The invention relates to a tensioning plate component of a concrete precast pile die, which comprises a bottom plate, wherein a plurality of tensioning screw holes are arranged on the bottom plate, a tensioning hole is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate, the aperture of the tensioning hole is gradually reduced from an inlet end to an outlet end of the tensioning hole, a tensioning nut is arranged in the tensioning hole, the tensioning nut comprises a flat end extending out of the outlet end and an end part clamped and fixed in the tensioning hole, the diameter of the end part is larger than the aperture of the outlet end, the inlet end of the tensioning hole is also provided with a cover plate covering the tensioning nut, the end part of the tensioning nut is clamped and fixed in the tensioning hole, the tensioning nut fixes a tensioning screw rod, and as the tensioning nut can be rotated for adjusting an angle in the tensioning hole, if the angle of the tensioning screw rod is not opposite during tensioning, the tensioning nut can be rotated to a central position, so that the tensioning force is ensured to act on the center of the tensioning plate, the tensioning plate can not incline, and the inclination of the pile face is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, a tensioning plate assembly of a concrete precast pile mould according to the present invention includes a bottom plate 1, a plurality of tensioning screw holes 11 are provided on the bottom plate 1, the tensioning screw holes 11 are used for installing tensioning screws, the specific number is set according to the requirement, a tensioning hole 12 is provided in the middle of the bottom plate 1, the aperture of the tensioning hole 12 is gradually reduced from an inlet end 122 to an outlet end 121 thereof, a tensioning nut 2 is provided in the tensioning hole 12, the tensioning nut 2 includes a flat end 21 extending from the outlet end 121 and an end 22 fastened in the tensioning hole 12, the diameter of the end 22 is larger than the aperture of the outlet end 121, in the present invention, the end 22 of the tensioning nut 2 is fastened in the tensioning hole 12, the tensioning nut 2 fixes a tensioning screw rod, since the tensioning nut 2 can rotate at a proper angle in the tensioning hole 12, if the angle is not right when tensile lead screw is tensile, tensioning nut 2 can rotate to central point and put, guarantees that tensile power acts on the center of tensioning plate, makes tensioning plate can not incline, avoids causing the pile face slope, the entry end 122 of tensioning hole 12 still is provided with the cover tensioning nut 2's apron 3, apron 3 passes through the bolt fastening in this embodiment the entry end 122 of the tensioning hole 12 of bottom plate 1 prevents that tensioning nut 2 from droing from entry end 122.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the tensioning hole 12 preferably comprises a semi-spherical hole provided at the inlet end 122 and a flat hole 23 provided at the outlet end 121, the end 22 of the tensioning nut 2 is preferably semi-spherical, as shown in fig. 7, the end 22 and the inlet end 122 are arranged in a corresponding semi-spherical shape, because the spherical shape is more convenient for rotation and has less friction, and most preferably, the tensioning hole 12 further comprises a tapered hole 24 provided at the inlet end 122 and a flat hole 23 provided at the outlet end 121, and the corresponding end 22 of the tensioning nut 2 is arranged in a tapered shape.
In a preferred embodiment, the end 22 of the tension nut 2 may also be tapered, and the corresponding inlet end 122 of the tension hole 12 may be tapered, which may also be rotationally adjustable.

In a preferred embodiment, the edge of the bottom plate 1 is further provided with a horizontal plate 5 perpendicular to the bottom plate 1, the horizontal plate 5 surrounds the edge of the bottom plate 1 for one circle in the present embodiment, the horizontal plate 5 is used for keeping the bottom plate 1 horizontal, and the length thereof can be set as required.
In a preferred embodiment, one end of the horizontal plate 5 is preferably flush with the side of the inlet end 122 of the bottom plate 1, and the other end of the horizontal plate 5 extends outward.
In a preferred embodiment, the cross section of the bottom plate 1 may be circular, square or polygonal, but is not limited thereto, and may be configured according to the shape of the concrete pile to be manufactured, for example, as shown in fig. 5, an example of a circular bottom plate 1 is provided, and fig. 6 is an example of a polygonal bottom plate 1, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are provided on the bottom plate 1 at the outlet end 121 side of the tension hole 12, and the number and the shape of the reinforcing ribs 14 are configured according to the size and the shape of the plate, and are not particularly limited.
In a preferred embodiment, a screw nest 4 is further arranged in the tensioning screw hole 11, and the screw nest 4 can prevent the tensioning screw from wearing the tensioning plate, because the replacement cost of the tensioning plate is high, and the replacement cost of the screw nest 4 after long-term use is low, so that the production cost is reduced.

Claims (7)
1. A tensioning plate assembly of a concrete precast pile die is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, wherein a plurality of tensioning screw holes are formed in the bottom plate, a tensioning hole is formed in the middle of the bottom plate, the aperture of the tensioning hole is gradually reduced from an inlet end to an outlet end of the tensioning hole, a tensioning nut is arranged in the tensioning hole and comprises a flat end extending out of the outlet end and an end part clamped and fixed in the tensioning hole, the diameter of the end part is larger than the aperture of the outlet end, and a cover plate covering the tensioning nut is further arranged at the inlet end of the tensioning hole;
the tensioning holes comprise flat holes arranged at the outlet end and semi-spherical or conical holes arranged at the inlet end of the tensioning holes, and the end parts of the tensioning nuts are semi-spherical or conical;
the inner hole of the flat end of the tensioning nut is a flat hole, the inner hole of the end of the tensioning nut is a conical hole, two corresponding openings are formed in the outer edge of the conical hole, and clamping strips corresponding to the openings are arranged on one side of the cover plate.

A tension plate assembly of a precast concrete pile mold according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the cover plate is provided at opposite sides thereof with grooves, the edge of the cover plate is further provided with edge steps fastened to the entry ends of the tension holes, and the entry ends of the tension holes are provided with interference steps corresponding to the edge steps.
4. A tension plate assembly of a precast concrete pile mold according to claim 3, wherein the edge of the bottom plate is further provided with a horizontal plate perpendicular to the bottom plate.
5. A tension plate assembly of a concrete precast pile mold according to claim 4, wherein one end of the horizontal plate is flush with the side of the entrance end of the bottom plate, and the other end of the horizontal plate extends outward.
6. A tension plate assembly of a precast concrete pile mold according to claim 1, wherein the bottom plate has a cross section of a circular, square or polygonal shape, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are provided on the bottom plate at an outlet end side of the tension hole.
7. A tension plate assembly of a concrete precast pile mold according to claim 1, wherein a screw nest is further provided in the tension screw hole.
