Description

Method for realizing selective mail withdrawal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a mail withdrawing technology, and particularly relates to a method for realizing selective mail withdrawing.
Background
Mail (e.g., email) is a computer communication method based on network, and a mail sender (e.g., sender) can send a file containing text, image, audio, etc. to one or more mail receivers (e.g., receivers) by using a mail system (e.g., a web mail system, an application program, etc.). However, in actual use, errors in sending mails often occur, so that the mails with the errors in sending need to be withdrawn to prevent the mail receivers from acquiring various data or texts corresponding to the mails. The essence of mail recall is to delete or replace several pieces of mail that have been sent. It should be noted that the mail capable of being subject to the revocation operation must not be viewed by the recipient. If one or several pieces of mail among a plurality of pieces of mail addressed to a plurality of recipients at the same time have been received by the recipient mail server (POP3 server) of the recipient, the mail withdrawal operation cannot be performed for the above-mentioned specific recipient.
When a plurality of receivers exist in a piece of mail, the prior mail withdrawing technology cannot perform selective mail withdrawing operation on the plurality of receivers, and once the withdrawing operation is performed, the withdrawing operation is performed on all the receivers to which the withdrawn mail is directed. Such withdrawal mechanism has a great inconvenience in practical use. It may be that in some cases the sender needs to recall the mail sent to the wrong recipient simply because the wrong recipient was added. Because the function of selectively withdrawing the mails sent to the recipients cannot be realized in the prior art, the senders need to withdraw all the mails sent to a plurality of recipients and then send the mails in the process of executing the mail withdrawing operation. Therefore, the existing email revocation technology has a single revocation mechanism, cannot realize the function of selectively revoking the email, causes the overhead of the email server to be overlarge, and increases the operation time of a sender, thereby causing great inconvenience to the revocation behavior after the email is sent.
In view of the above, there is a need for an improved mail recall technique in the prior art to address the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to disclose a method for realizing selective mail withdrawal, which is used for realizing the selective withdrawal of a mail sent to a specific receiver in the process of executing the mail withdrawal so as to improve the flexibility of a mail withdrawal mechanism, reduce the network and calculation cost of a mail server, avoid the operation of re-executing the mail sending operation on the receiver needing to send the mail after the sender withdraws the mail, and reduce the labor intensity of the sender.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for selectively withdrawing mails, comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting at least one mail head attribute from the mails to be sent, randomly selecting at least two random codes from the selected mail head attributes, and simultaneously storing the random codes in a storage device of a mail server;
s2, when the requester sends a withdrawal request to the mail server, the mail server pushes a withdrawal inquiry dialog box to the requester, and the requester inputs the random code pre-selected in the step S1 into the withdrawal inquiry dialog box and verifies the random code with the character at the corresponding position in the at least one mail header attribute selected in the step S1;
if the verification is passed, the operation of pushing the retrievable mail address of the receiver to the mail client of the requester is executed; if the verification fails, the operation of pushing the retrievable mail address of the receiver to the mail client of the requester is not executed;
and S3, executing the mail deleting operation or replacing operation by the mail server only for the mail corresponding to the receiver needing to execute the withdrawing operation.
As a further improvement of the invention, the number of inputtable digits of the countermand inquiry dialog box pushed to the requester by the mail server is fixed.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the number of inputtable digits of the countermand query dialog box pushed by the mail server to the requester is not fixed.
As a further improvement of the present invention, in step S1, the mail header attribute selected from the mails to be sent is at least one of a UUID attribute and a Message _ id attribute.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the step S2 further includes:
after the verification is passed, the mail server generates key value pair information used for verifying the operation withdrawing time, and stores the key value pair information to a storage device of the mail server;
then, sending the receiver mail address capable of executing withdrawing operation to the mail client of the applicant to execute withdrawing operation, and refusing the withdrawing request initiated by the applicant by the mail server when the time for the applicant to execute withdrawing operation exceeds a set time threshold T; the time threshold T is set to be 30-60 seconds.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the storage device includes: mechanical disks, solid state disks, Ceph storage, NAS storage, SAN storage, NVDIMM systems, RAID, or data banks.
