Description

Applicator device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a coating device to which a coating body such as a coating core formed by bundling a porous core and fibers capable of guiding a coating liquid by capillary action is fixed.
Background
In the past, as means for fixing the coating core, a coating core is provided with a concave portion, a guide shaft is provided with a convex portion, and the convex portion is fitted into the concave portion, or the coating core is fastened and fixed, and the like.
In both of the former method in which a recess is provided in the coating core and the latter method in which the coating core is fastened, the flow path is closed by the fastening, and there is a problem that smooth liquid feeding is difficult.
Therefore, in the coating tool described in patent document 1, the pins are driven into the guide shaft made of resin to fix the plurality of coating cores, thereby solving the above-described problem. The applicator described in patent document 1 has the following structure: the plurality of coating cores are arranged on the same plane by penetrating the plurality of coating cores through coating core through holes formed in the guide shaft, and a needle-shaped pin is driven into a side surface of the guide shaft, so that the same pin penetrates the plurality of coating cores in a series in a direction substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the plurality of coating cores to fix the plurality of coating cores to the guide shaft.
However, in the application tool of patent document 1, in order to penetrate the pin through the application core of the resin molded product, the pin needs to be driven straight with a large stroke and with improved positioning accuracy, and therefore, it is difficult to manufacture the application tool. Specifically, when the driving in the above-described manner is not possible, the pin a is driven to be offset from the application core b as shown in fig. 10 (a), and therefore the application core b cannot be reliably fixed to the guide shaft c. The deviation generated at that time includes a deviation of the pin a (denoted by reference numeral "a 1") due to positioning failure and a deviation (denoted by reference numeral "a 2") due to oblique driving. In order to eliminate the deviation, the worker cannot cope with the manual assembly (assembly by manual work), and therefore, a dedicated facility is required, which hinders the operability.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 (b), in the vicinity of the pin hole, the coating core b bulges when the pin a is driven, and the portion b1 of the coating core b sandwiched between the pin a and the inner wall of the guide shaft c restricts the flow path of the coating core b, which hinders sufficient supply of the coating liquid.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides an application tool capable of easily fixing an application body and fixing the application body so as to secure a flow path of an application liquid.
Means for solving the problems
The invention is a coating device provided with a coating part having a coating body,
the coating part has a core base for mounting the coating body and a fixing member having a plurality of protrusions protruding from the main body,
the fixing member is fixed to the core base in a state where the projection of the fixing member is caused to pierce the application body, thereby fixing the application body to the core base, and the application section is attached to the guide shaft in the fixed state of the application body.
In the present invention, the following configuration is preferable: a pin body is provided on one of the fixing member and the core base, and a mounting hole is provided on the other, and the fixing member and the core base are fixed to each other by fitting the pin body into the mounting hole.
In the present invention, it is preferable that a comb main body for guiding the hairs to the application body by combing the hairs to be applied is provided, and the comb main body is integrally formed with the core base.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the core base is provided with a groove, and the projection is fixed to the core base by piercing the coating body with the coating body attached to the groove, and a total of an outer diameter of the coating body and an outer diameter of the projection is larger than a width of the groove of the core base.
In the present invention, the fixing force is 10N or more. More preferably, the fixing force is 20N or more.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the applicator of the present invention, since the fixing member is fixed to the core base in a state where the projection of the fixing member is pierced through the application body, the application body is fixed to the core base, and the application section is attached to the guide shaft in a fixed state of the application body, the fixing member can be easily positioned and fixed by fixing the fixing member to the core base, as compared with a conventional structure in which a pin is driven into the application body to fix the application body. Further, since the projection is pierced in the application body and the application body is less bulged than the case of penetrating the pin, restriction of the flow path of the application liquid is less likely to occur, and the flow path can be secured.
Therefore, the excellent effect of providing an application tool capable of easily fixing the application body and securing the flow path of the application liquid can be obtained.
Further, in the case where the fixing member and the core base are provided with the pin body and the mounting hole, respectively, and the pin body is fitted into the mounting hole, the fixing member and the core base are fixed to each other, the fixing member can be fixed by fitting the pin body into the mounting hole, and the fixing of the application body is facilitated.
In addition, the core base and the comb main body are integrated, so that the assembly efficiency can be improved.
Further, if the total of the outer diameter of the coating body and the outer diameter of the projection is larger than the width between the grooves on the coating body side of the fixing member, the coating body is bulged in the groove and tightly fitted, and the fixing force can be increased.

The wall portion 28a of the guide shaft 28 is provided to protrude forward, and the locking projection 16a outside the core base portion 16 is engaged with the locking portion 28b of the groove in the inner surface of the wall portion 28a, so that the application portion 12 is detachably locked to the guide shaft 28.
The outer wall surface of the guide shaft 28 is in liquid-tight contact with the inner wall surface of the cylindrical opening of the container body 20 a. The guide shaft 28 may be detachable from the opening or may be completely fixed.
