Abstract

一种既能防止卡片被折弯或折断，又可以保护整个卡片不会被磨损的硬质卡套。包括卡套本体和卡腔，卡腔有开口，卡腔足够宽不会夹住卡片，卡套本体的前后两面均无缺口，且至少有一面有向内的凹陷，凹陷与卡套另一面的距离小于卡片的厚度。

本发明专利涉及生活用品领域，，具体涉及一种硬质卡套。
技术背景
生活中很多地方会用到卡片，如身份证、银行卡、社保卡、公交卡、校园卡等，但是卡片较薄，易弯折损坏，其次卡片上的卡号、图案等信息和保护膜都可能在长期使用过程中被磨损，因此常将卡片放在卡套内使用。
现有的卡套中有的是较厚的硬质卡套，可以防止卡片折弯或折断，为了防止卡片从卡内滑出一般卡套的两面都是中间向内凹陷，当卡片插入卡腔后会被夹住，同时为方便取出卡片会在卡套的两面设置缺口，方便人通过缺口去除卡套内的开片，缺点是卡片在缺口处没有得到卡套的保护，未被卡套保护的这部分容易被磨损。
现有的软质卡套不需要设置缺口，但是在防止片被折弯方面效果不好。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的是提供一种硬质卡套，既能防止卡片被折弯或折断，又可以保护整个卡片不会被磨损。
本发明专利的技术方案是：一种硬质卡套，包括卡套本体和卡腔，卡腔有开口，卡片可以通过开口插入卡腔内；卡套本体无缺口，可以保护整个卡片不会被磨损；卡套本体至少有一面有向内的凹陷，凹陷与卡套本体另一面的距离小于卡片的厚度，卡片插入卡腔后可以被夹住，不容易从卡腔内掉出；卡腔其它部分的宽度足够宽，不会夹紧卡片，人用手或借助工具拨开卡套本体的凹陷，使凹陷与卡套本体的另一面距离大于卡片厚度时，可以直接将卡片倒出或拨出。
优选的，凹陷在卡腔开口处，方便人拨开卡套的凹陷。
优选的，凹陷呈圆弧状，并且圆弧弯向卡腔内，弧顶向外，圆弧结构可以与卡套本体的另一面相配合，将卡腔的开口封住或半封住，即使卡片没有被凹陷夹住，也会被封堵在卡腔内，有类似于弯钩的功能，并且弧顶向外，利于减小整个卡套的长度。
优选的，卡套本体在凹陷处的壁厚度较薄，减小凹陷处硬度，方便拨开。
优选的，卡套本体仅一面有向内的凹陷，另一面没有向内的凹陷，只要拨开一面的凹陷就可以使凹陷与卡套本体的另一面距离大于卡片厚度，方便操作。
优选的，卡套本体一体成型，方便加工，节约成本，与现有市场上的产品技术更接近，利于推广生产。
优选的，卡套本体的长度大于卡片长度，方便人拨开凹陷。
本发明专利的有益效果是：既能防止卡片被折弯或折断，又可以保护整个卡片不会被磨损。

具体实施方式
在图1中人通过卡套本体2的缺口1从卡套内取出卡片。
在图2中，卡套本体2无缺口，可以保护整个卡片不会被磨损。
在图3与图4中，卡片可以从开口5插入卡腔4中，卡套本体2两面均有向内的凹陷3，凹陷3与卡套本体2另一面的距离小于卡片的厚度，可以夹住卡片，卡片不容易从卡卡腔4内掉出；卡腔4其它部分的宽度足够宽，不会夹紧卡片，人用手或借助工具拨开卡套本体2的凹陷3，使凹陷3与卡套本体2的另一面距离大于卡片厚度时，可以直接将卡片倒出或拨出，并且凹陷3在卡腔4开口5处，方便人拨开卡套本体2的凹陷3。
在图5月图6中，卡套本体2仅一面有向内的凹陷3，另一面没有向内的凹陷3，只要拨开一面的凹陷3就可以使凹陷3与卡套本体2的另一面距离大于卡片厚度。凹陷3呈圆弧状，并且圆弧弯向卡腔4内，弧顶向外，圆弧结构可以与卡套本体2的另一面相配合，将卡腔4的开口5封住或半封住，即使卡片没有被凹陷3夹住，也会被封堵在卡腔4内。

Claims (10)

1.一种硬质卡套，包括卡套本体和卡腔，卡腔有开口，其特征在于：卡腔足够宽不会夹紧卡片，卡套本体的前后两面均无缺口，且至少有一面有向内的凹陷，凹陷与卡套另一面的距离小于卡片的厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬质卡套，其特征在于：凹陷在卡腔开口处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的硬质卡套，其特征在于：凹陷呈圆弧状，并且圆弧弯向卡腔内，弧顶向外。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的硬质卡套，其特征在于：卡套本体的长度大于卡片长度。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的硬质卡套，其特征在于：卡套本体仅一面有向内的凹陷，另一面没有向内的凹陷。
6.根据权利要求4所述的硬质卡套，其特征在于：卡套本体仅1面有向内的凹陷，另一面没有向内的凹陷。
7.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的硬质卡套，其特征在于：卡套本体在凹陷处的壁厚度较薄。