As a further refinement of the invention, the database comprises: SQL database, Oracle database, MySQL database.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the mail client includes: mail receiving and sending software, a webpage mailbox client and a mobile phone mailbox client.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the implementation method further includes:
converting the mail head attribute selected from the mail to be sent into a binary data stream, converting the binary data stream into a graphic data symbol through a graphic data conversion module, binding the graphic data symbol with a random code, and storing the graphic data symbol and the random code in a storage device of a mail server;
the method comprises the steps that window attribute information of a mail client side when a mail is sent is obtained and stored in a storage device of a mail server, the window attribute information is output to a sender mobile terminal to be displayed shortly and then displayed, and the mail server triggers an event of pushing a verification-withdrawing dialog box to a requester when responding to a request of the requester;
and acquiring the conversation content input by the requester in the revocation check dialog box, comparing the conversation content with the window attribute information stored in the storage device of the mail server, judging the requester corresponding to the revocation request with at least one matching item as a qualified requester, and returning response information allowing the mail to be revoked to the qualified requester by the mail server.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the window attribute information includes: displaying the position attribute and the zooming state attribute; the graphic data symbol includes: a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a fingerprint, an iris atlas, or a voiceprint atlas.

Specific steps for carrying out the present invention are described in detail below, as well as several representative implementations.
The first embodiment is as follows:
example scenario setting:
as shown in FIG. 2, user A (corresponding to "Sender") use mailbox name x.163.com (hereinafter"Sender post Box") sends a mail (which may or may not contain an attachment) to user B's used mailbox with mailbox name y.163.com (hereinafter" referred to as "Receiver mailbox”)。
The user a performs a mail transmission operation at the mail client 70 by the SMTP protocol to transmit a mail to the transmission mail server 101 of the mail server 10, at which time the mail has not been read by the recipient user B. The mailbox server 10 includes a storage device 103, a sending mail server 101 and a receiving mail server 102 connected to the storage device 103. The sending mail server 101 comprises an SMTP server and the receiving mail server 102 comprises an IMAP server or POP3 server.
After the mail is sent to the mail server 101 to perform the mail sending task, a delivery success receipt is sent to the mail client 70 of the user a (i.e., sender). The mail client 30 of the user B (the number of recipients may be one or a plurality of recipients) sends a reception request to the receiving mail server 102, and the receiving mail server 102 calls a mail corresponding to the request from the storage device 103 and sends the mail to the mail client 30 of the user B. The mail client 70 and the mail client 30 may be configured as a mailing software (e.g., outlook, foxmail), a web mailbox client, or a mobile mailbox client, among other devices, interfaces, or programs capable of sending and/or receiving mail as reasonably contemplated by one skilled in the art.
To distinguish the bodies of the operation of sending mail recall requests under different situations, we divide the body that initiates the recall request into a goodwill body (i.e., a qualified requestor) and a malicious body (i.e., an unqualified requestor). In this embodiment, even a qualified requester cannot withdraw the mail once the transmitted mail falls to the ground, and certainly if the qualified requester performs a withdrawal request immediately after transmitting the mail, the mail withdrawal operation cannot be completed, so as to prevent the mail from being maliciously withdrawn. Specifically, the implementation method for improving the security of the mail revocation process includes the following typical processes.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a method for selectively withdrawing emails shown in the first embodiment includes the following steps:
first, step S1 is executed to select at least one mail header attribute from the mails to be sent, and randomly select at least two random codes from the selected mail header attributes, and store the random codes in the storage device 103 of the mail server 10.
The mail header is used as original information for sending and receiving mails, and a lot of information needed by people can be searched by looking up the original information of the mails. Such as original sender, receiver and network delay in the mail transmission process. In the present embodiment, the mail header attribute and its meaning are as shown in the following table one:
watch 1
Preferably, in step S1, the mail header attribute selected from the mails to be sent is at least one of a UUID attribute and a Message _ id attribute, and more preferably, both the UUID attribute and the Message _ id attribute are included, so as to better characterize a specific mail.
In this embodiment, the storage device includes: the storage system comprises one or two or more of mechanical disks, solid state disks, Ceph storage devices, NAS storage devices, SAN storage devices, NVDIMM systems (Non-Volatile DIMM systems), RAID (comprising RAID 0-RAID 7) and data banks, and can be flexibly selected according to the actual storage requirements of data. In this example, the persistent storage media is configured as a storage device 103 containing the solid state disk described above and a database accessible by the mail server 10. The database includes: SQL database, Oracle database, MySQL database, and preferably MySQL database.
Next, this embodiment specifically shows the mail header of a piece of mail, as shown in table two.
Watch two
Next, we select data information of the mail header attribute, UUID, in the mail to be sent, and specifically: 1fa3b275a9e9-40b18007524963ab9 ccc. The UUID is composed of 33-digit numbers, letters and symbols. And thus can be randomly selected among the above-mentioned 33-bit UUIDs by the sender 50 for later character checking of the mail to be withdrawn when the sender 50 performs a mail withdrawal request to the receiver 60.
