Abstract
本发明公开了一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统,涉及空调控制技术领域,包括多台空调,多个温度传感器和控制中心。控制中心用于依据机房设备空间设备分布及设备功耗对空调控制区域内的制冷权重进行计算,并根据制冷权重和各温度传感器的采样温度计算空调控制区域的区域实际温度,比较计算出的区域实际温度是否在预设的空调适宜温度范围内,如果不在,调低或调高空调设定温度最终实现区域实际温度是否在预设的空调适宜温度范围内。本发明可实现根据机房内各区域的冷量需求调节该区域对应的空调的控制温度,实现节能的目的。本发明还公开了一种机房空调能耗的节能管理方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空调控制技术领域,具体涉及一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统及节能管理方法。
背景技术
国务院印发“十三五”节能减排综合工作方案,到2020年国内生产总值能耗比2015年下降15%。推进节能降耗和污染减排是我国的重要国策,在该政策背景驱动下,各行各业节能技术迎来蓬勃发展的机遇期。借助互联网与物联网技术发展与融合平台,机房精密空调开始实现集中联网管理,通过人工远程控制空调开关迎合现在节能发展需要;但是机房中精密空调依旧采用唯一空调设定温度方式独立控制运行,机房各精密空调通过空调回风口温度传感器监测气流温度与控制温度对比判断控制空调。当回风口气流温度高于唯一空调设定温度时,压缩机启动制冷;当回风口气流温度低于唯一空调设定温度时,空调停机或转通风模式运行。
统一固定的空调设定温度,是一种固定冷量的输出办法,无法考虑机房设备密度、设备功耗和周围环境温度等因素,该控制方式下空调对机房的环境温度控制不准确,同时空调启停会过于频繁,并且无法做到基于机房实际冷量要求输出冷量。如果温度设置偏高会导致机房内温控制冷条件不达标,温度设置偏低又会导致能源的浪费,达不到节能目的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统及节能管理方法,根据机房内各区域的冷量需求调节该区域对应的空调的控制温度,实现节能的目的。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统,包括多台空调、多个温度传感器和控制中心,每台空调、每个温度传感器均分别连接所述控制中心;
多台空调,每台空调用于向机房中的一个空调控制区域提供制冷,所述空调控制区域为所述空调提供的制冷可以影响的区域;
多个温度传感器,每个温度传感器分别设于不同的机房设备上,所述温度传感器用于采集所述机房设备所在区域的采样温度并将采集的采样温度传输至所述控制中心;
控制中心用于根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重;接收每个温度传感器采集的采样温度,根据空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器的采样温度及每个温度传感器的制冷权重计算该空调控制区域的区域实际温度;获取用户预设的空调适宜温度范围,若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度高于空调适宜温度范围的最高值,则下调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度;若空调控制区域的区域实际温度低于空调适宜温度范围的最低值,则上调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度。
在上述技术方案的基础上,根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重的公式为:制冷权重=A·L/L0+B·W/W0,其中A为距离制冷权重系数,L为温度传感器与空调的距离,L0为参照距离,B为功率制冷权重系数,W为温度传感器所在的机房设备的功率,W0为参照功率,其中A和B根据各空调对应的空调控制区域大小和机房设备的平均功率大小调整,L0根据各空调对应的空调控制区域大小调整,W0根据机房设备的平均功率大小调整。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述控制中心包括:
制冷权重计算模块,制冷权重计算模块用于根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重;
区域温度计算模块,区域温度计算模块用于接收每个温度传感器采集的采样温度,根据空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器的采样温度及每个温度传感器的制冷权重计算该空调控制区域的区域实际温度;
温度分区调控模块,温度分区调控模块用于获取用户预设的空调适宜温度范围,若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度高于空调适宜温度范围的最高值,则下调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度;若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度低于空调适宜温度范围的最低值,则上调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度。
在上述技术方案的基础上,控制中心包括空调保护模块,所述空调保护模块用于获取用户预设的空调最高设定温度和空调最低设定温度,采集当前的空调设定温度,若空调的空调设定温度上调一度高于空调最高设定温度,则控制关闭该空调;若空调的空调设定温度下调一度低于空调最低设定温度,则停止下调该空调的空调设定温度并检测空调运行状态。

S2,使用控制中心根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重;
S3,使用温度传感器采集的每台机房设备区域的采样温度,使用控制中心根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器的采样温度及每个温度传感器的制冷权重计算该空调控制区域的区域实际温度;
