技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂。
背景技术
近年来,我国多地又遭遇了严重的雾霾天气,给人们的生活出行都造成了极大的不便。霾由灰尘、硫酸、硝酸等粒子组成,随着城市人口的增长和工业的发展,机动车尾气、扬尘、煤炭及供暖排放等原因,导致污染物排放和悬浮物大量增加,直接导致雾霾天气的增多。雾霾主要是固态的雾霾颗粒,有碳酸钙、氧化铁、硫酸盐等组成的非固态的二次元气溶胶。其污染物在吸附水汽并且膨胀之后,极易附着到车体上。雾霾在高湿状态下,污染物附着在车体上就会腐蚀玻璃的表面容易使其造成氧化留下污染痕迹。 目前,市场上常见的汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂是无机盐,这些无机盐虽然有一定的去污作用,但溶解力较差,低温状态下容易析出,对玻璃摩擦产生划痕。近年来,出现了表面活性剂为主要成分的清洗剂,表面活性剂分子能够将表面的泥土溶解分散在水中,能够将普通不溶于水的油脂分子,通过分离包封,形成水溶性乳液,从而达到清洗去污的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服目前汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂已有技术的缺陷和不足,采用二甲苯磺酸钠(50%)、壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇、二甲苯磺酸钠(40%)、1,2-亚乙基四乙酸四钠、硅酸钠、异丙醇、氢氧化钠、烷基醚氧化胺(40%)、水为主要成分,具有很高的渗透力,渗透性快速均匀。润滑性、乳化性、起泡性均良好。同时还有抗酸抗碱、抗还原、抗氧化能力。
本发明的技术方案是由二甲苯磺酸钠(50%)、壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇、二甲苯磺酸钠(40%)、1,2-亚乙基四乙酸四钠、硅酸钠、异丙醇、氢氧化钠、烷基醚氧化胺(40%)、水组成,各组分的重量配比如下:
二甲苯磺酸钠(50%) 1-7%
壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇 1-3.5%
二甲苯磺酸钠(40%) 1-2.75%
1,2-亚乙基四乙酸四钠 1-2%
硅酸钠 1-0.75%

烷基醚氧化胺(40%) 1%
水 1-77.2%
所述的二甲苯磺酸钠(50%)、二甲苯磺酸钠(40%)、硅酸钠、1,2-亚乙基四乙酸四钠、异丙醇、氢氧化钠、乙二醇丁醚加入后加入后主要功能是用于洗涤剂中作增溶剂,。。
所述的壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇、烷基醚氧化胺(40%)加入后的主要功能是起到表面活性剂的作用。
本发明一种汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂的制备方法:按照配方规定的各物质的量依次投入反应釜中搅拌30分钟,直至完全溶解即可。
采用本发明配方的汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂含有的表面活性剂具有具有很高的渗透力,渗透性快速均匀。润滑性、乳化性、起泡性均良好。还有抗酸抗碱、抗还原、抗氧化能力。以及防冻和脱水的作用。本发明配制的汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂,能够有效的保护汽车接触的各部件,使用安全可靠。

二甲苯磺酸钠(50%) 1-7%
壬基酚氧基聚氧乙烯醚醇 1-3.5%

硅酸钠 1-0.75%
异丙醇 1-4%
氢氧化钠 1-1.8%
烷基醚氧化胺(40%) 1%
水 1-77.2%