Specifically, the character "a" at the 9 th position, the character "b" at the 16 th position, the character "0" at the 20 th position, and the character "9" at the 25 th position may be selected as four random codes from the UUID, and the random code a, the random code b, the random code 0, and the random code 9 are bound with the specific mail and stored in the storage device 103 of the mail server 10 at the same time.
Next, step S2 is executed, when the requester sends a withdrawal request to the mail server 10, the mail server 10 pushes a withdrawal inquiry dialog 104 to the requester, and the requester inputs the random code selected in advance in step S1 in the withdrawal inquiry dialog 104 and checks the character at the corresponding position in the at least one mail header attribute selected in step S1;
if the verification is passed, the operation of pushing the retrievable mail address of the receiver to the mail client 70 of the requester is executed; if the verification fails, no pushing of the retrievable recipient's mail address to the requestor's mail client 70 is performed.
Specifically, the mobile terminal 80 may be configured as a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, or a wearable device and a VR device having data input and information interaction functions, and may even be configured as a virtual machine or a cloud host. The mail client 70 is embedded and visually operated in the mobile terminal 80.
The mail client 70 may perform operations related to creation, editing, sending, revocation, destruction, etc. of mail, and may be specifically configured as an outlook, a foxmail, a mobile phone mailbox client, or a web page mailbox client. In this embodiment, the mail client 70 used by the sender a and the mail client 30 used by the recipient B can both be an outlook, and will be described in detail. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the mail capable of performing the revocation operation is ungrounded mail.
After the verification passes, key-value pair information (key-value) for verifying the revocation operation time is generated by the mail server 10, and is saved to the storage device 103 of the mail server 10.
The KEY-VALUE pair information (KEY-VALUE) is composed of two parts of data, i.e., KEY and VALUE, and the mail server 10 may obtain the corresponding VALUE in the storage device 103 according to the KEY. Specifically, in this embodiment, the KEY data format is: email prefix + recipient address + + UUID. For example, email: aa @163.com:1fa3b275a9e9-40b18007524963ab9 ccc. Wherein, the ' email ' is the prefix of the email 'aa@163.com"is the address of the receiver," 1fa3b275a9e9-40b18007524963ab9ccc "is UUID.
The VALUE data format is: current system timestamp of the mail server 10 + current system timestamp of the mobile terminal 80. For example 1494911399: 1494911395. Where "1494911399" is the current system timestamp of the mail server 10 and "1494911395" is the current system timestamp of the mobile terminal 80.
Then, the recipient email address capable of executing the withdrawal operation is sent to the email client 70 of the requester (i.e. user a) to execute the withdrawal operation, and when the time for the requester to execute the withdrawal operation exceeds the set time threshold T, the email server 10 rejects the withdrawal request initiated by the requester; the time threshold T is set to be 30-60 seconds. By the technical scheme, unreasonable delay of the sent mails can be effectively prevented, and user experience is improved while safety is considered.
Preferably, in order to further improve the security of the withdrawn mails, in this embodiment, the mail header attribute selected from the mails to be sent may be converted into a binary data stream, and then the binary data stream is converted into a graphic data symbol by a graphic data conversion module, and is stored in the storage device 103 of the mail server 10 after being bound with the random code.
Then, the window attribute information of the mail client 70 is obtained when the mail is sent, and is stored in the storage device 103 of the mail server 10, the window attribute information is output to the sender mobile terminal 80 for short display and then is displayed, and when the mail server 10 responds to a request person and sends a withdrawal request, an event that a withdrawal check dialog box is pushed to the request person is triggered. When the conversation content input by the requester in the revocation check dialog box is acquired and compared with the window attribute information stored in the storage device 103 of the mail server 10, the requester corresponding to the revocation request in which at least one matching item exists is determined as a qualified requester, and the mail server 10 returns response information allowing the revocation of mail to the qualified requester.
