本发明涉及缓冲包装结构设计领域,提出一种气泡串缓冲包装结构,其特征在于:将充气后呈球形或长圆形的气泡在其直径或长度方向上两点用一维柔性连接体依次连接,构成一维直线型气泡串,如果一维直线型气泡串上的首尾气泡也用一维柔性连接体连接,就构成一维环形气泡串,以其作为产品和外包装箱之间的缓冲填充材料,外包装箱拆开后,气泡串可以作为整体回收,避免了单个气泡分离散落导致的回收困难和环境负担,以气泡串作为缓冲填充材料,还减少了包装材料的消耗。

一种气泡串缓冲包装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及缓冲包装结构设计领域,特别涉及一种用做缓冲填充材料的气泡串缓冲包装结构设计。
背景技术
缓冲包装用于在运输物流过程中保护产品,以减小振动或冲击对产品的作用,缓冲包装结构因产品、缓冲材料、包装要求以及物流环境条件等而异。
在产品和外包装箱之间填塞一定数量的小缓冲块是经常使用的一种缓冲包装技术,小缓冲块通常由发泡塑料或纸等制成,尺度一般为厘米级,形状呈颗粒状、长方体状、圆柱状或团块状等,消费者拆开外包装后,小缓冲块通常会散落各处,不便于收纳回收,对于由一般塑料制成的小缓冲块,散落进入土壤后还会带来环境负担。尽管有厂商在产品包装中采用塑料袋盛装一定数量小缓冲块,以避免缓冲块散落,但由于塑料袋体积的限制,产品和外包装箱之间的空间不能得到充分填充,产品的缓冲包装效果受到了影响。
作为低碳缓冲包装材料,气垫在产品缓冲包装中的应用日益增多,常用气垫缓冲包装结构有:二维均匀阵列分布的塑料薄膜气垫、单个气垫以及并列排列气柱等形式。
本发明提出一种将球形或长圆形的气泡在其直径或长度方向上两点用一维柔性连接体依次连接构成气泡串的缓冲包装结构,以其作为产品和外包装箱之间的缓冲填充材料,外包装箱拆开后,由于气泡之间有一维柔性连接体连接,气泡串可以作为整体回收,避免了单个气泡分离散落导致的回收困难和环境负担,同时作为低碳缓冲包装材料,以气泡串作为缓冲填充材料,还减少了包装材料的消耗。
发明内容
本发明采用以下技术方案:
将充气后呈球形或长圆形的气泡在其直径或长度方向上两点用一维柔性连接体依次连接,构成一维直线型气泡串,如果一维直线型气泡串上的首尾气泡也用一维柔性连接体连接,就构成一维环形气泡串。
发明有益效果:
本发明提出的气泡串缓冲包装结构,气泡在其直径或长度方向上两点依次由一维柔性连接体连接为一个整体,外包装箱拆开取出产品后,充作缓冲填充材料的气泡串可作为整体收纳回收,避免了单个气泡分离散落导致的回收困难和环境负担,另外由于气泡空腔体积远大于材料体积,以气泡串作为缓冲填充材料,还减少了包装材料的消耗。

具体实施方式
一种由一维柔性连接体将气泡依次连接构成气泡串的缓冲包装结构如图1所示,其中,气泡11、气泡12、气泡13、气泡1n内部空腔充满气体,充气后,气泡11、气泡12、气泡13、气泡1n的形状为球形、圆柱形或长圆形,一维柔性连接体的长度大于等于气泡的直径。气泡11和气泡12分别在气泡11的连接点112和气泡12的连接点121,通过一维柔性连接体21连接在一起,气泡12和气泡13分别在气泡12的连接点122和气泡13的连接点131,通过一维柔性连接体22连接在一起,如此,气泡13在气泡13的连接点132通过一维柔性连接体23与下一个气泡连接在一起,最后一个气泡1n在气泡1n的连接点1n1通过一维柔性连接体2(n-1)与上一个气泡连接在一起,这样构成的气泡串为一维直线型气泡串。
一维直线型气泡串上共有n个气泡,由(n-1)个一维柔性连接体连接,n为大于1的自然数,在制造过程中,一个气泡串中气泡的个数由制造设备和企业生产计划决定,在实际用作缓冲填料时,n可取区间[2,104]上的自然数。
将一维直线型气泡串上的最后一个气泡1n在连接点1n2通过一维柔性连接体与气泡串上第一个气泡11在气泡11的连接点111连接,就构成了一维环型气泡串。
一维环型气泡串上共有n个气泡,由n个一维柔性连接体连接,n为大于1的自然数,在制造过程中,一个气泡串中气泡的个数由制造设备和企业生产计划决定,在实际用作缓冲填料时,n可取区间[2,104]上的自然数。
气泡外壁和一维柔性连接体的材料可为塑料或复合材料。

1.一种气泡串缓冲包装结构,其特征在于:气泡在其直径或长度方向上两点用一维柔性连接体依次连接,构成一维直线型气泡串。
2.根据权利要求(1)所述的一种气泡串缓冲包装结构,其特征在于:一维直线型气泡串上的首尾气泡用一维柔性连接体连接,构成一维环形气泡串。
3.根据权利要求(1)和权利要求(2)所述的一种气泡串缓冲包装结构,其特征在于:在用作缓冲填料时,单个气泡串上的气泡个数n可取区间[2,104]上的自然数。