[ coating section 12 ]
In the application tool of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the application part 12 having the plurality of application bodies 10 is provided as follows: the plurality of coating bodies 10 are arranged in a row on a core base 16, and the core base 16 is sandwiched from both sides in the thickness direction by fixing members 18 to cause the projections 14 to pierce the respective coating bodies 10 and fix them. Fig. 4 shows an assembly explanation of the coating section 12, fig. 5 shows a part diagram of the core base 16, and fig. 6 shows a part diagram of the fixing member 18. Fig. 7 shows a part view of the guide shaft 28.
[ coated body 10 ]
The coating body 10 has a rod shape, and the liquid holding force of the coating body 10 to be used can be applied to the liquid holding force described in japanese patent No. 4726439 and the like. The material of the coated body 10 of the embodiment is preferably a tampon core (スライバーペン core), felt-like material, or an open-cell sponge.
[ core base 16, fixing member 20 ]
As shown in fig. 5, the core base portion 16 has a plurality of plate-like comb main bodies 22 extending forward from a thick plate-like main body 16b having a substantially rectangular shape. The body 16b has a rectangular cross section at a central portion in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of through holes 16c are formed along the longitudinal direction. A wall portion 16d is formed at the rear portion of the main body 16b with the slit groove interposed therebetween. The groove is continuous with the through-hole 16c and has a bottom portion having an inner diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the through-hole 16 c. The bottom portion is formed with a through hole 16d2 penetrating along the front and back. Further, a mounting hole 16d1 for passing the guide pin 24 in the thickness direction of the core base portion 16 is formed to pass through the wall portion 16d in the thickness direction. When viewed from the front, the through-hole 16c is positioned between the comb main bodies 22 as shown in fig. 5 (a), and when viewed from the rear, the through-hole 16c is positioned between the wall portions 16d, 16d as shown in fig. 5 (g).
As shown in fig. 6, in the fixing member 18, two guide pins 24 are provided so as to stand in a columnar shape from the main body 18a of the flat rectangular plate portion, and the projection 14 also protrudes from the main body 18a of the flat rectangular plate portion and is formed integrally with the fixing member 18. In addition, an insertion hole 18b to which the guide pin 24 of the fixing member 18 on the opposite side is attached is formed in the main body 18. A bulging portion 24a having a slightly enlarged diameter is formed at a distal end portion of the guide pin 24 so as to come off when fitted into the insertion hole 18 b.
Various resins (polypropylene, polyethylene, polybutylene terephthalate, and the like) can be used as the material of the core base 16 and the fixing member 18.
As shown in fig. 4, the coating section 12 is assembled by attaching a plurality of coating bodies 10 to a core base 16.
First, the coated body 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 16c of the core base 16 along the longitudinal direction (the direction of arrow F). In this case, the plurality of coated bodies 10 are aligned in the thickness direction, and the plurality of coated bodies 10 are inserted into the through-holes 16c of the core base 16 in the row direction. Thus, the core base 16 functions as a jig for aligning and fitting the coated body 10.
Next, the fixing members 18 are attached to the core base 16 from the top and bottom so that the fixing members 18 are interposed from both sides in the thickness direction (the direction of arrow G) of the core base 16 to which the application body 10 is attached. By this attachment operation, the plurality of projections 14 of the fixing member 18 are respectively penetrated into the plurality of application bodies 10 from the radial direction and fixed, and the plurality of guide pins 24 of the fixing member 18 are fitted into the plurality of attachment holes 16d1 of the core base 16 to attach and fix the fixing member 18 to the core base 16, whereby the application bodies 10 are tightly fixed to the core base 16.
The leading end of the guide pin 24 is attached to the insertion hole 18b of the fixing member 18 on the opposite side (attached by being vertically pressed by a toggle press or the like in the attachment). At this time, the projection 24a of the guide pin 24 is fitted into the insertion hole 18b of the fixing member 18, and is prevented from coming off.
Thus, the fixing member 18 functions as a fixing tool for the applicator body 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, since the guide pin 24 is inserted into the mounting hole 16d1 at the time of assembly, the fixing member 18 is accurately positioned with respect to the core base 16, and the projection 14 penetrates the center in the width direction of the application body 10, so that assembly with high accuracy can be easily performed.
Fig. 3 shows a state where the coating unit 12 is assembled. The tip of the applicator 10 is slightly recessed from the tip of the comb main body 22, and the applicator 10 does not contact the skin during application.
As shown in fig. 4, the total of the outer diameter (Φ D) of the coating body 10 and the outer diameter (x) of the protrusion 14 is larger than the interval w2 between the wall portions 16D of the core base 16 (the width of the groove on the coating body 10 side) (D + x > w 2).
Thus, the mounted coating body 10 expands in the groove, abuts against the inner wall of the wall portion 16d, and fits into the groove, and the fixing force of the coating body 10 can be increased.
