本发明公开了一种玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法,其中所述玻璃清洁剂包括以下重量比的组份:碳酸钙粉20‑30%、滑石粉15‑35%、淀粉2‑10%、膨润土0.1‑1%、水杨酸0.01‑0.1%、聚乙二醇1‑2%、柠檬酸0.3‑0.5%、氢氧化钾0.2‑0.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8‑10%、小苏打3‑7%、甜菜碱0.1‑1%。本发明使用对人体危害较小的杀菌消毒剂,同时通过加入相应的酸和碱来调节产品的PH值,使产品呈弱酸性,从而使得产品不伤身不伤手,是一种高效清洁、护手环保、绿色健康的新一代玻璃清洁剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,尤其涉及一种玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃清洁剂是一种专门用于清洁玻璃的制剂,其被广泛应用于各种房屋、建筑的门窗、镜面以及汽车玻璃的清洁。现有的玻璃清洁剂在成分配方上面大都会顾此失彼,比如去污能力强的则伤手力度也大,温和不伤手的则不能有效去除顽固污渍,还有的玻璃清洁剂成分含有杀菌消毒剂,但这种杀菌消毒剂如果通过空气散发作用被吸入至人体,则也会对人体造成一定危害。因此,研制一款高效清洁同时又环保不伤手不伤身的玻璃清洁剂能满足广大消费者的多方位需求。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,提供一种新的玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量比的组份:
碳酸钙粉20-30%、滑石粉15-35%、淀粉2-10%、膨润土0.1-1%、水杨酸0.01-0.1%、聚乙二醇1-2%、柠檬酸0.3-0.5%、氢氧化钾0.2-0.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-10%、小苏打3-7%、甜菜碱0.1-1%。
优选的,所述玻璃清洁剂还包括着色剂0.01-0.03%。
优选的,所述玻璃清洁剂还包括空气清新剂0.02-0.04%。
优选的,所述空气清新剂可为纯天然植物植物提取物,例如桂花提取物,玫瑰花提取物、柚子提取物等。
一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为:将所述玻璃清洁剂除空气清新剂以外的各组成成分按一定配比混合在一起,升高温度至40-50℃,搅拌30-40分钟,加入所述空气清新剂继续搅拌10-20分钟,冷却出料包装即得。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明所包含的杀菌消毒剂,其对人体皮肤的刺激作用较小,同时对使用者身体健康危害也较小;
2、本发明通过加入相应的酸和碱来调节产品的PH值,使产品呈弱酸性,且采用无磷配方,从而不伤身不伤手;
3、本发明具有较强的吸油去污渍和和杀菌特性,提高了产品去污能力;
4、本发明满足了消费者对清洁剂的多方位需求,是一种高效清洁、护手环保、绿色健康的新一代玻璃清洁剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量比的组份:
碳酸钙粉20%、滑石粉15%、淀粉2%、膨润土0.1%、水杨酸0.01%、聚乙二醇1%、柠檬酸0.3%、氢氧化钾0.2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8%、小苏打3%、甜菜碱0.1%。
一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为:将碳酸钙粉20%、滑石粉15%、淀粉2%、膨润土0.1%、水杨酸0.01%、聚乙二醇1%、柠檬酸0.3%、氢氧化钾0.2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8%、小苏打3%、甜菜碱0.1%混合在一起,升高温度至40-50℃,搅拌30-40分钟,冷却出料包装即得。
实施例2
一种玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量比的组份:

一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为:将所述碳酸钙粉20%、滑石粉15%、淀粉2%、膨润土0.1%、水杨酸0.01%、聚乙二醇1%、柠檬酸0.3%、氢氧化钾0.2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8%、小苏打3%、甜菜碱0.1%、着色剂0.01%混合在一起,升高温度至40-50℃,搅拌30-40分钟,加入所述桂花提取物0.02%继续搅拌10-20分钟,冷却出料包装即得。
实施例3
一种玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量比的组份:
碳酸钙粉30%、滑石粉35%、淀粉10%、膨润土1%、水杨酸0.1%、聚乙二醇2%、柠檬酸0.5%、氢氧化钾0.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%、小苏打7%、甜菜碱1%、着色剂0.03%、柚子提取物0.04%。
一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为:将所述碳酸钙粉30%、滑石粉35%、淀粉10%、膨润土1%、水杨酸0.1%、聚乙二醇2%、柠檬酸0.5%、氢氧化钾0.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%、小苏打7%、甜菜碱1%、着色剂0.03%混合在一起,升高温度至40-50℃,搅拌30-40分钟,加入所述柚子提取物0.04%继续搅拌10-20分钟,冷却出料包装即得。
通过对本发明产品进行性能测试,得以下测试数据:

碳酸钙粉20-30%、滑石粉15-35%、淀粉2-10%、膨润土0.1-1%、水杨酸0.01-0.1%、聚乙二醇1-2%、柠檬酸0.3-0.5%、氢氧化钾0.2-0.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-10%、小苏打3-7%、甜菜碱0.1-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂,其特征在于,所述玻璃清洁剂还包括着色剂0.01-0.03%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种玻璃清洁剂,其特征在于,所述玻璃清洁剂还包括空气清新剂0.02-0.04%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种玻璃清洁剂,其特征在于,所述空气清新剂可为纯天然植物植物提取物。
5.一种如权利要求3或4所述的玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为,其特征在于,将所述玻璃清洁剂除空气清新剂以外的各组成成分按一定配比混合在一起,升高温度至40-50℃,搅拌30-40分钟,加入所述空气清新剂继续搅拌10-20分钟,冷却出料包装即得。