Specifically, the window attribute information includes: displaying the position attribute and the zooming state attribute; the graphic data symbol includes: a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a fingerprint, an iris atlas or a voiceprint atlas, and most preferably a two-dimensional code.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the number of inputtable digits of the counterquery dialog 104 pushed by the mail server 10 to the requester is fixed. Specifically, the number of inputtable bits of the query dialog box 104 is four, i.e., input bit 114, input bit 124, input bit 134, and input bit 144, and a character can be input in the query dialog box 104 by the requester in the mobile terminal 80. The requestor can enter the random code pre-selected in step S1 in the input bits 114-144 in sequence. Because only qualified requesters can know the random code a, the random code b, the random code 0 and the random code 9 selected by the requesters and the corresponding positions of the four random codes in the UUID. The applicant inputs characters in four input positions in sequence under the prompt of a cursor 140, clicks a button 105 to send four characters input by the applicant to the mail server 10 through the mail client 70 loaded and operated by the mobile terminal 80, so that the characters input by the applicant are checked with a random code pre-stored in the storage device 103 through the mail server 10, and as long as a character and/or a position attribute formed by the character corresponding to the character in the selected mail header attribute are not consistent, the mail server 10 determines the applicant as an unqualified applicant, so that the mail server 10 refuses the mail withdrawal operation of the applicant on a specific receiver initiated by the mobile terminal 80, and the safety and reliability in the mail withdrawal process are improved.
Finally, step S3 is executed to execute the deletion operation or the replacement operation of the mail by the mail server 10 only for the mail corresponding to the recipient who needs to execute the withdrawal operation.
Meanwhile, in order to avoid data remaining to ensure that the recipient information of the mail in the mail client 70 where the sender is located is consistent with the recipient information contained in the mail after the deletion operation or the replacement operation is performed in the mail server 10, in this embodiment, the method may further include: the requester performs the deletion operation or the replacement operation only on the mail corresponding to the recipient who needs to perform the revocation operation in the mail client 70.
The execution of step S3 is premised on the verification passing in step S2. If the verification fails, execution of step S3 is denied.
After the requester is determined as a qualified requester, the requester clicks the "withdraw" button in the mail client 70, for example, outlook, and finally performs a withdraw operation on the sent mail, and reversely searches for the unique and specified mail to be withdrawn according to the mail header attribute selected in step S1, and removes the specific object (i.e., the specific recipient) to be subjected to the mail withdraw operation. Finally, the mail of the modified addressee is sent to the receiving mail server 102 through the sending mail server 101. The receiver (i.e. user B, the number may be one or more) receives the mail sent by the sender. In this embodiment, the eligible requestor has an equivalent meaning to sender a.
The mail server 10 may search the storage device 103 for a corresponding specific mail according to the specific mail bound by the UUID, the mailbox address required to perform the mail revocation operation, and modify the subject, content and recipient mail address of the mail, where the modification includes but is not limited to: operations such as an operation of adding a recipient, an operation of deleting a recipient, and an operation of replacing a recipient.
Example two:
a second embodiment of the method for selectively withdrawing mail according to the present invention is shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4.
The main difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that, in this embodiment, the number of inputtable digits of the countermand inquiry dialog 104 pushed by the mail server 10 to the requester is not fixed. As shown in fig. 4, the revocation query dialog 104 does not specifically or explicitly show the number of digits of the input bits in which a character can be input.
Specifically, the requestor, whether a qualified requestor or an unqualified requestor, can enter any number of characters in the input box 150. Therefore, if the random code a, the random code b, the random code 0, the random code 9, and the positions corresponding to the UUIDs of the four random codes are selected, the mail server 10 can determine the requestor initiating the mail withdrawal operation as a qualified requestor only by sequentially inputting a, b, 0, and 9 in the input frame 150 when initiating the mail withdrawal operation.
Since a requester without the revocation authority or a requester with an inappropriate frame cannot know the number of characters that the revocation query dialog 104 can input at all and cannot know the specific contents of the specifically input characters. Therefore, compared with the first embodiment, the technical scheme can further improve the reliability of verifying the withdrawing authority when the requester sends the mail withdrawing request. Please refer to the description of the first embodiment for technical solutions of the same departments in this embodiment, which are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the character pre-selected in the mail header attribute information may be a character set of one bit, or two or more bits. For example, in the first embodiment, the 9 th and 10 th characters "a 9" of the UUID are used as a random code, the 10 th and 11 th characters "b 1", the 20 th and 21 st characters "07" are used as a random code, the 23 th and 25 th characters "29" are used as a character, and the random code a9, the random code b1, the random code 07, and the random code 29 are bound to the specific mail, and are simultaneously stored in the storage device 103 of the mail server 10. The rule of selecting the characters in the UUID can be continuous, interval, one-bit interval, multiple-bit interval or even partially overlapped, so that the accuracy of uniquely describing the mail and the accuracy in the mail withdrawing operation process are further improved through the technical scheme.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, and an optical disk.
