Background
The World Health Organization (WHO)2013-2020 chronic disease prevention and control global action plan provides a general control target for the 2025 global prevention and control of chronic non-infectious diseases, namely: the risk of premature (< 70 years) death from cardiovascular disease, tumors and diabetes is relatively reduced by 25%. Meanwhile, the salt intake is relatively reduced by 30 percent.
Hypertension can be caused by too high salt intake, and is an important risk factor of coronary heart disease and stroke, and WHO statistics shows that about 54% of stroke and 47% of death of ischemic heart disease are related to hypertension. While sodium intake was significantly positively correlated with blood pressure levels. Excessive intake of sodium salts can cause blood pressure to rise due to increased plasma volume, and intake of sodium salts can cause sodium to deposit on blood vessel walls to aggravate arteriosclerosis and atherosclerosis, increase blood pressure and cause cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease and cerebral apoplexy). From 14 groups of people in China, the study shows that the intake of dietary sodium salt is averagely increased by 2g/d, and the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure are respectively increased by 2.0 mmHg and 1.2mmHg (1mmHg is 0.133 Kpa). The sodium salt intake of residents in various regions of China is obviously higher than the recommendation that the world health organization should be less than 5g/d, and the per-capita salt intake of most regions of China is more than 12 g/d. Compared with the patients with the salt intake less than 6g per day, the risk of the patients with hypertension with the salt intake more than or equal to 12g per day is increased by 14 percent, and the risk of the patients with hypertension with the salt intake more than or equal to 18g per day is increased by 27 percent. Moreover, there is evidence that high sodium intake is associated with target organ damage (left ventricular hypertrophy, end stage renal disease, etc.), incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and mortality. The 2010 Chinese guidelines for hypertension treatment and prevention recommend that the sodium salt intake of each person is gradually reduced to 6 g/day.
As the salt intake of Chinese people generally exceeds the standard. Salt control (salt limitation) has become a major public health problem in China. Therefore, establishing an effective salt intake assessment method, and directing governments, scholars and people to carry out accurate salt limiting are extremely important, and unfortunately no good method for assessing salt intake exists at present.
The existing methods for evaluating the sodium intake in diet comprise 2 methods, namely a questionnaire method for meal review survey; another is the sodium assay with 24 hours urine retention, but none is widely used. As the existing research shows that when the questionnaire method is reviewed by diet, people often underestimate 30% -50% of salt content of all people taking the diet, and the method for calculating the sodium content in the diet by reserving a 24-hour urine standard is relatively accurate, but the collection time of 24-hour urine is long, the process is complicated, a lot of inconvenience is brought to patients, and the method only stays in partial inpatients of three-level hospitals in China for measurement. It is not suitable for the evaluation of salt intake for large-scale normal life population. Therefore, from the viewpoint of simplifying the process and increasing the prevalence rate, it is necessary to determine the intake of high salt, medium salt and low salt by evaluating the intake of salt in the general population and the hypertensive population using a simple method. The method has important significance for proposing a salt control strategy at the national level, proposing a treatment scheme at the medical institution level and the like.
China is a country with high incidence of hypertension and cerebral apoplexy, so active salt control is an important link for effective management of major chronic diseases. Salt intake is clearly related to the long-term eating habits of people and to the different regions where the population is located (salt intake is significantly higher in the northern regions than in the southern regions). It has been found that the heavy or light taste can be used as a method for easily identifying the amount of salt because the salty or light taste reflects the large or small amount of salt intake to some extent. First, it is tried to prepare sodium chloride solutions of different concentrations, test the patients with test paper for the salt threshold, stick test filter paper to the left (or right) side of the middle part of the tongue of the subject, leave the test paper after standing for 3s, remove the test paper if the subject feels salty, the solution of the concentration is the salt threshold of the subject, and test the higher concentration if the solution is not felt. Related attempts were also made:
1g of the salt was weighed and dissolved in 10mL of distilled water to prepare a 10% salt solution. The salt is 100 percent, and the salt sold in the market is more than 99 percent, and is defined as 99 percent, and the corresponding amount of the salt is weighed according to the proportion.
Although the application can better judge that the taste of the salt eaten by the crowd is light and salty, the solution cannot be stored for a long time, is easy to pollute and is difficult to store in a container, and meanwhile, the accuracy of a salt solution unit is influenced by the technical difference of preparation personnel, and the solution cannot be used as the conventional evaluation for detecting the salt eating amount of the crowd. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide chewable salt threshold tablets and a manufacturing method thereof, and the chewable tablets have different concentration sodium chloride values, and according to the WHO sodium intake standard, the salt intake is defined as follows: the intake of the very low sodium is less than 3g/day, the intake of the low sodium is 3-5 g/day, the intake of the medium sodium is 6-11 g/day, and the intake of the high sodium is more than or equal to 12 g/day. The corresponding sodium chloride content units of the chewing salt threshold tablet are defined as the concentration of 4g, 6g, 8g, 10g, 12g sodium salt. The subject can be placed in the oral cavity to chew fully, so that taste buds at different parts of the tongue can feel salty taste in the oral cavity with salt slowly released, and the taste of the salt which is best suitable for the subject is obtained. This taste may be comparable to the salt intake of the subject, thereby facilitating a fine assessment of the researcher's targeted salt intake for populations with different taste salt thresholds.
The chewing salt threshold value tablet is divided into different numbers (No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5), and the numbers correspond to different contents of the salty taste of a sodium chloride taste bud (No. 1 ═ 4g (NaCl), No. 2 ═ 6g (NaCl), No. 3 ═ 8g (NaCl), No. 4 ═ 10g (NaCl) and No. 5 ═ 12g (NaCl).
The significance is as follows: a taste sensation such as a subject having a chewing salt threshold between 1-2, or < 1 and < 2, means that the subject's daily salt intake may be low salt or normal salt intake, without limitation to salt. Taste with a subject chewing salt threshold between 3-4, meaning that the subject is salty in taste and is a daily intake of sodium, a daily salt intake of between 6-12 g is expected, and a refined assessment of medical-grade salt intake is required, suggesting that the subject is in need of moderate salt restriction. A taste sensation such as a subject's chewing salt threshold of # 5 indicates that the subject's taste is very salty, and a subject's daily salt intake of > 12g is expected for a high daily sodium intake, with careful and careful medical grade salt intake assessment being performed, suggesting that the subject is energetically or aggressively salt-limiting.
The invention relates to a chewing tablet for exploring the salty degree of human taste, which can indirectly reflect the human salt amount and is a product which is nontoxic, only has salt taste and has food grade. Prior to tasting chewable tablets, foods (spicy, extra-sweet such as chocolate, etc.), sour (vinegar), special (garlic), and extra-salty tastes which are not tasted within one hour are determined. It is recommended to rinse the mouth with pure warm water 3 times before trying to chew tablets to ensure no other bad taste in the mouth. Chewable tablets are tasted starting from low-grade, and higher-grade tablets are tested if salty taste is not perceived. For example, the highest concentration of the chewable tablet still has no salty taste, and the concentration is counted as the highest concentration. The subjects were sequentially increasing in saltiness according to their tastes. If the subject perceives the salty taste similar to that of his or her own eating on a flat day, the concentration number of the chewable tablet is the salt threshold for that subject. Each number of chewable tablets should be chewed in the oral cavity for at least 30 seconds (or 20-30 times) so that NaCl in the tablets is completely released in the oral cavity, taste buds of different parts of the tongue fully feel salty taste, and finally the proper taste of the optimal salt is obtained.
The specific implementation mode is as follows: the specific implementation mode of a chewing salt threshold tablet and a manufacturing method thereof is as follows:
