技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,具体涉及一种多光束角LED投光灯。
背景技术
LED投光灯,又名LED聚光灯、LED投射灯。LED投光灯使指定被照面上的照度高于周围环境的灯具。主要用于大面积作业场矿、建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、纪念碑、公园和花坛等。现有的LED投光灯多为单光束LED投光灯,为了达到景观效果,多光束角LED投光灯正在被逐渐开发,多光束角LED投光灯由于灯组多,电气组件复杂,其持续供电能力以及散热能力成为多光束角LED投光灯亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种多光束角LED投光灯,供电稳定且供电持续性强,散热性能优。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种多光束角LED投光灯,包括基壳,基壳的正面设置有反光罩,反光罩的罩口上设置防护密封垫,防护密封垫上贴置有钢化玻璃,反光罩内设置光源灯组、电气组件和内置电源,基壳的背面开设有连接插孔,连接插孔上插置有外置电源,外置电源的下方设置散热器,所述的外置电源上设置有鳍片散热板,基壳的背面上还设置有导热管,导热管的自由端顺延连接至鳍片散热板或散热器上。
优选的,所述的导热管的自由端呈喇叭状。
进一步的,所述的散热器上的外部铺设一层泡沫铜。
进一步的,位于基壳的两侧铰接设置有安装座,该两侧铰接端上均设置有防震橡胶座。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明的光源灯组采用多光束角LED灯,所述的多光束角LED灯是指光源灯组的各LED灯采用多个角度布置,达到光束斑斓的光效。通过基壳上设置连接插孔,采用可移动式、可拆卸式的外置电源电连接于连接插孔上,使得投光灯供电稳定且供电持续性强,通过散热器的散热作用保证投光灯的基础散热,通过鳍片散热板对投光灯的散热源外置电源进行辅助散热,进一步提高投光灯的散热率。基壳采用高压铸铝压铸成型,虽然这样的基壳本身散热效果好,但是使用时间一长,光源灯组、电气组件和内置电源的高热性,还是会导致基壳内热量较大,故设置导热管,通过导热管将基壳内热量导至鳍片散热板和/或散热器上,进一步提高投光灯的散热性能。

具体实施方式
参照附图,一种多光束角LED投光灯,包括基壳1,基壳1的正面设置有反光罩2,反光罩2的罩口上设置防护密封垫3,防护密封垫3上贴置有钢化玻璃4,反光罩2内设置光源灯组5、电气组件和内置电源,基壳1的背面开设有连接插孔,连接插孔上插置有外置电源6,外置电源6的下方设置散热器7,所述的外置电源6上设置有鳍片散热板8,基壳1的背面上还设置有导热管9,导热管9的自由端顺延连接至鳍片散热板7或散热器7上。
本发明的光源灯组5采用多光束角LED灯,所述的多光束角LED灯是指光源灯组5的各LED灯采用多个角度布置,达到光束斑斓的光效。通过基壳1上设置连接插孔,采用可移动式、可拆卸式的外置电源6电连接于连接插孔上,使得投光灯供电稳定且供电持续性强,通过散热器7的散热作用保证投光灯的基础散热,通过鳍片散热板8对投光灯的散热源外置电源6进行辅助散热,进一步提高投光灯的散热率。基壳1采用高压铸铝压铸成型,虽然这样的基壳1本身散热效果好,但是使用时间一长,光源灯组5、电气组件和内置电源的高热性,还是会导致基壳1内热量较大,故设置导热管9,通过导热管9将基壳1内热量导至鳍片散热板8和/或散热器7上,进一步提高投光灯的散热性能。此外,钢化玻璃4为高强度钢化玻璃,透光性好,抗冲击力强;防护密封垫3为耐高温硅胶密封圈,确保防尘防水等级达到IP66。投光灯表面按环境背景颜色静电粉体喷塑处理。适用于户外重点区域照明及楼宇、桥梁、古建筑泛光照明。
优选的,所述的导热管8的自由端呈喇叭状。喇叭状的导热管8管头的好处是:其一,利于导热管8的自由端位于鳍片散热板7或散热器7上的稳定布置;其二,也是提高了导热管8的出热率。
进一步的,所述的散热器7上的外部铺设一层泡沫铜。泡沫铜是一种新型的散热材料,它的结构和海绵非常类似,较小的体积也具备超大的表面积。空气可以自由穿过其中,悄无声息地将热量排出。
进一步的,位于基壳1的两侧铰接设置有安装座10,该两侧铰接端上均设置有防震橡胶座11。
通过铰接的安装座10使得多光束角LED投光灯安装更方便,可根据现场照明需求,在水平面及竖直面大角度调整投射角度,通过安装座10实现投光灯的壁挂式安装或者吸顶式安装,十分方便。防震橡胶座11起到保护铰接端以及达到对投光灯缓冲保护的作用。

1.一种多光束角LED投光灯,包括基壳(1),基壳(1)的正面设置有反光罩(2),反光罩(2)的罩口上设置防护密封垫(3),防护密封垫(3)上贴置有钢化玻璃(4),反光罩(2)内设置光源灯组(5)、电气组件和内置电源,其特征在于:基壳(1)的背面开设有连接插孔,连接插孔上插置有外置电源(6),外置电源(6)的下方设置散热器(7),所述的外置电源(6)上设置有鳍片散热板(8),基壳(1)的背面上还设置有导热管(9),导热管(9)的自由端顺延连接至鳍片散热板(7)或散热器(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多光束角LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述的导热管(8)的自由端呈喇叭状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多光束角LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述的散热器(7)上的外部铺设一层泡沫铜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多光束角LED投光灯,其特征在于:位于基壳(1)的两侧铰接设置有安装座(10),该两侧铰接端上均设置有防震橡胶座(11)。