As described above, according to the application device of the embodiment, the fixing member 18 is attached to the core base 16, the projection 14 penetrates the application body 10, the application body 10 is fixed to the core base 16, and then the application section 12 is attached to the guide shaft 28 as shown in fig. 2.
Therefore, the positioning of the applicator is easier than the conventional structure in which the pin is driven and fixed. Further, the projection 14 penetrates the application body 10, but the application body 10 does not bulge compared with the case of passing a pin therethrough, and therefore, restriction of the flow path of the application liquid is less likely to occur, and the flow path can be ensured.
Thus, such excellent effects can be obtained: an application tool capable of easily fixing an application body 10 and securing a flow path for an application liquid can be provided.
Further, since the core base 16 and the comb main body 22 are formed integrally, the assembly efficiency can be improved.
Further, since the total of the outer diameter D of the applicator 10 and the outer diameter x of the projection 14 is larger than the width w2 between the grooves of the core base 16 on the applicator 10 side, the applicator 10 is fitted into the groove, and the fixing force can be increased.
The improvement of the fixing force of the application body 10 will be described by taking a specific structure as an example. In the core base 16 shown in fig. 8 (a), the section taken along line B, C-B, C (b) shows a comparative example, and (c) shows an example.
Fig. 8 (b) and (c) show the swelling and fixing of the application body 10 when the application body 10 of a specific size is fixed by the core base 16 and the fixing member 18 (piercing the protrusion 14) for the comparative example and the embodiment. Fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating the pressure applied to the inner wall of the groove by the coating body 10 at the time of fixing in the comparative example and the example.
In the applicator (application portion) of the comparative example shown in fig. 8 (b), the width w1 of the groove (between the wall portions 16D, 16D) is set to 3.7mm, the depth H is set to 2.4mm, the diameter Φ D of the application body 10 is set to 2.55mm, and the width x of the protrusion 14 is set to 0.8mm with respect to the core base 16.
As shown in fig. 8 (b), when the coating body 10 is pierced by the projection 14 in the above-described comparative example, the coating body 10 bulges by 0.8mm corresponding to the width x of the projection 14, and is approximately 3.35mm as visualized by a broken line. Since the groove width w1 is 3.7mm, the application body 10 does not come into contact with the inner surfaces of the groove wall portions 16d, and becomes loose, and the application body 10 cannot be tightly fixed.
In contrast, in the embodiment shown in fig. 8 c, the width w2 of the groove (between the wall portions 16d, 16 d) in the core base 16 is different from that of the comparative example, and the width w2 is 3.0 mm. The depth H was 2.4mm, the diameter D of the coated body 10 was 2.55mm, and the width x of the projection 14 was 0.8mm, which are the same as those of the comparative example.
In the embodiment, when the coating body 10 is pierced by the projection 14, the coating body 10 bulges by 0.8mm corresponding to the width x of the projection 14, which is approximately 3.35mm as visualized by a dotted line. Since the groove width w2 is 3.0mm, the application body 10 abuts against the inner surfaces of the groove wall portions 16d, and the application body 10 can be firmly and tightly fixed.
Fig. 9 shows the pressing force applied to the coating body 10 in the groove in the comparative examples and examples. Further, as for the size of the projection 14, the width x is 0.8mm, the longitudinal length y is 1.5mm, and the length z in the projecting direction is 3.6 mm. Specifically, the length z1 of the distal end wedge portion was 2.9mm, the length z2 of the wedge portion was 0.7mm, the wedge angle θ was 59.5 °, and the tip width t was 0.5 mm.
As shown in fig. 9, in the comparative example (see fig. 8 (b)), since the groove width w1 is increased to 3.7mm, the applied body 10 is not crushed and the fixing force is 9.5N (newton).
In contrast, in the example (see fig. 8 (c)), since the groove width w2 was 3.0mm, the amount of squashing of the coated body 10 was 0.35mm, and the fixing force was 28N (newtons).
From the above, it can be understood that: in the comparative example, the coated body was loose and could not be fixed, but in the example, the coated body was strongly pressed and tightly fixed.
The embodiment is an example, and various modifications can be implemented.
In the above-described embodiment, two coating bodies 10 are mounted on the core base 16 in 4 rows and then provided in the coating section 12, but the arrangement state of the coating bodies 10 in the coating section 12 is not limited to this. The number of the coating bodies may be 1, or a plurality of coating bodies may be arranged, or the coating bodies may be provided on a single side surface of the core chassis and fixed by a fixing member.
The present invention is not limited to the applicator of the above embodiment, and can be applied to various applicators other than hair. The structure of the applicator, the shape, material, number, and arrangement of the application body, and the structure of the application section are not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
Industrial applicability
The applicator of the present invention can be used for cosmetics such as hair applicators, and can also be generally used for writing instruments.