S4,使用控制中心获取用户预设的空调适宜温度范围,判断各空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度是否在用户预设的空调适宜温度范围内:
若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度高于空调适宜温度范围的最高值,进入步骤S5;若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度低于空调适宜温度范围的最低值,进入步骤S6;若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度在用户预设的空调适宜温度范围之内,进入步骤S7。
S5,下调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度,返回步骤S3;
S6,上调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度,返回步骤S3;
S7,结束。

在上述技术方案的基础上,使用控制中心获取用户预设的空调最高设定温度和空调最低设定温度,采集当前的空调设定温度,若空调的空调设定温度上调一度高于空调最高设定温度,则控制关闭该空调;若空调的空调设定温度下调一度低于空调最低设定温度,则停止下调该空调的空调设定温度并检测空调运行状态。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明依据机房设备空间设备分布及设备功耗对空调控制区域内的制冷权重进行计算,并根据制冷权重和各温度传感器的采样温度计算空调控制区域的区域实际温度,比较计算出的区域实际温度是否在预设的空调适宜温度范围内,如果不在,调低或调高空调设定温度最终实现区域实际温度在预设的空调适宜温度范围内。本发明实现了针对机房内各区域的冷量需求自动调节空调设定温度,达到降低运营成本和节能减排的目的。
(2)控制中心对机房空调进行分别控制,并根据各空调的空调控制区域独立调节空调设定温度,从而改善空调之间制冷、制热、加湿、除湿可能同时存在的无序竞争关系,提升空调实际输出的效率。
(3)采用本发明可实现根据空调控制区域的区域实际温度自动调节空调设定温度,改变过去需要不定期人为进行空调温控设定的方式,减少运维工作量,提升了管理效率,降低企业的运营成本。

参见图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统,包括:
多台空调,每台空调用于向机房中的一个空调控制区域提供制冷,所述空调控制区域为所述空调提供的制冷可以影响的区域;根据每台空调的制冷功率大小和空调的位置确定每台空调提供的制冷可以影响的区域的大小;
多个温度传感器,每个温度传感器分别设于不同的机房设备上,所述温度传感器用于采集所述机房设备所在区域的采样温度并将采集的采样温度传输至所述控制中心;
控制中心用于根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重;接收每个温度传感器采集的采样温度,根据空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器的采样温度及每个温度传感器的制冷权重计算该空调控制区域的区域实际温度;获取用户预设的空调适宜温度范围,若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度高于空调适宜温度范围的最高值,下调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度;若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度低于空调适宜温度范围的最低值,上调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度。
参见图1所示,每台空调的空调控制区域有可能会有交叉重合。各温度传感器有可能同时属于两个空调控制区域,只不过在计算空调控制区域的制冷权重时,同一温度传感器在不同空调控制区域所占的制冷权重可能不同。
本发明依据机房设备空间设备分布及设备功耗对空调控制区域内的制冷权重进行计算,并根据制冷权重和各温度传感器的采样温度计算空调控制区域的区域实际温度,比较计算出的区域实际温度是否在预设的空调适宜温度范围内,如果不在,调低或调高空调设定温度最终实现区域实际温度在预设的空调适宜温度范围内。本发明实现了针对机房内各区域的冷量需求自动调节空调设定温度,达到降低运营成本和节能减排的目的。

使用控制中心获取用户预设的空调最高设定温度和空调最低设定温度,采集当前的空调设定温度,若空调的空调设定温度上调一度高于空调最高设定温度,则控制关闭该空调;若空调的空调设定温度下调一度低于空调最低设定温度,则停止下调该空调的空调设定温度并检测空调运行状态。
例如,用户预设的空调最高设定温度为28度和空调最低设定温度为18度,采集当前的空调设定温度,当空调控制温度上调一度≥28℃时,当空调控制温度下调一度≤18℃时,下调指令不执行,检测空调运行状态。
本发明根据每台空调提供的制冷可以影响的区域划分每台空调的空调控制区域,依据机房设备空间设备分布及设备功耗对空调控制区域内的制冷权重进行计算,并根据制冷权重和各温度传感器的采样温度计算空调控制区域的区域实际温度,比较计算出的区域实际温度是否在预设的空调适宜温度范围内,如果不在,调低或调高空调设定温度最终实现区域实际温度在预设的空调适宜温度范围内。本发明实现了针对机房内各区域的冷量需求自动调节空调设定温度,达到降低运营成本和节能减排的目的。
控制中心对机房空调进行分别控制,并根据各空调的空调控制区域独立调节空调设定温度,从而改善空调之间制冷、制热、加湿、除湿可能同时存在的无序竞争关系,提升空调实际输出的效率。
采用本发明可实现根据空调控制区域的区域实际温度自动调节空调设定温度,改变过去需要不定期人为进行空调温控设定的方式,减少运维工作量,提升了管理效率,降低企业的运营成本。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围之内。本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
Claims (6)
1.一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统,其特征在于,包括多台空调、多个温度传感器和控制中心,每台空调、每个温度传感器均分别连接所述控制中心;
