技术领域
本发明涉及一种法兰,具体是涉及一种低温高颈加固型防滑螺纹法兰。
背景技术
法兰,又叫法兰凸缘盘或突缘。法兰是管子与管子之间相互连接的零件,用于管端之间的连接;也有用在设备进出口上的法兰,用于两个设备之间的连接,如减速机法兰。传统的法兰由法兰本体和一圈孔眼组成,设备之间连接不够牢固,时间长后螺栓容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种连接牢固的低温高颈加固型防滑螺纹法兰。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种低温高颈加固型防滑螺纹法兰,它包括法兰本体,所述法兰本体横截面呈圆环状,由不锈钢层、碳钢层和加固层组成,所述法兰本体上靠近内径处设置有凸起,所述凸起呈圆环状,所述法兰本体上从外到内分别设置有外孔和内孔,所述外孔至少有二个,所述内孔至少有两个,所述每个外孔和内孔的内壁均设置有防滑层,所述法兰本体上设置有至少一条加强筋。
所述外孔的内径大于内孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种低温高颈加固型防滑螺纹法兰,使得两个设备或者管子之间的连接更为牢固,降低了设备或者管子的返修率,延长了其使用年限。

参见图1和图2,本发明一种低温高颈加固型防滑螺纹法兰,它包括法兰本体1,所述法兰本体1横截面呈圆环状,由不锈钢层1.1、碳钢层1.2和加固层1.3组成,所述法兰本体1上靠近内径处设置有凸起4,所述凸起4呈圆环状,所述法兰本体1上从外到内分别设置有外孔2和内孔3,所述外孔2至少有二个,所述内孔3至少有两个,所述外孔2的内径大于内孔3,所述每个外孔2和内孔3的内壁均设置有防滑层,所述法兰本体1上设置有至少一条加强筋5。
所述法兰本体1由不锈钢、碳钢或者镍钢制成。

1.一种低温高颈加固型防滑螺纹法兰,其特征在于:它包括法兰本体(1),所述法兰本体(1)横截面呈圆环状,由不锈钢层(1.1)、碳钢层(1.2)和加固层(1.3)组成,所述法兰本体(1)上靠近内径处设置有凸起(4),所述凸起(4)呈圆环状,所述法兰本体(1)上从外到内分别设置有外孔(2)和内孔(3),所述外孔(2)至少有二个,所述内孔(3)至少有两个,所述每个外孔(2)和内孔(3)的内壁均设置有防滑层,所述法兰本体(1)上设置有至少一条加强筋(5)。
