being disposed opposite said bidirectional transport interface outboard.
7. The automatic teller machine of any of claims 1-6 wherein the capacity of said cash dispensing cassette is equal to or greater than the capacity of said circulating cassette.
8. The automated teller machine of claim 7 wherein said cash handling cassette is provided with a cassette handle.
9. A machine-clearing and cash-adding method based on the automatic depositing and withdrawing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8; the method is characterized by comprising an automatic clearing process and a quick banknote adding process, wherein the automatic clearing process comprises the following steps: s110, emptying a cash adding box of the cash cleaner, and conveying the paper money in the cash adding box of the cash cleaner into the temporary storage part; s120, extracting paper money from the circulating money box; s130, sending the paper money to a money detecting part for identification and counting; s140, conveying the paper money which is recognized and counted to the paper money adding box of the counting machine until the circulating paper money box is emptied; s150, returning the paper money to the circulating paper money box along an original path;
the quick money adding process comprises the following steps: s210, inserting a cash adding cash box loaded with cash on the flow cabinet; s220, sending the paper money to a money detecting part for identification and counting; and S230, conveying the paper money which is identified and counted to a circulating paper money box until the circulating paper money box is fully loaded.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein in step S110, the banknote counting and feeding box is emptied by replacing the empty banknote counting and feeding box or by transferring banknotes in the banknote counting and feeding box to a temporary storage portion.