多台空调,每台空调用于向机房中的一个空调控制区域提供制冷,所述空调控制区域为所述空调提供的制冷可以影响的区域;
多个温度传感器,每个温度传感器分别设于不同的机房设备上,所述温度传感器用于采集所述机房设备所在区域的采样温度并将采集的采样温度传输至所述控制中心;
控制中心用于根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重;接收每个温度传感器采集的采样温度,根据空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器的采样温度及每个温度传感器的制冷权重计算该空调控制区域的区域实际温度;获取用户预设的空调适宜温度范围,若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度高于空调适宜温度范围的最高值,则下调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度;若空调控制区域的区域实际温度低于空调适宜温度范围的最低值,则上调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度;
根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重的公式为:制冷权重=A·L/L0+B·W/W0,其中A为距离制冷权重系数,L为温度传感器与空调的距离,L0为参照距离,B为功率制冷权重系数,W为温度传感器所在的机房设备的功率,W0为参照功率,其中A和B根据各空调对应的空调控制区域大小和机房设备的平均功率大小调整,L0根据各空调对应的空调控制区域大小调整,W0根据机房设备的平均功率大小调整。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统,其特征在于:所述控制中心包括:
制冷权重计算模块,制冷权重计算模块用于根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重;
区域温度计算模块,区域温度计算模块用于接收每个温度传感器采集的采样温度,根据空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器的采样温度及每个温度传感器的制冷权重计算该空调控制区域的区域实际温度;
温度分区调控模块,温度分区调控模块用于获取用户预设的空调适宜温度范围,若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度高于空调适宜温度范围的最高值,则下调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度;若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度低于空调适宜温度范围的最低值,则上调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种机房空调能耗的节能管理系统,其特征在于:控制中心包括空调保护模块,所述空调保护模块用于获取用户预设的空调最高设定温度和空调最低设定温度,采集当前的空调设定温度,若空调的空调设定温度上调一度高于空调最高设定温度,则控制关闭该空调;若空调的空调设定温度下调一度低于空调最低设定温度,则停止下调该空调的空调设定温度并检测空调运行状态。
4.一种机房空调能耗的节能管理方法,其特征在于:
所述机房内设有多台空调、多个温度传感器和控制中心,每个温度传感器分别设于不同的机房设备上,每台空调、每个温度传感器均分别连接所述控制中心;
所述机房空调能耗的节能管理方法包括以下步骤:
S1,根据每台空调提供的制冷可以影响的区域划分每台空调的空调控制区域;根据每台空调的制冷功率大小和空调的位置划分每台空调的空调控制区域大小;
S2,使用控制中心根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重;
S3,使用温度传感器采集的每台机房设备区域的采样温度,使用控制中心根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器的采样温度及每个温度传感器的制冷权重计算该空调控制区域的区域实际温度;
S4,使用控制中心获取用户预设的空调适宜温度范围,判断各空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度是否在用户预设的空调适宜温度范围内:
若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度高于空调适宜温度范围的最高值,进入步骤S5;若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度低于空调适宜温度范围的最低值,进入步骤S6;若空调的空调控制区域的区域实际温度在用户预设的空调适宜温度范围之内,进入步骤S7;
S5,下调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度,返回步骤S3;
S6,上调该空调控制区域的空调的空调设定温度,返回步骤S3;
S7,结束。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种机房空调能耗的节能管理方法,其特征在于:根据各空调的空调控制区域中各温度传感器与该空调的距离远近及机房设备的功率大小计算出该空调控制区域中各温度传感器的制冷权重的公式为:制冷权重=A·L/L0+B·W/W0,其中A为距离制冷权重系数,L为温度传感器与空调的距离,L0为参照距离,B为功率制冷权重系数,W为温度传感器所在的机房设备的功率,W0为参照功率,其中A和B根据各空调对应的空调控制区域大小和机房设备的平均功率大小调整,L0根据各空调对应的空调控制区域大小调整,W0根据机房设备的平均功率大小调整。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种机房空调能耗的节能管理方法,其特征在于:使用控制中心获取用户预设的空调最高设定温度和空调最低设定温度,采集当前的空调设定温度,若空调的空调设定温度上调一度高于空调最高设定温度,则控制关闭该空调;若空调的空调设定温度下调一度低于空调最低设定温度,则停止下调该空调的空调设定温度并检测空调运行状态。
