Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱,其技术方案要点是,从外到内依次包括面纸、芯纸和里纸,芯纸包括相互堆叠的第一波浪层和第二波浪层,第一波浪层和第二波浪层之间设置有隔板,第一波浪层和第二波浪层相对隔板呈轴对称设置,且第一波浪层和第二波浪层间隙中均填充有气柱袋。本发明旨在提供一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱,能够保证纸箱任意端都有很好的抗压和抗冲击性能,强度更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸件制造领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
在工业产品的各类包装中,瓦楞纸箱已成为包装业的主流,由于它重量轻、可折叠,且成本低、绿色环保,规格容易变更,可进行高质量的印刷,回收后可作为可再生资源,因此,使用范围越来越广,目前市场上通用的瓦楞纸箱从外到内依次为面纸、芯纸和里纸,芯纸为双层波浪形结构,两层之间通过一张隔板隔开,双层波浪层起到关键性的内部支撑作用。
现有技术中的瓦楞纸箱双层波浪层相互堆叠在一起,外侧那层波浪层抛物线上的最高点与面纸相抵触,最低点与隔板相抵触,内侧那层波浪层的最高点与隔板抵触,最低点与里纸抵触,在实际使用过程中,外侧那层波浪层与面纸相抵触的点,或者内侧波浪层与隔板相抵触的点局部位置处抗压和抗冲击性能最好,强度最高,受到外界压力时最不易发生变形,但是当上下两层波浪层于某一段均向纸箱内侧凹陷时,受到外界压力时很容易发生变形。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱,当受到外界压力时,能够保证纸箱任意端都有很好的抗压和抗冲击性能,强度更高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱,从外到内依次包括面纸、芯纸和里纸,所述芯纸包括相互堆叠的第一波浪层和第二波浪层,所述第一波浪层和所述第二波浪层之间设置有隔板,所述第一波浪层和所述第二波浪层相对所述隔板呈轴对称设置,且所述第一波浪层和所述第二波浪层间隙中均填充有气柱袋。
作为优选的,所述第一波浪层处的气柱袋与所述第二波浪层处的气柱袋呈交错设置。
作为优选的,所述第一波浪层与所述第二波浪层上相邻两个顶点的距离为0.5-1cm。
该技术方案与现有技术相比具有:第一波浪层和第二波浪层相对隔板呈轴对称设置,当第一波浪层中任意段向纸箱内侧发生凹陷时(第一波浪层抛物线最低点与隔板抵触),第二波浪层对应位置向纸箱外侧呈凸起状态(第二波浪形抛物线顶点与隔板抵触),第二波浪层能够起到主要支撑作用;当第一波浪层向纸箱外侧凸起时,此时第一波浪起到主要支撑作用,故无论任何区域,第一波浪层或第二波浪层中至少有一层存在支撑点(抵触点),当受到外界压力时,能够保证任何位置具有很好的抗压和抗冲击性能,且第一波浪层和第二波浪层间隙中均填充有气柱袋,可以更好地起到缓冲作用,抗变形能力更佳。

具体实施方式
参照图1对本发明一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱实施例做进一步说明。
如图1所示,芯纸2包括第一波浪层21和第二波浪层22,且第一波浪层21和第二波浪层22相对隔板4呈轴对称设置,当第一波浪层21中任意段向纸箱内侧发生凹陷时(第一波浪层21抛物线最低点与隔板4抵触),第二波浪层22对应位置向纸箱外侧呈凸起状态(第二波浪形抛物线顶点与隔板4抵触),第二波浪层22能够起到主要支撑作用;当第一波浪层21向纸箱外侧凸起时,此时第一波浪起到主要支撑作用,故无论任何区域,第一波浪层21或第二波浪层22中至少有一层存在支撑点(抵触点),当受到外界压力时,能够保证任何位置具有很好的抗压和抗冲击性能,且第一波浪层21和第二波浪层22间隙中均填充有气柱袋5,可以更好地起到缓冲作用,抗变形能力更佳。
进一步,第一波浪层21处的气柱袋5与第二波浪层22处的气柱袋5呈交错设置,可以使气柱袋5分布更加均匀,保证每个位置均具备很好的抗变形能力。
进一步,第一波浪层21与第二波浪层22上相邻两个顶点的距离为0.5-1cm,两个顶点之间距离越短,抗压和抗冲击性能越好,强度越高。

1.一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱,从外到内依次包括面纸、芯纸和里纸,所述芯纸包括相互堆叠的第一波浪层和第二波浪层,所述第一波浪层和所述第二波浪层之间设置有隔板,其特征是:所述第一波浪层和所述第二波浪层相对所述隔板呈轴对称设置,且所述第一波浪层和所述第二波浪层间隙中均填充有气柱袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱,其特征是:所述第一波浪层处的气柱袋与所述第二波浪层处的气柱袋呈交错设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗变形瓦楞纸箱,其特征是:所述第一波浪层与所述第二波浪层上相邻两个顶点的距离为0.5-1cm。
