本发明公开了一种耐压瓦楞纸板，其技术方案要点是，从外到内依次为面纸、纸芯层和里纸，所述纸芯层包括相互叠加的上纸芯层和下纸芯层，所述上纸芯层和下纸芯层呈对称设置，所述上纸芯层和下纸芯层均由若干个沿水平方向间隙设置的支撑部组成，相邻所述支撑部通过连接板相互衔接，每个所述支撑部内部呈中空设置且截面为等腰梯形，相邻上下左右四个所述支撑部与所述连接板围成一个密闭空间，每个所述密闭空间内均设置有长条形的气柱袋。本发明旨在提供一种耐压瓦楞纸板，能够提高其抗压能力，可以用于包装各类易碎易坏物品，通用性更强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓦楞纸板,更具体地说，它涉及一种耐压瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板是目前包装纸箱常用的原料之一。瓦楞纸板具有防震性好、可印刷、重量轻、可回收再利用等优点，因此广泛用于产品包装等领域。目前常见的瓦楞纸板一般包括为两层牛皮纸粘合瓦楞纸芯而成，承压强度低，从而限制了一些特殊产品的包装运输，例如电子产品、仪器仪表等产品。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种耐压瓦楞纸板，能够提高其抗压能力，可以用于包装各类易碎易坏物品，通用性更强。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：一种耐压瓦楞纸板，从外到内依次为面纸、纸芯层和里纸，所述纸芯层包括相互叠加的上纸芯层和下纸芯层，所述上纸芯层和下纸芯层呈对称设置，所述上纸芯层和下纸芯层均由若干个沿水平方向间隙设置的支撑部组成，相邻所述支撑部通过连接板相互衔接，每个所述支撑部内部呈中空设置且截面为等腰梯形，相邻上下左右四个所述支撑部与所述连接板围成一个密闭空间，每个所述密闭空间内均设置有长条形的气柱袋。
优选的，所述支撑部与所述连接板之间的夹角大于90度。
优选的，所述面纸和里纸外覆盖有TPU防水涂层。
该技术方案与现有技术相比具有：通过独特的支撑部结构，将受到的压力均匀分散至整个结构，且相邻上下左右四个支撑部与连接板围成的密闭空间设置有长条形气柱袋，能够很好地起到缓冲作用，大大提高其抗压能力，以用于包装各类易碎易坏物品，通用性更强。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图2对本发明一种耐压瓦楞纸板实施例做进一步说明。
如图1所示，这种耐压瓦楞纸板其主要结构包括面纸1、纸芯层2和里纸3，纸芯层2包括相互叠加的上纸芯层212和下纸芯层222，上纸芯层212和下纸芯层222呈对称设置(参见图1），上纸芯层212和下纸芯层222均由若干个沿水平方向间隙设置的支撑部211组成，相邻支撑部211通过连接板212相互衔接（参见图2），每个支撑部211内部呈中空设置且截面为等腰梯形，当纸板收到外部压力时，支撑部211通过弹性形变可以将外力均匀地分散至整个结构，相邻上下左右四个支撑部211与连接板212围成一个密闭空间4，每个密闭空间4内均设置有长条形的气柱袋5，该结构很好地将该密闭空间4利用起来，用来放置气柱袋5，更好地起到缓冲作用，抗挤压能力更佳，以用于包装各类易碎易坏物品，通用性更强。
如图1和图2所示，支撑部211与连接板212之间的夹角大于90度，当收到外界压力时，可以更好地发生弹性形变，将外力均匀分散至整个结构。
如图1所示，面纸1和里纸3外覆盖有TPU防水涂层6，通过TPU防水涂层6在瓦楞纸里面和外面同时进行防水，更好地进行防潮，避免瓦楞纸受潮后抗压能力大大降低。

1.一种耐压瓦楞纸板，从外到内依次为面纸、纸芯层和里纸，其特征是：所述纸芯层包括相互叠加的上纸芯层和下纸芯层，所述上纸芯层和下纸芯层呈对称设置，所述上纸芯层和下纸芯层均由若干个沿水平方向间隙设置的支撑部组成，相邻所述支撑部通过连接板相互衔接，每个所述支撑部内部呈中空设置且截面为等腰梯形，相邻上下左右四个所述支撑部与所述连接板围成一个密闭空间，每个所述密闭空间内均设置有长条形的气柱袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压瓦楞纸板,其特征是：所述支撑部与所述连接板之间的夹角大于90度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐压瓦楞纸板,其特征是：所述面纸和里纸外覆盖有TPU防水涂层。
