本发明提供一种无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水，其组分及原料重量百分比为：表面活性剂1％～40％、头发调理剂1％～60％、PEG～40氢化蓖麻油1％～10％、丙二醇0.01％～5％、防腐剂0.01％～6％、柠檬酸0.01％～4％、香精0.01％～5％、增稠剂0.01％～10％、余量去离子水为溶剂，该洗发水通过添加姜黄CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、聚季铵盐～10、透明质酸钠、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油和泛醇等有效成分，使洗发水具备调理功能，洗发同时又能够护发，保护头发不受损，而且能有效的滋养头发，深度调养，养护发根，增强头发韧性，使头发变得弹性有光泽，舒爽健康，适合消费者长期使用，对人们的头发进行有效的保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用洗发品技术领域，具体涉及一种无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水。
背景技术
洗发水是指一种具有清洁、去头屑、焗油等功能的护发产品，洗发水中含有多种成分，这些成份的综合作用能起到清洁头皮和头发的功能，通常洗发露中最能起清洁作用的成份是表面活性剂，表面活性剂起着清洁头发和头皮的作用，当洗发液与水混在一起时能产生泡沫，不过泡沫的多少并不能反映出清洁能力的强弱，目前，市场销售的各种功能的洗发水，一般都是有机硅的物质经混配后制得，具有洗发、美发功效，但长期使用容易损伤发质，而且洗发、去屑的效果并不能满足一般消费者的使用需求，也有可能会对头发产生硅沉积，造成一定程度的负面作用，影响发质，造成头发毛糙，因此有待进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种保湿效果好、清爽舒适、安全无刺激的无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：
本发明提供一种无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水，其组分及原料重量百分比为：
表面活性剂1％～40％、
头发调理剂1％～60％、
PEG～40氢化蓖麻油1％～10％、
丙二醇0.01％～5％、
防腐剂0.01％～6％、
柠檬酸0.01％～4％、
香精0.01％～5％、
增稠剂0.01％～10％
余量去离子水为溶剂。
进一步地，所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的一种或2种。
进一步地，所述头发调理剂为姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、透明质酸钠、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、聚季铵盐～10和泛醇中的一种或几种。
进一步地，所述增稠剂为椰油酰胺MEA。
进一步地，所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠和甲基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明提供的一种的无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水通过添加姜黄CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、透明质酸钠、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、聚季铵盐～10和泛醇等有效成分，使洗发水具备调理功能，洗发同时又能够护发，保护头发不受损，而且能有效的滋养头发，深度调养，养护发根，增强头发韧性，使头发变得弹性有光泽，舒爽健康，适合消费者长期使用，对人们的头发进行有效的保护。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水，其组分及原料重量百分比为：
表面活性剂26％、
头发调理剂10％、
PEG～40氢化蓖麻油2％、
丙二醇1％、
防腐剂2％、
柠檬酸0.1％、
香精1％、
增稠剂1％
余量去离子水为溶剂。
本实施例中，所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，按照2：1的重量百分比进行配比。
本实施例中，所述头发调理剂为姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、透明质酸钠、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、聚季铵盐～10和泛醇5种，按照10：1：22：10：20的重量百分比进行配比。
本实施例中，所述增稠剂为椰油酰胺MEA。
本实施例中，所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠和甲基异噻唑啉酮两种，按照2:1的重量百分比进行配比。
制作方法如下：
(1)将蒸汽锅、反应锅、原料桶及所有的生产用具用水清洗消毒干净；
(2)按照配料单准确无误地称取物料；
(3)将原料月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、聚季铵盐～10、透明质酸钠、泛醇、丙二醇加入搅拌锅加去离子水，温度控制在80～85℃，慢速搅拌10～15分钟后开始降温。
(4)降温至40～45℃时加入原料山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、香精、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮，快速搅拌40～45分钟至完全均匀；
(5)取样送至化验室检验，待合格后出料。
实施例2
本实施例与实施1制作方法相同，不同之处在于其组分及原料重量百分比为：
表面活性剂30％、
头发调理剂12％、
PEG～40氢化蓖麻油1％、
丙二醇1％、
防腐剂2％、
柠檬酸0.1％、
香精1％、
增稠剂1％
余量去离子水为溶剂。
本实施例中，所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，按照3：2的重量百分比进行配比。
本实施例中，所述头发调理剂为姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、透明质酸钠、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、聚季铵盐～10和泛醇5种，按照10：1：32：15：20的重量百分比进行配比。
本实施例中，所述增稠剂为椰油酰胺MEA。
本实施例中，所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠和甲基异噻唑啉酮两种，按照2:1的重量百分比进行配比。
实施例3
本实施例与实施1制作方法相同，不同之处在于其组分及原料重量百分比为：
表面活性剂38％、
头发调理剂16％、
PEG～40氢化蓖麻油2％、
丙二醇1％、
防腐剂2％、
柠檬酸0.1％、
香精1％、
增稠剂1％
余量去离子水为溶剂。
本实施例中，所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，按照2：1的重量百分比进行配比。
本实施例中，所述头发调理剂为姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、透明质酸钠、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、聚季铵盐～10和泛醇5种，按照10：1：22：10：20的重量百分比进行配比。
本实施例中，所述增稠剂为椰油酰胺MEA。

对实施例1至3所得的无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水进行化学指标和微生物指标检测结果如表1和表2所示，检验方法如表3所示：

本发明提供的一种的无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水湿发后，取适量本品涂抹于发上，轻轻按摩至产生泡沫后，再用清水冲洗干净即可，保护头发不受损，而且能有效的滋养头发，深度调养，养护发根，增强头发韧性，使头发变得弹性有光泽，舒爽健康，适合消费者长期使用，对人们的头发进行有效的保护。

防腐剂 0.01％～6％、
柠檬酸 0.01％～4％、
香精 0.01％～5％、
增稠剂 0.01％～10％
余量去离子水为溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水，其特征在于：所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的一种或2种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水，其特征在于：所述头发调理剂为姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、透明质酸钠、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、聚季铵盐～10和泛醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅油生姜健发丝滑洗发水，其特征在于：所述增稠剂为椰油酰胺MEA。
