Abstract

本发明提供一种UV固化厌氧型OCA结构胶,由下列质量百分比含量的物质制成:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯50~90%,丙烯酸异辛酯5~30%,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1~30%,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯1~15%,丙烯酸正丁酯1~15%,引发剂0.1~10%。将上述组分按质量百分比例加入搅拌机内,避光条件下混合搅拌均匀后自然静置消泡制成胶水,然后将胶水涂布在PET离型膜上,根据所需厚度,用刮刀或涂布机进行涂布,附上PET离型膜后通过UV固化。可满足胶水粘度、硬度、剥离力大小、胶膜厚度等性能,解决耐介质性能等问题,且生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种OCA结构胶。
背景技术
透明器件、触摸屏、面板及电子器件等透明光学元器件经常会用到OCA胶,OCA胶要求具有无色透明、光透过率在90%以上、胶结强度良好,可在室温或中温下固化,且有固化收缩小等特点。但现在国内产品性能如胶水粘度、硬度及剥离力等无法被所需企业所接受,且部分产品耐介质性能、耐高低温冲击性能差,所以多数所需产品需要从国外进口,但国外产品价格昂贵。
发明内容
为解决上述问题本发明提供了一种UV固化厌氧型OCA结构胶,硬度、剥离力等性能优异,生产成本低,价格适中。
本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种UV固化厌氧型OCA结构胶,由以下质量百分比含量的物质制成:
将上述组分按质量百分比例加入搅拌机内,避光条件下混合搅拌均匀后自然静置消泡制成胶水,然后将胶水涂布在PET离型膜上,根据所需厚度,用刮刀或涂布机进行涂布,附上PET离型膜后通过UV固化。
作为一种优化,引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮或/和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦。
本发明的有益效果在于,可满足胶水粘度、硬度、剥离力大小、胶膜厚度等性能,解决耐介质性能等问题,且生产成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将上述组分按质量百分比例加入搅拌机内,避光条件下混合搅拌均匀后自然静置消泡制成胶水,然后将胶水涂布在PET离型膜上,根据所需厚度,用刮刀或涂布机进行涂布,附上PET离型膜后通过UV固化。

将上述组分按质量百分比例加入搅拌机内,避光条件下混合搅拌均匀后自然静置消泡制成胶水,然后将胶水涂布在PET离型膜上,根据所需厚度,用刮刀或涂布机进行涂布,附上PET离型膜后通过UV固化。

将上述组分按质量百分比例加入搅拌机内,避光条件下混合搅拌均匀后自然静置消泡制成胶水,然后将胶水涂布在PET离型膜上,根据所需厚度,用刮刀或涂布机进行涂布,附上PET离型膜后通过UV固化。

Claims (2)

1.一种UV固化厌氧型OCA结构胶,由以下质量百分比含量的物质制成:
脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯 50~90%
丙烯酸异辛酯 5~30%
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 1~30%
甲基丙烯酸月桂酯 1~15%
丙烯酸正丁酯 1~15%
引发剂 0.1~10%
将上述组分按质量百分比例加入搅拌釜内,避光条件下混合搅拌均匀后自然静置消泡制成胶水,然后将胶水涂布在PET离型膜上,根据所需厚度,用刮刀或涂布机进行涂布,附上PET离型膜后通过UV固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV固化厌氧型OCA胶粘剂,其特征在于:引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮或/和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦。
