本发明公开了一种紫外LED杀菌装置,包括主柜体,主柜体内设有杀菌室,杀菌室内设有紫外LED模组;所述紫外LED模组包括:散热器、导热胶、PCB铝基板、紫外LED、塑料透镜、防水胶圈;所述导热胶由以下组分组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,聚四氟乙烯,云母粉,乙二醛,双季戊四醇,偏硅酸钠,偶氮二异丁腈,白石墨,硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,氯酸钾,丁苯乳胶,偏磷酸铝,焦磷酸钠,甲醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。本发明结构合理,采用经过特殊优化的导热胶,导热胶的电绝缘性能、导热性能、耐老化性能好,能提紫外LED的性能,增强杀菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种紫外LED杀菌装置。
背景技术
紫外LED一般指发光中心波长在400nm以下的LED,但有时将发光波长大于380nm时称为近紫外LED,而短于300nm时称为深紫外LED。因短波长光线的杀菌效果高,因此紫外LED常用于冰箱和家电等的杀菌及除臭等用途。
紫外LED的性能与紫外LED模组的结构息息相关,特别是紫外LED模组的散热性能,很大程度上决定了紫外LED的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种紫外LED杀菌装置,其结构合理,采用经过特殊优化的导热胶,导热胶的电绝缘性能、导热性能、耐老化性能好,且导热胶材料还具有耐热、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、抗震、阻燃的性能,可靠性好,能提紫外LED的性能,增强杀菌效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种紫外LED杀菌装置,包括主柜体,所述主柜体内设有杀菌室,所述杀菌室内设有紫外LED模组;
所述紫外LED模组包括:散热器,通过导热胶与散热器固定的PCB铝基板,焊接于PCB铝基板上的若干紫外LED,与散热器卡扣连接且罩住PCB铝基板的塑料透镜,以及设于塑料透镜与PCB铝基板间的防水胶圈;
按重量份计,所述导热胶由以下组分组成:
28~34份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,
11~13份聚四氟乙烯,
2~3份云母粉,
3~5份乙二醛,
5~7份双季戊四醇,
2~4份偏硅酸钠,
3~9份偶氮二异丁腈,
1~3份白石墨,
3~7份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,
2~3份氯酸钾,
4~8份丁苯乳胶,
2~5份偏磷酸铝,
1~4份焦磷酸钠,
2~6份甲醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
优选的,按重量份计,所述导热胶由以下组分组成:
28份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,
11份聚四氟乙烯,
2份云母粉,
3份乙二醛,
5份双季戊四醇,
2份偏硅酸钠,
3份偶氮二异丁腈,
1份白石墨,
3份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,
2份氯酸钾,
4份丁苯乳胶,
2份偏磷酸铝,
1份焦磷酸钠,
2份甲醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
优选的,按重量份计,所述导热胶由以下组分组成:
34份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种紫外LED杀菌装置,其结构合理,采用经过特殊优化的导热胶,导热胶的电绝缘性能、导热性能、耐老化性能好,且导热胶材料还具有耐热、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、抗震、阻燃的性能,可靠性好,能提紫外LED的性能,增强杀菌效果。
导热胶的性能是基于其材料的,而导热胶材料的性能是由其组分及配比所决定的,本发明对导热胶材料的组分及配比进行特殊优化,使导热胶材料具有优异的电绝缘性能、导热性能、耐老化性能,且导热胶材料还具有耐热、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、抗震、阻燃的性能,可靠性好,非常适用于紫外LED模组,能提紫外LED的性能。
导热胶材料的性能是由其组分及配比所决定的,而组分及配比的确定非简单地“加法”,即并非将各个组分的性能一一累加就可得出导热胶材料的性能;导热胶材料中的不同组分会相互影响,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到导热胶材料的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应,最终使导热胶材料具有优异的电绝缘性能、导热性能、耐老化性能,还进一步使导热胶材料具有耐热、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、阻燃性能,导热胶可靠性好,非常适用于紫外LED模组,能提紫外LED的性能。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。

一种紫外LED杀菌装置,包括主柜体,所述主柜体内设有杀菌室,所述杀菌室内设有紫外LED模组;
所述紫外LED模组包括:散热器,通过导热胶与散热器固定的PCB铝基板,焊接于PCB铝基板上的若干紫外LED,与散热器卡扣连接且罩住PCB铝基板的塑料透镜,以及设于塑料透镜与PCB铝基板间的防水胶圈;
按重量份计,所述导热胶由以下组分组成:
28~34份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,
11~13份聚四氟乙烯,
2~3份云母粉,
3~5份乙二醛,
5~7份双季戊四醇,
2~4份偏硅酸钠,
3~9份偶氮二异丁腈,
1~3份白石墨,
3~7份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,
2~3份氯酸钾,
4~8份丁苯乳胶,
2~5份偏磷酸铝,
1~4份焦磷酸钠,
2~6份甲醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。

1.一种紫外LED杀菌装置,其特征在于,包括主柜体,所述主柜体内设有杀菌室,所述杀菌室内设有紫外LED模组;
所述紫外LED模组包括:散热器,通过导热胶与散热器固定的PCB铝基板,焊接于PCB铝基板上的若干紫外LED,与散热器卡扣连接且罩住PCB铝基板的塑料透镜,以及设于塑料透镜与PCB铝基板间的防水胶圈;
按重量份计,所述导热胶由以下组分组成:
28~34份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,
11~13份聚四氟乙烯,
2~3份云母粉,
3~5份乙二醛,
5~7份双季戊四醇,
2~4份偏硅酸钠,
3~9份偶氮二异丁腈,
1~3份白石墨,
3~7份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,
2~3份氯酸钾,
4~8份丁苯乳胶,
2~5份偏磷酸铝,
1~4份焦磷酸钠,
2~6份甲醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫外LED杀菌装置,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述导热胶由以下组分组成:

11份聚四氟乙烯,
