s10, after the analog telephone of the network switching system rings, the telephone is picked up; the network exchange system of the service board simulates the analysis and processing flow of telephone voice signaling, detects and receives the off-hook signaling event, and sends the event to the analysis and processing flow of the network voice signaling of the service board;
s11, in the service board, analyzing and processing the flow task by the network voice signaling, and sending the called response event to the flow task of processing the network signaling of the circuit switching board through the Ethernet; meanwhile, the network signaling processing flow task of the circuit switching board receives the called response event;
